Anime 20787 Black Bullet Userrecs

Humanity on the brink of extinction. They built a barrier/wall to protect themselves from the Titan/Gastrea. That wall will soon collapse. Only a select few of people are capable of killing these Titan/Gastrea. End of humanity is upon them. Will they survive in the end? Kaji Yuuki does the voice of the main character in both series.  

In order to to save humanity from the brink of extinction from a mysterious catastrophe, the remaining people have built a barricade around the area that they live in. In both series, only a few special individuals have the power to fight the monsters. While SnK