Synopsis

Because of the constantly declining birth rates over many decades, human civilization is all but extinct. With only a few humans remaining, they survive in this post-apocalyptic world with what was left behind by the previous generations. Earth is now dominated by fairies, tiny creatures with extremely advanced technology, an obsession with candy, and a complete disregard for human safety.

A young girl who has just finished her studies returns to her hometown and is designated as an official United Nations arbitrator. Her duty is to serve as a link between mankind and fairies, reassuring each side that both races can live together peacefully. She imagines this task will be easy enough, but controlling the disasters created by the oblivious fairies in their pursuit of candy will require a lot more effort than she initially believes.

Yo back with me who will review this anime.
first of all why am i giving it a 10 over all? just think about it after i write this.

- This story is really weird but amazing, what's weird about it? The first weird thing about the story or the plot, I think the episode is reversed or this is on purpose but after looking back this is true, both stories are weird in many other mystery story references, this is amazingly weird (did not mean to insult or demean other stories), what I mean first is the fairy, here the fairy exists like the author or ...

Mixed Feelings
A long time ago, when my age didn’t start with “3”... hell it barely started with “1” I had a high fever, about 44 degrees celsius to be exact. I don’t remember much from those 3 days, but I do remember having a really trippy, surreal dream, the kind Hughes Mearns or Salvador Dali would be proud of. In it I saw creatures similar to gnomes and elves that talked to me, some wanted to cut me to little pieces, some wanted to cure me and some just watched with amusement at my suffering. For some reason I want’s scared but more curious about them.

In all honesty, this has been one of the weirdest anime(s) I have watched to date and one of the most confusing that I’ve written a review for. I just don’t know exactly what to say about it. For starters, I guess I’ll point out that the humor in this show is absolutely crazy; you will see some of the weirdest stuff in this anime that you’ve never seen anywhere else. The biggest problem I found with that, however, is that it seems to be the key element of this anime and the only enjoyable part of it. Basically, if you don’t enjoy the sense ...
