Synopsis

I usually don't see many people in the DMC fandom who have read this novel or know of its existence but don't know what they are missing. Yeah the novel stopped being canonical since DMC 3 was released but 50% of the facts are taken as canon due to mentions in the other games or even in the anime. If you want to know a little more about Dante and his past in redgrave I definitely recommend it, we know some different facets of him and how he got his famous ebony and ivory weapons so please read it is another very interesting story about ...

"Devil May Cry novel? Yeah the hell right!" were the words that came out of my mouth at first. I honestly did not think it would be anything special. No matter how much I love those games, I couldn't see the action being put into words. Well I was very wrong, the moment I picked up the first novel I was hooked. The story was written very tongue-in-cheek just how DMC should be! I couldn't stop reading it and ended up finishing it in a day practically. Same thing happened with the second novel as well.
