Anime 20 Naruto Userrecs

-Both anime's MCs go from zero to hero slowly but steady -Both MCs have rivals-friends they want to surpass -Both male MCs have a similar goal they want to achieve -Both are underestimated and they surpass the expectations of the others. 

Black Clover borrows a lot of elements from Naruto. Both shows are about a talentless but determined kid overcoming his struggles on his journey to the top. The themes of friendship and rivalry are central in both of them. If you enjoyed Black Clover, you're definitely going to enjoy Naruto.  

Rivalry between friends: Sasuke/Yuno and Naruto/Asta Sasuke/Yuno very good at magic/ninjutsus, has the respect of all village Naruto/Asta bad at magic/ninjutsus, village doesn't like them/respect them, they don't give up their dreams (become hokage/emperor of magicians), both have a kind of demon inside that gives them power 

Both MC have similar characteristic; never give up and uproar a lot. Both mc always think of the others and wanted to be the best of something; Naruto who wanted to be Hokage and Asta who wanted to be a Magic Emperor. Their attribute is alike, demonic attribute which people are afraid of. They are outcast of their society because they do not have things they need to live in their world; Asta with magic, Naruto with his ability. In the beginning their parents are unknown. And their biggest enemies are their own friend. And these enemies have similar character too. Both main heroines seem a little too big-mouthed. Both story grow by making the character to be acknowledged by other people by showing their somewhat of 'abnormal power' , and these acknowledgment will eventually lead them to their goal and defeating their sole enemy. Last but absolutely not least, both are typical shonen anime.   

Both Naruto and black clover is very similar. -Both Naruto and asta starts as weak. -Both has rival (Yuna and sasuke) -Both don't know about there parents at start and is raised by someone else. - Similar catchphrase." I will became the hokage", " I will became the Magic king". -Both are Superpower genre -Both has hidden Power ( Demonic). -Both of them shout way too much. -Both are happy-go-lucky. -Both are super obsessed with their goals. -Both are got rejected by the girl they like (only at beginning though) Sakura and sister lily. -Never give up vibe. Etc. 

This anime is similar to Black Clover, because both the main characters (Asta in Black Clover) and (Naruto in Naruto), begin at the lowest of the low, but they push themselves all the way to the top and that is ''The Wizard King'' in Black Clover and ''Hokage in Naruto". Both characters also really like screaming XD. They both never give up, were failures in the beginning and have rivals. Both animes also consist rivalry, because Naruto wants to train harder and harder to match up with Sasuke and Asta has a rival named Yuno who also aims to be ''Wizard King''

As well as Naruto, Black Clover is going to be the next big thing in anime. Somehow it gives me the same feeling as I'm watching Naruto. Studio Pierrot is famously known for their work with the Bleach, Naruto, Boruto and Twin Star Exorcist series’. However, they soon might be known for another new animated production called Black Clover. The series is already being compared to other Shonen franchises such as One Piece and Fairy Tail, despite the series yet to premiere. In addition, the studio has already said that they want and expect Black Clover to be the next Naruto, as the two anime have a similar fan base.   

Both anime is basicly about the same thing: Annoying main character that is good at nothing and wanted to be the ruler. In Naruto it's the hokage while in Black Clover it's the emperor The main character on both anime have a "rival" who have a very different level of ability And last but not least, Both MC posses an evil power 

Mage/Ninja Mage King/Hokage Asta/Naruto Yuno/Sasuke Clover Kingdom/Country of Fire Magic/Chakra I think I understand  

The main character in both anime is weak in the beginning foolish who want to be the number one has a rival who is stronger than him and has a cold personality 

Black Clover ; Asta: " I going to be the Wizard King !!! " Naruto : " I'm going to be the next Hokage !! " Must I say more .... :)  

Both series have similar back ground stories, rivalry, and long term goals overall the series are similar, however both have unique characteristics, with the worlds the characters live in, to different villains types. The music of both series and op/ep fit very well.  

Shounen, not really ninja style but its good. 

Like in Naruto, Black clovers MC is striving to become a important figure and has a emence drive to accomplish their goal. Both MC has a rival that they want to surpass. 

Asta from Black Clover is essentially black Naruto with a similar goal and a black haired rival who is his superior when it comes to fighting.  

Both are Shounen Jump anime series that share many similar themes regarding story and characters. Some ideas Black Clover borrows from Naruto are done better and vice versa. The first couple of episodes can be rough in Black Clover, but if you can sit through them you'll find an entertaining shounen anime with somewhat likable characters, decent story, and really good action scenes. Also if your a fan of Marilyn Manson like myself you'll enjoy the character of Gordon Agrippa. For me it was totally worth sitting through 170 episodes (excluding filler) just to watch this one character. 

Both Main Character started off as a Nuisance to the society, they were pushed away by the people. But both were dearly Loved by their Friends Both have joined Teams in their occupation. Naruto and Asta both have started off as almost zero-powered idiots. Both trained hard to perfect their skills and to gain attention of the society Naruto wants to be the Hokage and Asta wants to be the Magic King of the Clover Kingdom Naruto and Asta both have Demons inside them that make them OP Both have strong Rivals( Naruto has Sasuke, Asta has Yuno)

Surprise, surprise it's an obvious comparison to make. Both protagonists are as loud as hell, they never give up, they seemingly lack skill, they annoy their peers often, they have something dark within them. But it's not just that, the world building and supporting characters in both shows are superb, the personal growth both protagonists go through is heart warming, the fight scenes are crazy and memorable. But most of all, the intros are always banging from both shows. 

Both are rather simple shounen anime with dumb but honest and kind-hearted protagonist who has an ice-cold rival. 

The protagonists of these two series both share the goals of becoming the strongest of their worlds whether that is being the Hokage or the Wizard King. The journey they embark on to acquire these roles are similar. Both Asta, the protagonist of Black Clover, and Naruto, the protagonist of Naruto, come from similar backgrounds as both grew up without their parents. 

Both series are about a loser (protagonist) and his closest friend/ rival who's talented, strong and the loser (protagonist) gets stronger by training/ collecting fighting experiences throughout the series. 

These two animes are very similar in many aspects... -The protagonist is underestimated but he still very confident and always keep his ideals -Both main characters change people that are around they (In positive ways) -Asta and Naruto are very strong and the source of they power isn't something common -All the characters of these two animes are enjoyable and you could easly choose between then who's gonna be your favorite... -The genre's of these animes is basically the same... If you liked one of these animes I'm sure you'll like the other one...

"Black Clover" and "Naruto" share several similarities despite having distinct storylines and settings. Black Clover has it's similarities with Naruto, They both are misjudged because they are different. They both want to reach the greater role in society to gain some respect and show everyone that no matter who you are or what abilities you have, you can become a Hokage/Wizard King! Want to see some action and great history? Then Black Clover is perfect for you! 

It has the same weakest guy becoming the strongest plot as the main story. Naruto strives to become Hokage with competition from Sasuke whereas Asta strives to become the Wizard King with competition from Yuuno.  

The mc in both these are very similar. They both want to become leaders, they both have some dark powers within them, they both were powerless in the beginning. But Black Clover is still enjoyable because their are many different elements in it despite being so similar to Naruto. 

A lot of paradigms between Naruto and Asta. 

Both shows, naruto and black clover, share a very similar plot. Both of these shows are also battle shonen in the purest sense of battle shonen. While they may seem like copays to some people, I believe that both shows just use a lot of the same shonen tropes, however there is something to be said about the main characters. Both characters are looked down upon in someway by a large group of people, both have a huge amount if power inside of them, and both characters goals are basically the same just with a different title, and a slightly different job description. 

They are both shounen anime, with a regular kid no one thought would do anything becoming a strong, fierce protagonist. I would even go so far as to say Black Clover was highly inspired by Naruto.

Both main characters have ambitions to become a leader. Give up words isn't in mind of this both main characters. Both main characters have creatures inside on their body and this creatures giving power for them. For me this anime was giving same hype like when i watch Naruto at the first time. 

Both are fatherless childs and both are annoying but both have great anime/manga. Both animes have a lot of similarities like being born and being laughed at, taking an exam, joining a team, training to overcome a person,... I believe that whoever liked Black Clover will love Naruto.

Both Naruto and Black Clover are basically the same anime, aslo made by the same studio. Both are about a young boy that is a Orphan that starts off weak but gets stronger over time, both main characters have the same loud personality and same dream to became the Wizard King(Asta) and (Naruto)Hokage.

Both animes have the same type of protagonist. Cheerful who wants to help everyone and so on. The story is also super similar. One wants to become Hokage and the other Mage King, both with a rival who is his best friend. Black Clover is the Naruto of the mages.  

They both have characters striving to achieve their goal, and not giving up. Asta wants to become the wizard king, but he has no magic, so he gets bullied a lot. Naruto wants to be the hokage, but he gets bullied because he's the host of the nine tailed fox. So if you like to see characters never give up to achieve their goal, then take this recommendation. 

Black Clover is a Naruto clone but with magic and mages instead of chakra and ninjas.  

Sort of like magi Naruto. kid is weak and strong suddenly gets a power up, hears that his power up is very rare etc. But Black clover isnt just a Naruto rip-off, the characters are mostly well written and have a lot of personality. Def worth a watch if u enjoy shonen. 

Naruto is very similar to black clover in quite a few ways. We got a main character with exact same goal: to reach the top. Despite all the hatred Naruto has received in his childhood for carrying the 9-tailed-fox inside him, he aspire to become the "Hokage", which is the sole protector of the country or even the world. Aste on the other hand in Black Clover aspire to become the "Wizard King" who is the sole proctector of the country Clover Kingdom. Asta has like Naruto received a lot of hatred in his childhood as well, as have got bullied for not being able to cast magic. Two very similar shows, but with different story lines.   

Both have very similar overarching stories with the main characters wanting to become a certain thing. Naruto wants to be Hokage and Asta wants to become Wizard King. Of course the things that happen in the shows are quite different but both have the same feel to them. 

Both boys wiv headbands wiv a dream who also get doubted by people around him, personalities aren't too different, both got peak masters/trainers and friends to help them wiv their journey, both main characters also have a rival who they constantly compare themselves with to improve oh and they both have demons inside of them 

both protagonist are loser at starting but both are aiming for the top (to become hokage and witcher king)  

Characters and plot concept are very similar without making the series feel unoriginal. Enjoyable throughout both series, even through filler, as there are distinct goals set for the MCs to accomplish by each conclusion.  

If you watched naruto i fully recommend black clover same level same groups or clans same everything 

Black clover has a similar plot but with a larger team(black bulls) compared to team 7 

Both are battle-shounen anime, so they are very similar. The main characters in these two shows are also strikingly similar: a spiked-haired MC, a girl, and a cool guy. Unlike Naruto, Black Clover has a rocky start, but it improves over time... even better than Naruto in my opinion. The mc is also similar, not only in appearance but also in personality. They both want to get stronger. Naruto aspires to be a Hokage, while Asta aspires to be the Wizard King. 

In both series, the main characters are really full of energy. Also, the character development in both anime is really noticeable. But I will not use the same positive words for the battle scenes... In the battle scenes of the Naruto anime, the characters dominate the seriousness of the event and this atmosphere (except flashback) is preserved until the end of the war. But let's come to the Black Clover anime Characters can give irrelevant reactions in general. (Being stuck with something else on the verge of death, etc.) And this makes the anime childish and absurd... Also, the systems used in the two animes are different. In Naruto, techniques are done thanks to "chakra", while in Black Clover anime, everything is done with "spell books" in general. Still, I think the most important connection in these two anime is the personality of the characters. I recommend you to give it a try :)  

Both protagonists scream and have an annoying voice for part of the series - They are both shunned by everyone around them and work hard to achieve their goals, narutos being to become the hokage and astas to become the wizard king 

Black clover is both eye catching and inspiring and funny in cool way the pace is good not too slow nor too fast allowing good world building ( 2 ) what i like about it is that the main character is not totaly dumb or ignorant he learns also i like the challenge in the story where the characters evolve with time instead of a 1 year training arc ( training exists but its not the main point ) making it deferent from your typical Shonen sires that`s what i liked about it😊 

Both anime revolve around boys who want to become the head of their village/kingdom. Also both the main characters are somehow related to demons/devils. 

These two are basically the same anime but good in each their own way. They are 2 completely different worlds, but yet seem so familiar. There's almost a fight scene in every episode, so its packed with amazing fights and good animation. If you like Naruto you will 100% enjoy Black Clover 

It's kind of a Naruto ripoff. Don't get me wrong, it's decent 

With the main characters wanting to become the best at what they do and wanting to protect those that are precious to them. Wanting to achieve their dreams, they become more powerful and meeting more friends along the way too. (its pretty similar aside from the famous Naruto filler) 

you can find the action piling up in this anime series as it also filled with nothing but action and adventure and many more of the Drama and comedy moments that will surely bring you to tears and laughter.... 

The mood of the series is pretty similar and the goal of the main characters is to be the best in their league. That's what I noticed when I completed Naruto and began with One Piece. If you liked Naruto you might like One Piece even better.  

Two people that have their own goals and dreams. The main characters for both show are very similar. They are very clumsy, lazy, and funny, but when it comes down to protecting their friends from danger, they get serious. Both is filled with excitement, action, adventure, comedy, and fantasy.  

I really like onepiece because it tells the classic story of the hero archetype, i like the refreshing way in which the story is told and the way the crew overcome obstacles, i would rank naruto and onepiece joint first in my favourite animé due to the hilarious humour and invigorating take on a well known character archetype. 

Shonen anime. About a young hero who wants to become the best. Similar messages about friendship and determination to reach your goals. Characters fight using their super powers to defete evil villians who stand in thier way.  

Both have main characters that act pretty dumb/stupid. And both act without thinking and do unexpected things. Also both main characters are willing to risk their lives for their friends.  

If you can replace Pirates with Ninjas and vice versa, Naruto and One Piece are a lot alike with the exception of art. Naruto=Luffy (Both pretty slow and oblivious to a lot of things, but pretty badass at fighting and can be brilliant in combat), Hokage=Pirate King (Both main characters strive to be the best in the world and their dream is often looked down upon or acknowledged by various people). Both series are very humorous, deal with characteristics of friendship/teamwork and have intense fighting. 

These are both huge battle anime, where the main characters both have a huge goal, Luffy wants to find One Piece and become the Pirate King, and Naruto wants to become the best Hokage ever. Also, at the beginning of the series, Naruto and Luffy are very alike, causing mischief as they go along. Even though Luffy hasn't changed that much over all these years, Naruto has matured way more and has become more serious, now that the series is nearing it's climax. 

In both anime protagonists continue to go on a life with the dream which was defined in their childhood. And which has strongly changed their life. It helps them to meet new friends and as to overcome the difficulties arising on their way. In both anime the main character has the promise, given to the friend, and as" likes to eat ". xD In both anime very interesting abilities of heroes, their characters, charisma. And as the important place is borrowed with friendship and fidelity. At both anime as there is a lot of humour, the cat well dilutes many heavy situations occuring during adventures of characters. So despite of all duration of anime to look them it is a pleasure.  

Shounen, action, adventure manga, both with a main character who wants to fulfill their dreams. Both of them have many special combat elements and a similiar story line as getting new friends, win against enemys, some drama sequence etc. All in all I find that One Piece stands more out, but give Naruto a try!  

Luffy is very similiar to Naruto. They´re both really childish characters with the biggest dream in mind. Even though they act like an idiot most of the time (not a bad thing), when their friends are in danger they give all they have to save them. There is in both an ero-dude. And there are people who were villains but eventually become nakama. 

Both are awsome shounen series,has pretty much the same premise.The idiot main character then gets serious when it's needed,comedy,action,and characters you just hate to not love -__-.One Piece is not very story driven at all but is very enjoyable,while Naruto has a developing plot after the first 13 or so episode.If you liked anyone of these check out the other you'll love it. 

Both protagonists have an ultimate similar goal they want to achieve. Fighting lots of enemies along the way and many great adventures. Humor and action are prominent in both series. If you like one you'll like the other. 

Both have a main character that gets stronger throughout the story. Both main characters are sort of idiots. Both main characters fight to protect their comrades. There is a lot of comedy, and the fighting scenes revolve around honor and doing the right thing. One piece is about pirates, and Naruto is about ninjas. They are both extremely long running, and they are both "gateway" anime. If you love one, then you typically will love the other one in my experience. Both are unique in a lot of ways, and both are heavily inspired by Dragon Ball. 

First of all, I started to watch both anime because of their first endings. Naruto ending is incredibly true&sad at the same time, even if - at the first sight - the story doeasn't look very smart it's deeper then you think - just watch first two seasons! One Piece first ending I also liked because of the song (it's catchy). On the other hand it's easier to start watching One piece than Naruto, because like I said before, Naruto's story at the beginning looks pretty dumb. Much dumber than One Piece's ;D BUT I like both these anime :) (much more Naruto <3) 

•both are a shounen series, •both main protagonists are a knuckleheaded, never give up, i will conquer my goal/dream type of person •both males as the anime progresses through each episode, collect new friends and enemies along the way towards their goal they must achieve to be the best •both have the never give up attitude with their super natural powers, to help good and conquer evil and be the best in the world •there dreams as kids help them progress further to be more braver/stronger/protect friends •they are a similar in a child sense yet mature way of portraying it, with the adventure and action. 

Both series are long running (lots of episodes) series that center around action and fighting. The main characters are very good and the stories are very profound. Both characters don't have their parents with them anymore. They want to become stronger . The reason i just can't stop watching these series is because you can see the characters become stronger and stronger episode after episode. 

Kind of common sense really.Along with a few other anime Naruto and One piece would be considered 2 of the 5 kings of long running anime. And by long running i mean 100 or so episodes. Anyway both anime are very similar in characters however luffy is strong but stubborn however Naruto acts dumb but when in tough situations he is quite the tactician. I'm one of those people who never really liked anime's such as death note. So yeah, it should be easy to fall in love with both anime. I will sow this however, both anime have a story which i would consider unique and leave others in the dust. Naruto may seem boring to others however it's watchable in my opinion. Where as one piece is always a laugh.  

Both series involve a young character with one big dream; Naruto: to become a hokage and Luffy: to become pirate king. Both characters are also not taken seriously and doubted at first regardless of how much potential they have.  

Both animes have a wonderful cast of characters and part of the big three (One Piece, Naruto, Bleach). They're both long running shonens capable of telling a great story, although it might be a bit slow at first. 

Characters share similar personalities. Both go on adventures and have goals they want to achieve from the beginning of the anime to the end. Both have a large cast of characters with unique abilities. Character development plays a big part in both shows. There are many fights in both animes where, rather than the characters throwing fists they use abilities.  

Both are awesome, inspiring, looooooooong Shounen anime series that I think every Anime fan should watch (or at least start XD) at some point in their lives. ^3^ 

Both main characters are very active and hyper, giving the same tone to both. Both stories revolve around one boy putting up a goal and trying to achieve along the course of the story. Both are apart of the Big 3 and long running shonen battle anime. The fights are really intense but naruto as more dialogue in the story.  

Both protagonists have the same energy. However, Naruto is young all the way through and there will be training arcs and tournament arcs galore, if you're into that. The early 2000s vibes are also very nostalgic.  

•Both main characters in the series (Luffy from One Piece and Naruto from Naruto) share many similarities. They also have the catch phrase where they want to be the best. (ex. Luffy says, "He'll be the Pirate King" while Naruto says, "He'll be the Hokage"... •The main characters have the "never give up attitude." •Similar genres (action, comedy, fantasy, etc.) •Both are long series. 

Both Mcs have pretty similar goals, and set out on a grand journey to achieve said goals, on their way they make lots of friends, suffer losses, and fight in epic battles. 

Both of these Anime have characters who have goals to be top of their game. One wants to be Hokage and other King of the Pirates. Both meet people and become friends with them and go on many different adventures around the lands or seas. 

Similar in the aspect of the protagonist being a character who is weak and is gifted with power which allows him to be better and struggles to master his power and overcome the odds. Main Character being being a person who is both acting like a fool and has good plans in a while. 

both stories are full of heroes, heroines, villains with superhuman physical abilities, ridiculous training, fictional races and creatures, supernatural powers, and something like "chi". Both stories have a strong male lead as center character of the whole stories. Naruto and Luffy. you can see extraordinary battles that involve from fistfight to melee combat. from conjuring destructive elements to manipulating nature. 

Overall vibe is similar to one piece, as expected from 2 of the big 3 shows. 

I really like these two shows because they have accompanied my childhood. Something similar for this anime is the main character's motivation. They have big dreams for their lives. also they are very committed to protecting their friends from harm. In addition, the plot formulas for both are the same. Then, some characters have similar strenghts.

well, one piece is very similar to naruto (lmao no) they are both shonen animes. but one piece is wayyy better. it might be a bit longer, yes, but they watching experience is more satisfying. i think the only aspect where naruto is better than one piece is that naruto+naruto shippuden have better songs. 

In both series, the protagonist is trying to become something. In Naruto, Uzumaki Naruto wants to become Hokage while in One Piece, Monkey D Luffy wants to become the Pirate King. Both series are very long, the character development is good, while the plot is more better and more enjoyable for One Piece. 

Fighting,both want to become the highest rank of their passsion. 

Both are long animes, so if you watched Naruto and Naruto Shippuden, you won't care about watching too many episodes of One Piece. I firstly watched Naruto and thought I wouldn't find something similar or even better, then, I started One Piece and i saw it's even better than Naruto. Both are my favourite animes now. 

If you love shounen characters that love being absolutely ridiculous and yet strangely likable, Naruto is another classic you could start watching today with plenty of content! A horrific beast, named the Nine-Tails, is sealed inside the body of a young boy named Naruto. His ambitions to be a great ninja, and even the Hokage of his village, will not waver despite how much he's looked down upon. Much like Luffy, he's loud, ridiculous, and he never gives up.

If you are looking for fighting anime with good story development, good character development, and to get you laughing this is it. Both Naruto and One piece have this in common. But in my opinion, One piece suppresses Naruto in character and story development by a lot. In the end, they are both godly when it comes to fighting. Don't be a pussy and say 'oh it's too long get your ass on One piece cuz it's going to be your favorite anime.  

Both follow their titular protagonist to achieve a certain goal, in Naruto's case to become Hokage, and in Luffy's, King of the Pirates. As being part of the big three both should be recommended to new anime watchers.

A lot of the time when one is explaining a popular shonen servers, one hears the word "generic" but when explaining these two anime, the word to use is "exciting". HxH and Naruto are about young boys who start their journey to complete a goal of becoming something: Naruto wants to be Hokage and Gon wants to become a great Hunter. Both anime have many different characters which are unique and memorable. Both have many arcs that tie into a meta narrative. If you are looking for a fun action/adventure anime, then these two are a good choice. 

both animes take place in alternative worlds filled with adventure and thrill. hunter x hunter (2011 version) is a great anime however if you like naruto only for their battles you may want to reconsider because hunter x hunter tend to focus more on the adventurous and thrill aspect of the story instead of the action of the battles (there is a great deal of fighting in it don't get me wrong! just not as much as naruto) 

I'm not very good with words, but the Chunin Exams were very similar to the Hunter Exam. Also, Gon acts similar to Naruto, and if Kurapika and Killua were one person they would be a lot like Sasuke. They have their differences, but Naruto may have been inspired by Hunter x Hunter in ways. 

Both shows are action,shounen series. Naruto at the beginning(19 episode) starts with the chunnin exam whereas hunter x hunter has the Hunter exam. The fighting system of both anime are similar, naruto is based on chakra and hunter x hunter is based on "Nen" which is aura. One of the protagonists in naruto(sasuke) has similar story to one of the hunter x hunter (kurapica). I don't want to imply anything but the manga of hunter x hunter came in 1999 so make your own assumptions.  

This is another fun shonen with likable characters and a good story. However, the filler may be a problem for some and Naruto's voice can get annoying in the dub. 

They've got a similar feeling to them, especially if you're comparing Pre-Shippuden Naruto to Hunter X Hunter. Both are good series about a young boy growing into a bad ass and it's clear that a lot of different parts of Naruto were inspired by HxH. 

Both are about young boys who have dreams of becoming great, Gon (Hunter) and Naruto (Hokage). Both also have epic fight scenes and are considered shounen. 

Both of these anime have similar story arc progression with a lasting quality that makes you involved with the characters. Each anime has it's own originality that I enjoyed since I didn't know what to expect next. Both of these are funny and left me smiling on more than one occasion although there are punctuations of very serious character and plot development that made me want more. Over all very good shows and you shouldn't hesitate to watch them for a full length experience.

Both are based on manga that were created around the same period and published by Shounen Jump. Both have a main protagonist who has no parents and never surrenders. They follow the main protagonist as he makes several friends, from which, one who comes from a notorious family and one who seeks vengeance for the murder of his clan. The first part of the anime follow these protagonist as they take a certain exam (Chuunin exams / Hunter exams). They also have similar villains: a shady criminal organization, and a pale man who takes an interest in the main characters and switches factions often. 

Both series starts off with a early exam in Hunter x Hunter's case it's Hunter exam and in Naruto's case it's chunin exam. Both are anime's with much fight's but there's also a huge difference between the fighting styles Hunter x Hunter's fights focuses more on tactics than Naruto's fights which is usually just a normal fight. Both are long running action shounen. Both episodes have over 100 episodes. If you have not watched either of these series then you should start with Hunter x Hunter because in my opinion Hunter x Hunter is a much better anime.

Gon and Naruto are both very happy characters, believing in their friends and such, and their best friend is the darker type. Both story-lines can become quite serious and emotional, and the chakra part is similar too. If you like an optimistic main character both are perfect (as is One Piece). 

Two long-running shonen series with incredibly uplifting, irreverent protagonists, a big broad world where you have to pass an exam to be recognized as a worthy practitioner of martial arts, and anime magic in the form of chakra/Nen. 

Very similar type of series. Follows a very similar story structure and gives off the same type vibes and feel. Naruto is heavily inspired by Hunter X Hunter and the authors of the two are close ad admire each other. 

In the two animes there is an exam with many fights Good fights and epic scenes Killua is like Sasuke but more nice In both there is a good story  

Masashi Kishimoto openly admits he was heavily influenced by Hunter x Hunter in creating Naruto Both anime have characters with abilities (Nen/Chakra) . Both main characters want to become very strong and have a goal they are trying to reach Both anime have humor, lots of action, concentrated on friendship and scenes that touch people emotionally  

Basically Naruto is based on this anime, so they have some similarities, and both are great to watch 

The main characters are kids. They want to become stronger and has a specific goals to attain. They have powers to yet be discovered to learn and master. 

Who likes shounen animes will love both. Hunter X hunter and Naruto are long stories about children and teenagers trying to improve their powers to became true heroes in their worlds. The friendship is the main theme of these stories. 

There is both main character progress with his friends. the journey is the part you enjoy than the ending mission. there are both great characters ( there is no person as cool as Killua, tho). There are both great enemies: if you are someone who respects Meruem, then you might find a rival like that in Naruto, too. 

The protagonists of this anime are really similar, and their goals have some similarities as well. They are of the genre shounen, and employ quite the classic "protagonism". The two animes are very extensive, containing more than 100 episodes. 

Fans of Naruto will LOVE hunter x hunter. For one, the author of naruto was inspired by hunter x hunter and you can see many similarities as you watch the series, for example the chuunin exams closely resemble the hunter examination from hxh, akatsuki is loosely based from the phantom troupe and so on. A must watch.

The creator of Naruto, Masashi Kishimoto, was inspired by Hunter x Hunter to make his beloved franchise. So there are a LOT of similarities. The Scarlet Eyes and Sharingan(both significant to the story); Gon and Naruto(although they are pretty different overall) share the attribute of determination and have a deep fascination for their father; Kurapika is similar to Sasuke(or maybe I’m just reading too much into the eye thing). Akatsuki is like the Phantom Troupe, there are those villains like Hisoka and Orochimaru that make you question their and your sexuality. There are Chunin Exams in Naruto and there is the Hunter Exam in HxH. Both anime have a great OST, great openings/endings, great art and great action. The main thing is: they’re both amazing anime. Check ‘em out.  

They are both from the Shounen genre which mean you get your typical young male character with insane powers or untapped limitless potential. The main characters from both anime have similar ages and though the plot might differ, there are a lot of similarities like how exams must be taken in order to reach a higher rank in both anime and the assignment of individual missions according to rank. There are a lot more similarities not hinted here but watching Hunter x Hunter is definitely worth it especially if you are looking for the same thrill you got if you've watched Naruto. I personally loved the Hunter x Hunter due to the diversity of it's setting. There are a lot of places in the Hunter x Hunter universe that not even the Hunters themselves can enter without repercussions. This leaves room for unknown threats and enemies, encouraging intense battles and major character growth which further increases the appeal of the anime. If you've watched Naruto then there's no need for me to explain anything as even the first 5 episodes of Naruto will show you how intense it is. Though the animation might seem subpar by today's standards, which is no surprise because the anime came out way back in 2003, it is definitely worth the watch due to it's incredible character developments and their individual backstories which are actually relatable.  

They are both popular shonen everybody has to see. There are a lot of cool fights and the protagonists (yes plural) are really interesting. The anime gets darker and more serious from episode 20 (or sth) on, but starts really light hearted. All the antagonists are good and some of them are even my favorite of all time. Overall I think if you liked naruto and the whole fighting and training aspect of it you will most likely also enjoy hunter x hunter. The power system of HxH is considered one of the best in shonen and is also kind of similar to chakra. 

Both are adventure anime with similar themes explored throughout. Both have an exam arc, and characters such as Hisoka/Orochimaru and Kurapika/Sasuke are very similar. Hunter x Hunter is my personal favorite anime, and if you really enjoy Naruto you should give it a try, plus there are only 2 filler recap episodes and that's it.

They are basically energy in yourself that you need to learn to control and there's different Chakra and Nen type. -And more 

Gives that young, optimistic adventurer feeling that original Naruto had. 

- Naruto and Hunter x Hunter, both are Action-Adventure, long running anime series. - They are both battle-shounen anime. - The power system in both of them are very much similar to each other. - Both of them have good characters, story and world building. - The story arcs are also somewhat similar in both of them. 

HxH is similar to Naruto bc it is abt a boy who wants to find his and to become a hunter like how Naruto wants to become a Hokage . 

Both are shonen that feature a young boy going on an adventure with similar world building, character stereotypes and build up to action. Both anime can be seen as taking inspiration from the other and to all Naruto fans I recommend Hunter x Hunter and vice versa. 

Both are excellent shounens and both start off with a similar fashion that is an exam arc. The chunin exams are superior in that case but overall in my opinion Hunter X Hunter is a way better series. Ranging from the excellent protagonists and even better antagonists. This show has everything you expect from a shounen. Hunter X Hunter has EXCELLENT and when I say excellent I MEAN IT antagonists. Ranging from the bloody excellent Hisoka and the even better Chrollo. The best thing about the show is that the writing of the antagonist makes them antagonistic but does not make them "EVIL" which is brilliant. The show also has the best power system I have ever seen in an anime. Yes it is better than stands of JoJo in my opinion. Nen is complex but its so beautifully written and the fact that it has such a high range makes it amazing. Tbh im not gonna talk more. Just watch the series. I can guarantee you will enjoy it :)   

Ok so let me just say this i had to pick a show that this show is similar to but i dont actually thing this show is like any other show. this is my favorite anime and i have too much to say about it that i dont want to overwhelm you so ill keep it very simple. just watch it and thank me later. id even watch it with you, its amazing

They also share attacks inspired by the Kamehameha from Dragon Ball (Jajanken/Rasengan). *Kurapika and Sasuke both have red eyes that make them more powerful at the cost of harm to themselves, are from villages where everyone can turn their eyes red, and both seek revenge. *Milluki and Itachi are both older brothers who manipulate their younger brothers (Killua/Sasuke), join criminal organizations (Phantom Troupe/Akatsuki), and have long black hair. *Hisoka and Orochimaru are both oddly obsessed with kids who have the potential to be powerful. They also both have pale white designs. *Both series have criminal organizations with strong fighters that accept missions involving killing people for money (Phantom Troupe/Akatsuki)   

though the styles are totally different there yet the same every average anime watcher will find himself in a dilemma on which he should watch.. i suggest both ! there both funny, yet serious but then again... also Cruel and theres drama.. they both got em all :D 

It has action, adventure, love and even some comedy which is what makes these two anime seem so similar. But there are some differences of course, however the 2 characters kurosaki Ichigo and Naruto have extremely similar personality traits such as their will to protect those around them and their will to survive no matter what!

Both anime tells about one guy who wants to be the best and protect everyone. They start from level zero and raises to high level with training. There are awesome fights all the time and are both funny too. 

Both are shounen and involve quite alot of violence. There is not much of a romance in it although naruto may be a bit more emotional than bleach. They both start out with a guy that is inexperienced, but as the story progresses they improve dramatically 

Both series provide you with similar characters, who start off as newbies and as they make friends, enemies and fight their ways through, they realize they have amazing potential and learn what friendship really means! In both Bleach and Naruto, you'll harness action till you drop! 

Naruto derives from the same plot outline as Bleach, in which Naurto starts out as a weak ninja and as the story progresses, he gets stronger and fight tougher enemies. 

Both series are long running (lots of episodes) series that center around action and fighting. The main characters are very good and the stories are very profound. The main characters both start of as inexperienced but very stubborn and determined to become the best. Gradually they learn what the toll is of the world they live in while they become stronger. 

Both main characters have powers and a strong willed mind. They never give up and fight mainly for the sake of their friends (I've just described the shounen genre). Both develop their powers throughout the anime as they keep training and fighting. One as a substitute shinigami and the other one as a ninja. The cast of Bleach is older than Naruto's but the target audience is not very different so if you've watched one and are looking for something with the same feel to it, give the other a go. 

One of the most typical battle shounen anime - lenghty runtime padded with filler content, hotheaded protagonist that pulls through by the writers making new powers on the go, flashy abilities that come and go, pretty much all of the clichés in one pack. 

Let's start by comparing the story, both have similar shounen elements of that fighting spirit; Bleach = spiritual energy and Naruto = chakra. The Story's main protagonist seeks to become stronger after each encounter to protect their families (although in the beginning Naruto's motive is to not be seen as an outcast) The development of the protagonist is conveyed in a simple formula of finding that inner strength to overcome their opponent (speaking which both suffer inner demons to which they must also struggle against and control to unleash their full potential), however this simple formula is made entertaining by the interactions with a long list of supporting characters and the choreography of the fight scenes. The OST is probably the most outstanding feature of both Naruto and Bleach. They both evoke this primal instinct to fight and be poised for a fight (also evident through their extensive training regimes). It's heart pounding and raises the tension/excitement factor to set the scene for some epic shounen battles. The fight/battle scenes are generally dragged out to showcase both the parties moves and special abilities but also act as its foundation to the plot. (i.e. introducing new abilities, developing new abilities or creating plot points) The animation is solid throughout both shows, especially considering both shows' length. It certainly will not be a deterrent. However, one point to note is the amount of fillers may be an issue for a lot of viewers, to overcome this issue, I recommend seeking some great filler guides on the internet to watch the show in its canon form especially if the filler is not to your liking.   

No doubt, with some strong power comes a huge responsability, the characters will face huge difficults and because a huge plot you will have to choose wich one is your favourite 

They both follow a main character who starts off as almost useless but each character gets stronger as time goes on. They each have a group of friends whose powers stem from same source of power. Both main characters have different forms that increase their power but at the price where they have to fight for control. And at some point one of the main villians becomes immortal.  

The main characters of both shows, Ichigo and Naruto, are quite similar in terms of personality. They are both brash, energetic and have a tough exterior, although they have a kind heart. Both shows have the main character train to become stronger and protect his friends. Overall, these anime have similar art and animation, a lot of action and similar comedy, a large cast of characters, a similar plot and an overall similar vibe. 

The two main characters, ( Naruto and Ichigo) both have sad back stories, giving them the will to help others especially their friends. They both start off as very weak and steadily surpasses their superiors one by one until everybody notices and relies on them.  

If you like watching shounen anime where you follow the protagonist and watch them grow throughout the anime you'll probably enjoy both series. Both protagonists grow stronger as they constantly fight tougher opponents and learn to control their unstable powers. Both series also have impressive fight scenes, Bleach with swords and Naruto with hand-to-hand combat and using special techniques called "ninjutsu". 

Being a shonem anime, this is the best recommendation I can make at the moment. An anime whose protagonist develops as he sees his weaknesses, recognizes them and fights as if that were all... In Ichigo's words: "I don't fight thinking I'm going to win, I fight BECAUSE I HAVE to win!!" The anime brings together everything that Shonem Naruto gives us in a different world (soul reapers), comedy, action, emotion, dedication and overcoming! I believe that all Otakus must already know the anime Bleach, but this is a recommendation for beginners... <portuguese>Em se tratando de um anime shonen, essa é a melhor recomendação que posso fazer no momento. Um animes cujo o protagonista vai se desenvolvendo a medida que vê suas fraquezas, reconhece elas e luta como se isso fosse tudo... Like Naruto is provides likable and memorable voice actors (both for dubbed and original content) and is the perfect foot-in-the-door anime.  

Long-running shounen manga that share similar themes like friendship, self-sacrifice, and achieving one's best. They both have a lot of battles and likable characters. 

Similar in the aspect of the protagonist being a character who is weak and is gifted with power which allows him to be better and struggles to master his power and overcome the odds. Main Character being being a person who is both acting like a fool and has good plans in a while. 

In both series the main characters have some demons and they both start through intensive training to become stronger, and they go through many adventures with their friends to become stronger or to help each other. 

Bleach and Naruto both start off with the main protagonist being powerless nobodies, who lost important people in their lives out of their control. But overtime, they gain the help of their friends, and become much stronger. They become very powerful, and discover they had insane power just sitting inside them all this time. 

Both are wholesome romcoms with little to no drama. Both couples get together early on and most of the story is about them actually dating each other. 

Tho these anime have some complications between them...... Naruto and ichigo both are overpowered and lack a parent XD. Fight between ichigo vs Naruto does not make sense. Naruto's plot and bleach's plot are north and south . But both are long and a masterpiece.  

Bleach is part of what people call the Big 3 - alongside 'Naruto', so obviously, you've to give it a watch and also it's final arc is getting adapted this October!! 

Both are a part of big 3 and both have a set of amazing characters and plotline is good too.

Also one of the big three anime of the 2000's, great story, great characters, and very 2000's nostalgia bait heavy. There is A LOT of filler though. 

Same atmosphere, fights, funny moments. The art is very same as well. And ya, Natsu reminds me Naruto greatly, 'cos they are both quite silly, but cute and powerful ^_^ 

Both are shounen with heroes who are a bit slow. In Fairy Tail, Natsu is a bit more competent, but both he and Naruto serve as comic relief at times. Both Natsu and Naruto also have a strong loyalty to their friends. Both characters were also have a small sense of being cast aside because of something that happened in their pasts.  

Friendship, loyalty and a mix of love is w00t these two animes have in common. Not to mention they all have a huge variety of characters, all with differrent kewl techniques and powers. Both shows also finds a good way of mixing humor at the right time, but still manages to keep up a good suspense when needed. Also, the three main characters have huuuge resemblances. 

Character of both are very similar.Ninjitsu & magic looks very close to each other. 

Both talk a lot about friendship as being important, the action is also similar. Naruto is more dramatic than fairy tail though, but fairy tail makes up for this by being hilarious XD. Both are also must sees in the anime world no matter what genre you're into, to be honest if you watch anime you probably know what Naruto is anyway lol, but still Fairy Tail, in my opinion is equally as awesome! 

Both anime have similar characters, natsu ... naruto , gray ... sasuke ,lucy ... sakura , and similar powers like earth,wind,wather,lighting and fire magic (jutsu) , for example natsu use fire magic like sasuke use fire jutsu , erza use weapons like swords and throw them like ninja throw there kunai and so on.if you like fairy tail then you certainly you will like naruto. 

They way the headcharaters act is smiliar even though Naruto has a hard time fitting in and Natsu is looking for his "master". But they both tries to be the best in wath they do. 

Both have amazing characters, with both knowing the pain of losing people important to them (Naruto & Natsu). They both are hot headed and never back down from a challenge. It contains a lot of battles and awesome quotes and characters and you really should watch the both of them!  

Characters are very similar... both are popular shounen Fairy Tail is way more carefree and easy-going though 

The way they portray friend relation ships and the character personalities are similar. They are both action and cute comedy shows, which can turn into tear jerkers... 

Both main characters are hot-heads and impatients. Even female main character is same as other. You will not regret watching this! Adventure + Shounen + Comedy = Fairy Tail & Naruto  

The cast is very similar in that they also find a way to win and never give up. Both series are set in a similar environment (Guild Hall/Hidden Leaf Village) Both series have the main characters going on missions to earn money and make the village/guild stronger. They both end up having fights with the others Guilds/Villages Both series are very good and I highly recommend watching one if you like the other. You definitely wont be disappointed. 

Hot-headed, fiercely protective, always wanting to throw down in a battle of skill... Remind you of someone? Naruto Uzumaki? But also, Natsu Dragneel from Fairy Tail. Both characters are in search of something. For Naruto it's a place in the village, for Natsu, it's his adoptive father the dragon, Igneel. I believe that both animes are quite alike and with similar supporting characters (Sakura from Naruto and Lucy from Fairy tail), although the story isn't alike, both are about taking risks for friends and protecting the ones you love, while fighting for what is right. 

They both have a balance of action, suspense and comedy while maintaining a good plot. Both also showcase each character with their own background which influences their actions. 

Both have themes that are big on family & friends. Both feature a character who used to be alone, and ends up meeting great people they care about 

Both are shounen anime that focus mostly on humor and action, as they follow a group of main characters who go on quests trying to fulfill their missions. Both have many similar elements, such as fighting techniques and power-ups, fighting tournaments etc. Both have the same vibe and atmosphere. 

Both Main Characters (Naruto and Natsu) are Hot Heads that stick to what they believe in.  

Characters have special magical abilities. People divided into groups (For example- Fairy Tail: the Fairy Tail guild. Naruto: the hidden leaf village.) Some groups are good and some groups are bad. Focus's on one particular group who fight evil. Naruto and Natsu have similar personalities. The groups split into smaller teams to go on missions. Fairy Tail was without a doubt a more interesting and character/relationship building anime than Naruto. I feel that Naruto gets repetitive and there's too many filler episodes, whereas in Fairy Tail every episode is exciting and you start to feel attachment towards characters. Fairy Tail brings out more emotions in the viewer than Naruto would and the Fairy Tail music is much better than Naruto's music, however the sound track for both anime are great.

Not only is Fairy Tale on its way to being one of the biggest anime series compared to Naruto, both series share the same atmosphere, fight scenes, and comedic moments. The similarity between magic and Ninjitsu in both series are also quite similar. Taking place in an imaginary world where the Earth is inhabited by magic guilds, with each possessing their own significant abilities. One guild stands out the most as the most menacing, reputing guild in the land for completing tasks set forth before them. Which is why a young girl named Lucy wants to join them, because they're the best at what they do and she feels she can develop very well into a mage.  

Both long shows which are easy to binge, there's a coherent plot with fillers and there's a dumb main character that gets stronger by almost being defeated. They save the world a couple times and the power of friendship pulls them trough 

Naruto has many of the same elements as Fairy tail, including magical/power fights, and Natsu is similar to Naruto. 

Both are shounen anime, both have amusing protagonists, both have interesting battles but Fairy Tail tops Naruto in every way

both stories are full of heroes, heroines, villains with superhuman physical abilities, ridiculous training, fictional races and creatures, supernatural powers, and something like "chi". you can see extraordinary battles that involve from fistfight to melee combat. from conjuring destructive elements to manipulating nature. 

The main characters of Fairy Tail are similar and inspired by the main characters of Naruto. Natsu = Naruto Gray = Sasuke Lucy = Sakura Erza and Sakura aren't similar personality-wise but they do share a similar plot point. Both series involve characters that go on missions, have a tier system for missions, and both require passing an exam/trial to take higher-ranked missions. The final arcs of Fairy Tail and Naruto are similar. I even believe Fairy Tail pays homage to Naruto in its final arc.  

These both are underdog tales of sorts, MC's who were losers and struggled in the past but gave it their all and became the strongest of their time. They both have super powered characters and battles. They are both JUMP series and shonen battle anime. 

- MC are very similar; the usual "I can do it" belief. Both aspire to reach their ultimate goal with the same mentality, that are similar to one another. - It's the usual shounen story with a nice twist to it; heroes in BNH and ninjas in Naruto - Many consider BNH to be the next Naruto If you enjoyed Naruto, or miss It, Boku No Hero Academia will definitely fill the void. Bones have done an incredible job and the story is executed extremely well. Must watch. 

Story about teenagers who are being trained in a school dedicated to cultivate people with special abilities by teachers who also possess such special abilities. Those special abilities are usually diverse with most of the characters weilding a disctinct style of abilities. After fighting with other students to prove their strenghte. they then go on to beat up some bad guys, at start usually under the teacher's supervision. 

Both shows focus on younger kids that have various abilities, who battle each other and go to a school to train these abilities. The style of the characterization is pretty similar along with the structure of the story. The art is somewhat different, but both are bright and colorful and evoke a similarly exciting feeling from the viewer. 

This is a recommendation made based on how the MC resemble each other, and to some extent, lead how the story is going to progress. Both series featured a young boy who is shunned and looked down by society, and thus driving them to proved those stigma wrong by becoming 'the best'. It's an intriguing coming-of-age-type stories that will make you rooted for the MC in order to reach their dream.  

Both MC's are weak, had a rough past and didn't had support of parents. Both MC's want to be strong and help others Both have a little comedy, lots of action, scenes that should touch viewers emotionally 

In these two series, it’s needless to say that we get to watch the main character grow in more ways than one. While the main character in Naruto is a delinquent, and the one in My Hero Academia is a timid and polite boy, similarly they only wish for the best for the people around them. If you like a story about characters who start off with nothing and prove to everyone else that they can be something, then you’ll most likely like these.  

This is a common recommendation, and for a reason: -The protagonists have that 'If I try hard, I can do it!' personality -They both involve diverse special powers -Both are shonen series -Both have rivals that the protagonist strives to overcome 

This is the modern version of what the best of shounen has to offer. The way that Hero Acedemia paces the action, plot development, fights, and character interactions are all top notch. 

In both series the protagonist starts as someone who is seen as weak by others and vows to become the strongest to show everyone that with hard work he can do it too. Both series have great fight scenes with characters using special abilities in them. If you enjoy watching shounen anime where the main character grows throughout the show you should like both of the series. 

Weak but ambitious main character on his way to reach the top and proving himself to the ones who doubted and wronged him. The main focus lies on his journey to power up, finding friends and rivalry. (Action, Fantasy, Superpower, Shounen, Comedy) 

- The loser one - the better one - the loser one tried hard to keep up the better one - the loser one and the better one fight each other these two anime have the same way of characters  

Great character designs , colorful color palette , a distinct and diverse huge pool of characters , tactical battles , A school setting. It takes what made the Original Naruto series so popular and tries to recreates that magic in a Superhero genre. 

deku and naruto are hopeless losers that seem weak and dumb, but they have a big spirit and receive a grand power to strike down evil and change the view of others towards them, also tournament arc and rivalry between main characters is there, they are also very palpable to the mainstream audience

Both shows have a vast array of characters. They follow the story of someone going from zero to hero. Also, they both include superpowers/special abilities type things within the meta of the show. 

If you loved watching my hero academia then there is a likely chance you are gonna love Naruto as well. Both the shows belong to the same genre and in both the shows the MC is somewhat powerless at the beginning. But the character development is great in both the shows and both the protagonist have a strong sense of justice and has a goal that they wanted to achieve. 

Like the atmosphere is like very similar like there is school for shinobi in naruto there is a school for heros here. Deku is like Naruto who starts off weak and later grows stronger as the anime progresses. Like Naruto there are interesting classmates and side characters with well written back stories. 

Both obviously seem very different however Naruto and Deku seem to be more similar because of their drives and especially with the side characters and villains seem so similar to Naruto 

These shows are both fun, entertaining, mildly childish (but have deeper meanings) and are both "superpower" based anime 

Well... Boku no Hero is basically Naruto but instead of ninjas we have heroes. - The classic shounen with 'If I try hard and don't give up I can do this' protagonists. - In both there are several well-built characters whose anime pays attention to them without focusing entirely on the protagonist. - Awesome battles with strategies and powers. (And a exciting action music lol) - A ''school'' where the characters train and study to be a ninja/hero. - Both series tries to make you laugh, cry and get upset. (And usually they can) - And best of all, both are awesome anime. 

Hello kakashi sensei little shift in theme but overall it all feels like same people. maybe naruto more about growing and juju is about getting in phase with epic battles without watching tons of fillers. 

Both about OP orange haired main characters who hold a powerful dark entity sealed within them. This dark entity will often come out to aid in battle making the MC even more brokenly OP. Both masterpiece JUMP series.

In both, missions contribute a little to the overarching story, usually in the form of a villain appearance. 

~Itadori is like Naruto, both are jinchuriki holding a demon inside ~Fushiguro resembles and acts like sasuke, is Itadori friend and rival in a sense ~Kugisaki resembles and acts like sakura, but kugisaki isn;t useless like sakura ~Gojou is like Kakashi, cool and powerful and is like a teacher/senpai to the trio Basically it's Naruto but instead of ninjas it's demons and curses. 

- Both feature a similar quartet of main characters which I will mention below: - Yuuji and Naruto are both naive protagonists with a strong drive to succeed, both possess a dark demon inside of them that grants them immense power - Megumi and Sasuke are both dark-haired guys with a cool exterior, they have a fiery friendship/rivalry with the protagonist - Nobara and Sakura are short-tempered girls, they are especially irritated by the protagonists' antics, although I think Nobara is a much more competent character compared to Sakura - Gojo and Kakashi are seniors who play the role of the teacher for the trio, they both have a relaxing and nonchalant front which hides their true, more powerful nature, both are grey/white-haired, both wear a black mask on their face  

The personalities of the 3 protagonists in Jujutsu Kaisen literally mirrors the trio from Naruto. The design of the MCs from Jujutsu Kaisen seems to be based off of Naruto too with the teacher Gojou resembling Kakashi especially. 

Jujutsu Kaisenreminds me of Naruto in many ways. In the protagonist Itadori, Yuuji lives the strongest demon in the universe, Sukuna like in naruto kyuubi. teacher Gojou very reminds me of Kakashi they are gray-haired. kakashi reveals sharingan in battles and Gojou opens both eyes. I think if you are fans of Naruto you will definitely like Jujutsu Kaisen. 

Both feature incredible powers used in dynamic and interesting fights, beautiful animation which is/was ahead of it's time, and both have Kakashi-sensei. 

I think jujutsu can be considered the seinen cousin of naruto with obvious character parallels & similar sources for its magic system (咒术-忍术；jujutsu-ninjutsu). Also more likable characters & less filler too IMO. 

Both are battle shounen anime. Protagonists of both series start off with having an "evil" entity sealed in them. 

This series reminded me a lot of Naruto, just for the reseason that the main characters are like the same persons. 

Do you like Naruto? Well you’d love Jujutsu Kaisen then. Each show has the same premise and character relationships. Gojo is like Kakashi, Itadori like Naruto, and so on. Plus the idea of some type of monster being associated with the main character like that is in both of these shows. They are amazingly well written, and they succeed in giving you just happiness. I fully recommend it because they are alike enough, to give you the same feeling of excitement, happiness, and just pure joy when watching it.  

Both have a spiky haired doofus with a good heart for an MC on a quest to fight evil with some kind of monster living inside him. There's a rivalry with a cool dark-haired guy in each, and each teacher is a super powerful white-haired guy. The girl Nobara from Jujutsu Kaisen may not be in love with anyone like Sakura was, but they're totally sharing the "I like to be looking cute but love kicking butt" vibe.

both have a main "trio" of friends, in both jjk/naruto this is 2 boys and 1 girl along with a male sensei who guides them and is quite strong yet carefree. both are well regarded shonen series with good action and plot and both incorporate a good amount of comedy in between. both mc's have a power sealed inside them, in jjk its a curse called sukuna, in naruto its a nine tailed fox, kurama 

If you enjoyed Naruto Jujutsu Kaisen is, pretty much, Naruto 2.0/ modern version. 

A red-haired protagonist, with an evil being inside him (like nine tales), who grants him more power and tries to overcome his consciousness. So this protagonist fights with bad guys/curses. There's an ongoing bromance and rivalry with a cool dark-haired guy (Sasuke), and a senior white-haired guy with face covered by mask(Kakashi).Comes in a highschool to to become a jujutu and meets a girl that completes the team seven. The red-haired protagonist learns how the cursed energy (Chakra) works and learns how an attack that gathers cursed energy in hands and has a late impact (Rassengan). 

Jujutsu Kaisen has a similar cast of characters to Naruto. Jujutsu Kaisen's main charcters are Gojo, Itadori, Fushiguro, and Kasumi. For example, Fushiguro has similar traits to Naruto's, Sasuke. Both characters have black hair, good at what they're doing, and they speak less than other chacters around them. Jujutsu Kaisen also have similarities in its plot. I won't go into much detail in the show's plot, but both shows kinda follows the Shounen fomula. Though Both of the protagonists has a monster or a strong being in their body. To sum it up, if you seen Naruto, watch Jujutsu Kaisen next. 

Pretty similar everything except JJK is way smaller... yet 

Well main similarity is is the characters. now just like naruto theres a protaganist whos not the strongest in the group. he's fun and all. that is yuji in jjk and naruto in naruto lol. then we got the useless female main character. in naruto its sakura ofc and in jjk nobara. now nobara is not useless but she is the least powerful and is very weak. then we got the cool and badass male main character. in naruto its sasuke and in jjk its megumi. both of them r very cool and powerful. then we have the cool sensei. in naruto its kakashi and in jjk its gojo.   

Depending on your perspective, Jujutsu Kaisen either takes inspiration from, or rips-off, from other popular shounen anime. In particular Jujutsu Kaisen borrows heavily from Naruto, just to name a few similarities: -the protagonist (Naruto/Itadori) is a hot-headed but good-natured boy with colorful spiky hair and a has an evil demon residing within him -his mentor (Kakashi/Gojou) is an irresponsible dude whose supper-power is contained in his eyes and thus always wears an eye-cover. -their companion (Sasuke/Fushiguro) is gloomy, dark-haired guy, who harbors a dark secret and whom the evil spirit wants to posses. -the villain (Orochimaru/Sukuna) is an evil immortal deity who wants to possess the protagonists -similar power systems, everyone has an intrinsic ability, but you have to channel your energy, train hard, believe in yourself etc. -nearly identical story structure: first episode about the protagonist getting rescued and discovering his power, then a few episodes dedicated to a mission, then a tournament arc that inevitably gets hijacked by the antagonists. -the ninjas/jujutsu sorcerers are mostly grouped in groups of 3, two boys and a girl. Could go on but you get the idea. If you're a fan of shounen action show odds are you probably would like either anime.   

There are so many similarities between Naruto and Jujutsu Kaisen: - A powerful being once feared by society now lives in the body of a boy, becomes a source of powerful energy. Both kurama (naruto) and sukuna (jujutsu kaisen) are savages but became good companion to both main characters. - kakashi and gojou are basically same (only gojou is much funnier and more powerful), the appearance is similar - platinum hair with something to cover specific face feature. (and both are good looking and popular among anime watchers) - the friendship dynamic is so similar as well - 2 boys and 1 girl. 1 boy who has silly, friendly and comedic personality, 1 boy who is serious and silent type, and 1 girl who is rather loud and hot-tempered. The 2 boys are also rivals to each other, and have more power than the other girl. - They also have a tournament or some sort, where contestants from various schools/dojo would gather to have competitions. - The way they show how chakra works is also very similar. - The difference is only that since Naruto has tons of episodes, it's more slow-paced, while Jujutsu Kaisen is more fast-paced considering it's only 24 episodes.   

Both anime have elements of action and fantasy, as well as similar themes such as power struggles, friendship, betrayal, and a strong focus on strength and mastery of martial arts. In both anime, there are characters with supernatural abilities that they use in battles. In "Magical Battle," this is due to the presence of magical artifacts that give their owners special abilities, while in Naruto it's ninja techniques and jutsu. Both anime have a strong emphasis on character development and relationships, as well as emotional depth and empathy for the heroes. Finally, "Magical Battle" has its unique features, such as a focus on the line between good and evil and finding one's own truth, which may interest Naruto fans looking for something new and exciting in the action/fantasy genre. Overall, "Magical Battle" could be an interesting choice for Naruto fans looking for new anime in the action/fantasy genre, as well as those who value character development and strong emotional components. The main protagonists in both anime - Naruto and Takeo - start their journey from a lower level and go through constant development and improvement of their skills to achieve their goals. Both main characters are hardworking and motivated, but can sometimes be naive and willing to take risks to prove their strength. Both main characters have reliable friends and allies who help them overcome difficulties and achieve success. In "Naruto," these are Sasuke, Sakura, and many other ninjas, while in "Magical Battle," it's Izumi, Rin, and other mages. Both anime have villains who use their abilities and knowledge to achieve their goals and establish their power over other characters. Some characters in both anime also have their unique personalities and styles that help them stand out among other characters. For example, in "Naruto," it's Guy and Rock Lee, who have a very unusual fighting style, and in "Magical Battle," it's Shizumu and Kazuki, who have their unique magical abilities. Finally, both anime have characters who have gone through difficulties and losses that helped them become stronger and better in the future. For example, in "Naruto," these are Kakashi and Itachi, while in "Magical Battle," it's Kuroe and Madoka. Overall, the characters in both anime have many common traits that make them similar to each other. Gojo and Kakashi might as well be the same character! Silver haired, overpowered teacher who at first Funny the students, or is at best aloof and carefree around them. The protagonists are also similar, in the sense that they have their own goals unrelated to the schools they attend, and getting stronger just happens to be the path to that goal 

Jujutsu Kaisen draws heavy inspiration from Naruto, with many plot points in Jujutsu Kaisen bearing similarities to those in Naruto. I can't mention much without spoiling both series. However, I only recommend watching Jujutsu Kaisen if you want to watch fights due to its poor world-building and lack of meaningful character interactions. The main characters in Jujutsu Kaisen mirror the main characters in Naruto. Naruto = Yuji Sasuke = Megumi Sakura = Nobara Kakashi = Gojo Additionally, there are other characters I believe to be inspired by Naruto in design and personality. Shikamaru = Kokichi/Mechamaru Tsunade = Yuki There are only a few strong female characters in both series, and stronger male characters overshadow them. Although, female characters are treated better in Naruto. The Kyoto Goodwill Event arc in JJK appears to take inspiration from Naruto's Chunin Exams arc. In JJK, the students battle in a forest reminiscent of Naruto's Forest of Death during the Chunin Exams. Both arcs feature competitors from different regions participating in a competition, such as the Kyoto and Tokyo schools in JJK and the Hidden Leaf and Sand villages in Naruto. Additionally, there are parallels in the beginning of the arcs, as the Kyoto students haze the Tokyo students similar to how the Sand genin hazed the Hidden Leaf genin. Moreover, without giving away any spoilers, both arcs in Naruto and JJK culminate in similar events towards their conclusions.  

Aside from the stubborn-ness and will-to-succeed-no-matter-what personalities of both lead characters Naruto (Naruto) and Gon (HxH), the display of a wide range of fighting styles using a certain energy-manipulating concept (chakra for Naruto; nen for HxH), the dangerous examinations storyline (Genin/Chuunin exams; Hunter exams), and the search for an important person (Naruto's friend Sasuke; Gon's dad Jin), the quality of humor and adventure in both anime gives the viewer similar highly enjoyable experience :) 

The series have many things in common. The main character is a boy who has to pass a difficult, often life-threatening exam using jitsu/spiritual energy, and he does it with the help of his friends. There are lots of fights and many episodes are focused on training. 

A little boy who goes out on a journey while finding friends, fighting against an evil organisation and is an image after his father who is an legend. I highly recommend this show to any Naruto fan out there. It's funny and has a really good story. The animation is good when you think of how old it is and the music is fitting. Also at some parts it feels like Naruto has adapt some things from this show like the exam and an evil organisation. Do I even dare to say that HunterxHunter is much better than Naruto? Well, yeah I do. 

Imagine a world where kids have to take on the jobs of adults. Such a world is the world of Hunter x Hunter as well as the world of Naruto, yet neither series does anything to sugar coat what goes on. Death is completely a possibility for these young adventures no mater the job they take on, but they also never once think of giving up, the main character that is. 

A shounen with a, in my opinion, little more mature approuch than Naruto, sacrificing a little bit of fighting for a lot more psychology etc. Also, Naruto has several influenses from this anime as far as i can see. 

Both animes start out with the characters taking exams. From there you see what hapens to them during the exams and the harsher realities of the aftermaths.  

if you like Naruto than you should know that more than half the stuff in it was already taken from hunter x hunter. the most obvious is the fact that a clan of "red-eyed" people were slaughtered because of their red-eyes. thee's also the fact that there's a survivor that's bent on getting revenge and will do anything to succeed. remind you of someone?.... other than that "idea" both main characters grew up without their parents. both their dad's are great people. both "act" rather than "think" they both have a 4 main character squad (team 7 with kakashi, and than Gon's team) both have an exam at the beginning. both have an antagonist group that's bent on destroying the world or something related (akatsuki = the spiders) and the "red-eyes" want to find this group. both have some sort of chakra/ki/energy related stuff that they learn both have shounen battles and tournaments. both have something ridiculous with them (Naruto wearing a bright orange jumpsuit while he's a ninja, and Gon fighting with a fishing rod) yet somehow their able to work with it.  

the main male characters are the xcept that in naruto the guy's more idoitic and hyper but both guys are hardworking and never give up. they both also talk bout clans and enemy clan. oh and in both one guy has red eyes. i recomend this if you liked h x h 

In the same way that HxH was deeply inspired by Dragonball, Naruto is deeply inspired by HxH. For one, both series make their money from their attachable characters and bright outdoor style. Second, many plot element from Naruto are almost simply ripped off HxH (chuunin exam and hunter exam, chakra abilities taken from a nen ability - the puppeteer for instance). However, just as HxH was more serious than DB, dropping a lot of the humour for more daunting psychological trauma, Naruto pushes that further to the point of sounding emo at time. Yet, overall, it remains light.  

Both Hunter x Hunter and Naruto experience the same events and similar writing, Its very clear theat Naruto is similar to Hunter X hunter with shonen style fighting,charactors , abilities ,and saga's 

Both are based on manga that were created around the same period and published by Shounen Jump. Both have a main protagonist who has no parents and never surrenders. They follow the main protagonist as he makes several friends, from which, one who comes from a notorious family and one who seeks vengeance for the murder of his clan. The first part of the anime follow these protagonist as they take a certain exam (Chuunin exams / Hunter exams). They also have similar villains: a shady criminal organization (Phantom Troupe / Akatsuki), and a pale man who takes an interest in the main characters and switches factions often (Hisoka / Orochimaru).  

Masashi Kishimoto openly admits he was heavily influenced by Hunter x Hunter in creating Naruto Both anime have characters with abilities (Nen/Chakra) . Both main characters want to become very strong and have a goal they are trying to reach Both anime have humor, lots of action, concentrated on friendship and scenes that touch people emotionally

Naruto was born as Jinchuuriki and the main protagonist of Nabari no Ou was born with the hijutsu which everyone wants ^^ 

Both protagonists have a special ability that makes people chase them. Though most people would say they are completely different, both of the protagonists care deeply for the people around them and hate to see them hurt. Even to the point of giving themselves up to the people chasing them. Though Nabari no Ou is shorter than Naruto they both show that they get stronger to protect themselves and the ones around them. They are both quite similar if you think about it. 

The series - though different - share a common interest with one another and that is ninjas. Ninjas with a goal to protect the ones they care about, and all in goal to stop an enemy from taking over the world or reconstructing it to their liking. Both Nabari no Ou and Naruto hold some strong similarities in that, but also hold strong differences with each other. But a series that both should be tried.  

Both series tell about a ninja world. Nabari no Ou tells about the current world and Naruto has its own ninja world. In both anime, there is a guy who has the power to change the world and other people are trying to use it. Both of them want to protect their friends and the world. They are both very good anime with action, drama, comedy, and more. 

They both share the concept "Ninja" as well as similar characters. **SPOILER** Ramei Shimizu from Nabari no Ou swears to kill her brother who massacred the whole clan, just like Sasuke from Naruto. 

Both are about ninja. Both have great, intense fighting scenes. Both main characters are being hunted down for what's inside of them. 

Nabari no Ou is extremely similar to Naruto, one of the on;y differences is that it's not unnecessarily drawn out. Nabari no Ou, and Naruto both have 1) A character that is emotionless on the outside, but the main character wants to save them 2) A fox spirit targeting the main character 3) A character who's older brother murdered the rest of their family 4) A doting sensei, who will do anything to protect his students 5) Ninja 6) Hidden shinobi villages 7) A scroll that the characters at one point or another, aspire to get And much more! I apologize, it's been about 4 years since I've seen Nabari no Ou, I just remember loving it, and it's characters, but it also hitting me hard in the Naruto feels.  

Both series are about ninjas, ninja clans, and a special main character with an unstoppable, unknown power which lies within. Although Naruto is, without a doubt, much more popular, maybe a change of pace like this more underappreciated ninja show could be for your tastes. 

When I watched this anime, it immediately reminded me of Naruto. Mainly because of the MC having something sealed inside him & the characters being ninjas, although in Nabari no Ou ninjas live, dress and work like normal people. What made me recommend this is the similarity of the situation & past of the samurai siblings. It's reminded me of what happened to the Uchiha clan & brothers. In Nabari no Ou though, the circumstances are more forgiving & reconciliation was less complicated. There is also the element of solitude in both animes that allowed the two main characters to form a special bond. 

Things that made Ao No Exorcist "the same" as Naruto: - There a students that is styding on a school for becoming something - They are on missions outside and need to survive without the teacher (tho, that episode was very exciting!) - They can make animals and things come and help them only by saying special formula or something. - They can bite their fingers and use their blood to make the things they get from the formula to be stronger. - The story start's also about a boy that is borned demon and got a horrible childhood. - The demon boy also lose his control over his demon powers, but ends with mastering it in the end. - The boys was also found outside alone when they were babies and somebody took them home. (I'm not going to say anything more about that, because that is a very interesting story!) - The demon boy is also in a class where he is fighting with another boy and taking about who is best etc.. - There is a old/young/good looking lady that got big boobs in both of the series..... - The mine teacher in both series are acting the same to the mine character (Rin and Naruto) - They both get flames when they using their power, only that the colour is different. Now I can't think of anything more, but yea...  

Both main characters have been born with powers from Evil that they will have to master in order to save the World from destruction and avoid their friends to get hurt by that same power. 

Both protagonists are loud mouth idiots that are shunned by their peers because they're cursed with awesome and they both strive to become the best despite their stupidity and naivety. 

They have the same protagonists who have a darker side which they initially hated but later on accepted. Both try to show others that what they really are is not the ONLY thing that defines them. 

Both main characters were rejected as kids by their respective community and also have amazing great hidden power. 

Both are centered around a boy who learns that he is gifted with immense demonic powers, and must find a way to control them in order to protect the people he loves. 

Now switching the ninja world to a world with two sides, Ao no Exorcist is another anime that will remind you of Naruto because the main characters are so much alike. Rin Okumura is the illegitimate son of Satan. He was created to be a suitable vessel for Satan, so he can travel and conquer the human world. Demons can only travel between the two worlds as long as they can possess anything that exists within it. Rin, on the other hand, does not want to be associated with the demon lord and decides to become an exorcist to fight and protect their own world. Naruto and Rin both share the quality of a helpful main character. They both feel like it is their obligation to save others away from harm, despite being born differently and being treated as trash by others. Also, they both have inner demons which they will try to learn to control over time. The concept of studying in a school and going on missions is also very familiar, just like with the Naruto series. If you are looking for a Naruto-ish character set on a much darker themed anime, you will surely enjoy Ao no Exorcist.  

It is truly fascinating that how much in common Naruto, and Blue Exorcist has. Both main characters from the shows (Naruto, and Rin) are motivated to become someone who can save the world by their parents. Therefore they would study at a special school where they would eventually graduate and follow the path of justice. The characters are born with powers that are not what normal people would have, but rather on the more evil side. However, they use this power for good purposes.

Both MCs have a hidden power within them that they cannot control. They both are also unpredictable and willing to do whatever it takes to help a friend.

If you see black star and naruto you will find similiar clumsy character.Because they both have the same idiotic that alway's rushing into thing's without thinking first.they also have strong will & dream.That why i recomended this serial because they both funny,and if you like naruto series i confident that You also like this series.Please Enjoyed! 

The art style for Soul Eater actually is rather similar to Naruto's in the fact that it uses rather thick lines and bright, solid colours. Even the tone of the anime is similar, adding light-hearted and funny moments in-between epic action. Soul Eater injects a bit more humour than Naruto, but they both do a good job of relieving tension with humour at the right moments. Both anime focus on building up the quirky characters (which are very lovable and memorable) as they progress further into their world and as they get into more fights. Both stories are essentially following the main characters getting stronger and maturing as they strive towards their ultimate goal.  

Naruto relates to the character Black Star in Soul Eater very much(as mentioned by others)--the difference is that Black Star is much cooler(IMO). Both animes have a similar relation with the characters being mediocre at first and eventually grow stronger. Soul Eater however is fairly more organized in episodes and actually has an ending(also, it didn't exceed over 100 episodes!). There's lots of your humour and action just like Naruto too.  

Some of the characters resembles each other like... Black star and Naruto who thinks they're better than everyone else Death the kid and Sasuke who are bad asses maka and sakura who feels the need to be stronger  

When watching Soul Eater i instantly thought "this is like naruto only a bit cooler" Both have characters coming out of a school where they are trained to fight at young ages and get put into dangerous situations leading to fighting some sort of ultimate evil. 

There are a lot of resemblances between the two. Some of the main characters are like main characters from Naruto. Me and my friend joke around and try to assign a Soul Eater character to a Naruto character. So far we have matched Kakashi, Naruto, Sasuke, Kabuto, Orchimaru, and the Mizukage.  

1. In Soul Eater, they have powerful wavelengths and they try to control it. Same as Naruto, they have strong Chakra and they have to control it. 2. Both anime have groups of 3: Maka, Death the Kid and Black star. And Naruto, Sakura and Sasuke. 3. Naruto and Black☆Star both love attention. 

Soul eater is very similar to Naruto as it about groups of young people who fight. It might not be long and it might have shallower plot but it's better made with nicer sense of humour and not that long. Extreme similarities can be seen on some charachters such as Naruto and Star. 

Soul Eater and Naruto are very similar because they both contain great comedy and fight scenes. When I first started watching Soul Eater, the first person that reminded me of Naruto was Black Star. They're both loud and obnoxious, but do care about their comrades intensely. Black Star also reminds me of Sasuke because they have similar back stories. Then there's Maka, who reminded me of Sakura because of their kind and caring personalities and also their tendency to punch/chop people that annoy them. There are so many other people who remind me of the characters from Naruto, but if I listed them I would probably spoil it for you. Then there's also the comedy that made me crack up constantly. There were also some pretty heartfelt scenes and sad back stories but they weren't as sad as the ones from Naruto. Even though there aren't any couples, you will probably end up shipping a lot of the characters. So, if you enjoyed Naruto or Naruto Shippuuden and you think there are too many episodes or you don't want to put up with lots of filler episodes, then I recommend that you watch Soul Eater!  

Influences by Dragon Ball? Of course. Naruto though, attempts to take the original style and change it up ever so subtly into a new style that is a nice balance between the not so realistic style of Dragon ball and the super realistic styles of other series, not that either of those styles are bad. Naruto also takes the element of wacky adventures and implements it a manner which is also in between the two types of story telling. There are also a lot of bright colors for both series. 

Both are shonen, but if you've seen DB in your childhood and you're looking for something similiar to it Naruto should do. The difference is that of course Naruto has better animation (well, it was aired almost 20 years after DB). Both have many fights and both are funny.

Both are based on manga published by Shounen Jump. They both tell the adventures of a young kid, who has no parents and comes from a remote village, as he makes new friends and fights against strong enemies. Also, both anime show the main character train in order to become stronger and also participate in battle tournaments. 

Naruto and Dragon are both highly recognized shounen anime. Dragon Ball shows the life of Goku as a child where he trains to get stronger, just as Naruto does in this series. Each of them are great prequels to serve as a stepping stone towards their even more action-packed sequels. 

The series have a very similar premise. Both have a young protagonist who trains to become stronger while facing powerful opponents. Both series have impressive fight scenes where characters use special techniques using their inner energy. If you enjoy watching shounen series with combat in them, you'll probably like both the series. 

Ever hear of a little series called Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z? With the main character Goku? Yeah. Luffy from One Piece Gon from Hunter x Hunter and Naruto from Naruto were both inspired by Dragon Ball's Goku. The creators say as much themselves. 

Naruto takes a lot of inspiration from Dragon Ball, which is rather clear. I watched Dragon Ball first, then later on watched Naruto. It's a good watch. 

Both animes have children who are normal in appearance but have crazy strong family ties and potential, and they are both build up animes that set the story for some really good animes. 

Tsuna is kinda like Naruto in the begining, a loser with no much talent, comedy is playing a big part and friendship too. Later does it became more serious and much more action and both Tsuna and Naruto becomes very strong.

Katekyo hitman Reborn is very similar to Naruto in some ways. First is the main character. Tsuna and Naruto are both no-good at the start. Then some trainings are similar. Patience, determination and strenght are just a few. Try watching KHR to know more. Trust me, you'll love it! If not, comment me. 

I have never thought that I will find any similarities in these animes (except that they are both long shounens). Those who watched Naruto and Naruto Shippuden will definitely like/love Katekyo Hitman Reborn! (but I can't promise the same if the opposite)... Both Of The Characters: - Start to build their way up and develop their real personality and image from the very 0. Naruto is a recluse, who never had any close or far frinds, because everyone is afraid to mix with him, because of his cursed mark and the rumours about beast, living inside the boy. On the other hand he is a complete looser, who does something silly all the time, sometimes more than one silly thing at a time. He got used to living alone, and even though his new friends don't seem to like him much, that doesn't stop him for aiming to fight and achieve his goals. Tsuna doesn't have many friends and he is used to the live of a loner (loner, not lonely). Unlike Naruto, he has a family and couple of, well, friendly classmates on his side, but he doesn't mind being alone at all. - Have kind hearts, pretty much strong will when it comes to fight and definitely strong will when it comes to protect someone, and fight for justice and rescue the world. - Are said to be leadrers. Naruto's dream is to become a Hokage and protect his friends and village, as a leader. Tsuna has to become a mafia Boss in addition to protect his friends and family. - Have to go through special training to gain enough experience. In addition of becoming stronger and fight for what they one day will achieve, you can see the character total transformation and how are they growing mentally and physically. - Need to tame a *** beast. In The Both Stories: - Elements like Earth, Wind, Mist, Wind, Fire, Water... are used by characters in their fighting techniques.This is adding an unique quality to each character's personality and inner power. - The character chakra/flame has a form of an animal, which along with the elements describes their individual personality.   

Both of the protagonist are starting as weaklings but is proven that they are the most powerful in their world.

Their main characters (Naruto and Tsuna) start ridiculously weak and get really strong as time flows. They also have friends that help in the journey with their different powers. Both are mainstream shounen anime. Both give you a good time, but remember, friendship is always the most important thing! If you liked one, you will definitely like the other.

A lot of humour, great battles, many many techniques, characters, etc. All these are features from both anime. The protagonist—a smiling guy, dressed in orange/red and blue. Naruto is blond. Goku can be blond. Both are great anime with great battles and many funny moments. 

Being Akira Toriyama (Dragon Ball Z creator) a main inspiration for Naruto creator Masashi Kishimoto, Naruto marks the starting point of many anime viewers. In the 90's Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z was the Shonen anime that made a lot of people fan to the anime. In this time, Naruto is the Shonen anime that had made a lot of people fan to the anime being Naruto their first anime. Packed with a lot of action, martial arts fight (Ninjutsu) and the road to be the strongest, Naruto is an action anime that any DBZ fan would love and plus has a more thriller drama.  

Kishimoto got inspired from this to make Naruto so... 

Anime that are more popular than any other in the western world, bar Pokemon. They are both pretty predictable and generic, but a lot of fun. 

The two are very good because, many adventures, battles and some characters and techniques remind me a lot of Dragon Ball Z, but I go more for Dragon Ball Z, because it is my favorite anime. 

Both main theme are set in the ninja world. Both involved great ninja fight between the good and the bad. Both had a good characters development to go with a good storyline. Definitely for those that are interested in ninja, fighting type anime. 

Uzumaki Naruto and Hanabishi Recca are both ninjas. They share similar ideals, and strive to become stronger to protect those close to them. If you're a fan of Naruto, I highly recommend Flame of Recca.

i think so if you have seen naruto you will like rekka no honno both involves ninjas and the word hokage is mentioned.In naruto hokage is the head of the leaf village but in recca no honoo its is a tribe of ninjas. there is humour in both the series and in naruto kurama is strored inside him in rekka no honno there are the 8 dragons inside him. 

Imagine Naruto in Japan (Tokyo). This is it. I'd reckon the mangaka of Naruto kind of copied this anime, as they both include ninja's with the elemental powers, hokages, and both contain these monsters that can pass on from child to child that reside within them to become overwhelming powerful (tailed foxes and fire beasts (IDK what they are actually called)). - Disclaimer, One piece obviously copied the character ability of Minamio. Minamio is a character made of rubber that can stretch his limbs like Luffy, as well as nullifying punches 

Both have a main-character who wants to become the strongest of all by defeating their enemies. Thanks to their friends they will come very far... And if you want to laugh, this a good one too!

Imo Naruto and Kenichi are very alike. They both strife to get stronger while using martial arts. They both have top level, weird, funny masters. Also the humor in both shows are very alike. If you liked the comedy in Kenichi than Naruto should be the next thing to watch and vice versa. 

if you want an anime with characters that start off weak and level up with an honorable goal this is your similar anime to watch..... if you are looking for an anime that stars a main character who has a good reputation of reforming the bad guys with strong motivational speeches and emotional talk, kenichi and naruto are two peas in a pod when it comes to that...... both main characters are outcasts with a lot of compassion for others... kenichi's love life is kinda like naruto kenichi likes the main girl (miu) while a shy girl (izumi) likes kenichi sorta like naruto likes sakura while a shy girl hinata likes naruto  

Story starts off with a delinquent who likes to beat up bullies and cause trouble to catch attention only to involved in an accident that starts for real. They are later joined by companions with an experienced mentor whose past is tragic, a stoic, ruthless, and intelligent black haired individual said to be their competition, and a useless, annoying, and whiny brat who wants to get stronger to reach their goal. By partaking missions until they encounter a powerful antagonist to kick off the story (Toguro for YYH and Akatsuki for Naruto). I find Naruto to be YYH but with ninjas if you can swap HxH but it does have elements with HxH due to Togashi being Kishi's good friend.  

Like Naruto, Yuu Yuu Hakusho best moments are the fights which are epic and usually decided by a cunning strategy. Pretty much all the characters are likeable. 

in both shows, the main hero is extremely rude... in both shows the main hero is teamed with a very dark, brooding anti hero who specializes in eyes and fire both shows deal with demons  

Both are 1990's shonen fighting anime with high school age protagonists. Both anime also feature spirits/demons, although Yuu Yuu Hakusho is more focused on them. 

similiar type of male lead characters who have super hidden abilities that surpasses each new enemy they meet. They are rather child-like and bond quickly with people they meet. 

The tags and genres are roughly the same, and both series are made up as universes instead of stories. Action, emotional and funny scenes are present in both animes, and you'd definitely get to like some of the characters. 

This show is almost like Naruto. 1. The relationship between Marshall Cross and Allen is similar to the relationship between the Pervy Sage and Naruto. With the masters mistreating and giving their students a hard time. 2.The clan of Noah is like the Akatsuki 3. Kanda and Sasuke are alike in their personalities, they even look alike. And they both wield swords. 4. Allen and Naruto are both called something like "Bean sprout" and "knucklehead". They both seem or appear to be immature but Allen is a lot more smarter and calmer. 5. Both shows have missions and somebody giving out those missions like the hokage and Kumoi Lee 6. Allen and Naruto are both weak at first but Naruto works a lot harder than Allen, whose power just levels up 7. Lenalee and Sakura are alike they are both useless. Though Lenalee is A LOT nicer. 8. Both plots have the good people have something inside that the enemy wants to take away. Like The Clan of Noah takes people innocence and the Akatsuki takes bijuu. 9. Both Allen and Naruto have sayings like " my ninja/whatever way", "I made a promise...". 10. The whole exorcist and ninja things are alike. 11. War 12. Each person who wields innocence has a different power, just like in Naruto except in Naruto you have to learn different powers, and some people can have same powers like more commonly shadow clone or ..... clones. Naruto does have some rare powers like Byakugan, Sharingan, Rinnegan the three ocular powers. Naruto tops D.Gray Man because the people in Naruto especially the main character are more hard working while the characters in D. Gray Man just get power. Also Miranda lotto's episode with the recurring time in a city is just like Haruhi Suzumiya's endless eight  

d.gray-man has a energetic main character [allen walker] who is a lot like the main character in naruto [naruto uzumaki], a cold-attitude friend or comrade [kanda yuu and sasuke uchiha] who has a dark past, and an energetic female character who wants to protect their friends [lenalee lee and sakura haruno]. both stories are on fighting, but are laced with humour along the series. if you liked one of them, you may like the other. i cannot guarantee that you will absolutely like it, as everyone has their own unique preferences.

The characters are quite similar, Naruto is like Inuyasha, both stupid, loud, but possessing hidden power, descendants of extremely powerful characters. Sakura is like Kagome, always walking next to the main character and acting a bit harsh, often bullying the main and causing the main to have feelings for them. Sasuke, like Sesshomaru, is the main opponent, cold and always stronger than the main, not a righteous side nor a villain. Jiraiya is like Miroku, they both guide the main in thinking, they all love beautiful girls, they are all perverted Orochimaru is like Naraku, both are villains, has a rather eccentric personality and has gender issues, white skin like a ghost, or gives birth to disgusting things from his body. In particular, both stories have costumes and landscapes similar to ancient Japan, influenced by generations of Samurai, and both stories talk about the image of a beast with many tails, the Kyuubi by Naruto and Kirara by Inuyasha.  

I have recommended these two because, in terms of story-wise, I strongly believe they are pretty similar. Despite their appearance as just an innocent shounen show for kids to watch, it has pretty deep significance. Though it might follow the adventures of two amazing main protagonists as they battle against their own destiny and fate which was unfair from the moment they were brought into the world, it might also feel like a cliché that someone would say just to attract you into thinking that anime is light-hearted. As a matter of fact, it is indeed not light-hearted as it shows the most gruesome acts of people under the act of 'the villain'. So, I suggest watching these two amazing animes when you feel like you want to improve yourself spiritually or you just want to tackle the red string of fate that keeps you locked up from freedom. Be my guest!

The MC has a secret power that is hated by all people, tot he point that people like him are executed and/or banished as monsters. They both have elemental magic system of combat as ell as a little swordplay. There is also a fair bit of betrayal between friends and a lot of plot twists. 

Both main characters start off weak but get stronger later on and both carry on their or take over their predecessor's dreams and ideals. 

Both are great shounen anime that have a mc who strives to be at the top. In my hero the protagonist has someone who he wants to defeat and prove himself to. Same with Naruto who wants to beat his rival and prove that he isn't what they think. They both have a battle arc. In Naruto it was the churn exams, and my hero has the UA sports festival. I think that they are both amazing anime and are similar in many ways. 

A driven anime protagonist aiming to be the best in his chosen field. Naruto and Deku were both underdogs who live to prove they can succeed.  

with an interesting plot and surprising twists, it's a perfect anime for someone who likes a lengthy story... although it is not for the faint hearted with a few bloodied scenes. the story starts with a confusing scene that draws the viewer in, and it explains the characters lives at an understandable pace... definitely an anime that makes you care about the characters enough that you want to shout at them to get up if they get knocked down... very much the way Naruto makes you feel. (at least, it makes me feel that way!) it not just that though... this anime is laced with Japanese folklore for people who like stories with a bit of truth in them. That is... a bit anyway... however, this is not the reason I chose to continue watching this anime. I actually love the lessons they knock into you e.g. "those who abandon their mission are scum, but those who abandon their friends are worse than scum"- Hatake Kakashi  

Both fairly known Animes, character focus, and a lot of action. If you're getting into anime from Naruto, I'd suggest Full Metal Alchemist. Not only for the action, for the love, comedy, and general mood of it. 

Both "Naruto" and "Fullmetal Alchemist" are series that easily are classified as mere fighting animes. In both cases I would disagree with the "mere"-part. Both of these animes have plenty of fights, but the also have the ability to go deeper in a way that will make them appreciated not only by adolescents, but by adults as well, and as such they both represent the cream of the crop of fighting anime.

If you are looking for an anime similar to Boruto that's actually good and not complete ass, I would highly recommend this show called Naruto, based on Boruto's dad and his journey of becoming hokage while he establishes meaningful relationships that will keep you emotionally invested.

In NARUTO, the world also has secret villages populated by ninjas that have all sorts of weird abilities, and who are destined to fight each other. BUT THAT'S NOT ALL! Basilisk fans know that EYES are a very important part of this show's story. Both clan leaders have special eyes that have unique capabilities. As such, for you, fellow eye conoisseurs, you'll be happy to know that NARUTO features not only ninjas, but also NINJAS WITH SPECIAL EYES. And their eyes are even more diverse than Basilisk's! They have more properties, they can be fused and change over time, they can even be PASSED DOWN BY IMPLANTS. It's the true show for eyes lovers, and if you consider yourself one, you don't want to miss this.  

Ninja's, but more ninja-like (like actually surprising the enemy for a change) 

If you like Epic battles, you can't go wrong with another of the most popular anime ever: saint seiya Naruto (specially the saga where they have to rescue Sasuke) was heavily influenced by the great 1 vs 1 fights of saint seiya, you will begin to notice the cool similarities right way! 

Both anime teem with combats in which fighters rely on some inner strength that grows subsequently as the story develops. In Naruto, it is Chakra, while in Saint Seiya, it is Cosmos... Both anime do tackle similar themes such as: loyalty and brotherhood. 

Both very popular filled with battle scenes and the main characters are also very alike(personaitly wise) 

Both share a focus on the main character trying to be the very best in their respective positions and of course, a focus on a lot of friendships they make just as they do with the rivalies along the way as well too.  

both main characters have similar personal... naruto and hammanichi both of them act the same way and even likes a girl who is intrested in another guy.. sasuke is similar to rukawa  

Both MCs have same personalities. Also their rivals have similar personalities. Both shares same love triangles. 

Both main characters have something special inside of them that the opposing group wants. The main characters doesn't realize the special thing there at first and it comes out when there angry or in danger 

Both are duel themed stories with lots of action and of course friendship in it as well too. 

Full of Action 

Storyline is placed in early Japan.Involves some sort of magic in both.Both anime includes a kind of non-human evil god(or devil)-like character and 1 group trying to protect it and the main character group trying to defeat it.Plot twist in Naruto is SOOO REAL,but in Donten,it just gives a mini plot twist. 

Both focus around the friendships the characters have made around the way in their journey as well as a daredevil like main character who sticks to what he thinks is right and also the main character being something of an outcast from where he was from originally due to a certain event, that has happened in the past as well too.  

Both are my favorite Like Naruto, FMA: Brotherhood has a huge lineup of diverse characters whom you will love and look forward to in every episode. Much like ninjutsu used by shinobis, the power used by alchemists in this series will remind you of summoning techniques. Another similarity worth mentioning is that Naruto somehow represents Edward; they both have a unique motivational drive to succeed despite all the boundaries they have to face. If you want a more mature anime similar to Naruto Shippuden, FMA: Brotherhood is one epic anime you don’t want to miss.  

both are based around supernatural competition as well as also focusing on a blonde hair mc as well too and lots of action as well too and nice art and character designs. 

I think it would be fair to compare The God of High School with Naruto's Chunin Exams arc in many ways. Both anime focus on a competition between students, both have an initial focus on martial arts, which eventually paves the way for characters developing more supernatural powers, and both anime use mythology to derive their concepts from, with Naruto's Tailed Beasts being the most obvious similarity to GoHS's Charyeok system. 

The main character is a hard worker working his way from the the ground up ais a underdog that experiences failures but keeps getting back up. 

Goku and Naruto are able to become the demon who people fear Both anime have humor, lots of action, concentrated on friendship

Similarities: based on historical times, main protagonists have no parents, main protagonists travel with a girl they like, a lot of assassins, friends that split up into their own paths, evil geniuses that pretend to be good guys, both protagonists aim to be the best of the best, and similar events that happen to Naruto on missions happen to Tianming on his travels Differences: Qin's Moon is a Chinese 3D animation, Naruto is a Japanese 2D animation; Qin's Moon takes place in the Qin Dynasty, Naruto takes place in a Japanese-style fantasy world; Tianming doesn't help people through words as much as Naruto 

-both main characters are really similer, one of them being they both have blond hair, and the other being that their father's are "special" -has a character that is both an enemy/rival/friend, that they end up trying to save. -Sasuke = Alviss, they also have a "curse mark" that makes them stronger but less human. 

Like Naruto, Renton is also a youth with sort of a hippie complex wishing for peace and unity instead of war who is determined to restore peace between 2 warring factions. He tries to make sure everyone is getting along and also he's romantically involved with a girl who just happens to share the same english voice talent with the girl who likes Naruto..both Eureka and Hinata have Stephanie Sheh in common. in fact both E7 and Naruto characters have a majority of the same group of the english dub cast in common. and also there's a bitchy girl dubbed by the same VA as Sakura who's also a bitch. Kate Higgins as Talho/Sakura...... Eureka also in ways can be like a female Naruto because she has this dark history that she has to deal with even as she is turning over a new leaf and is in fact ostricized like naruto with his nine tail history  

Xin Li and Naruto are both aiming to become #1 military ranks. Both involve a lot of epic fights lasting many episodes, while Naruto is more about super power, but Kingdom is also looking mysteriuos at time, though it tends to be realistic. So these start a very long journey towards the glory, and who knows where it is gonna lead them... 

A lot of humour, great battles, many many techniques, characters, etc. All these are features from both anime. The protagonist—a smiling guy, dressed in orange/red and blue. Naruto is blond. Goku can be blond. Both are great anime with great battles and many funny moments. 

"That's my ninja way "..."that's my righteousness"... Both shows have teams. Both protagonists started off as being the weakest, but got stronger through hard work, training, and pure will. They both also become strongest when they are protecting others. They both are somewhat airheads, but make up for their idiocy through sincerity. They truly are the good guys, and this trait of theirs often turn enemies into friends :) If you love Naruto, you'll like Ueki as well :D
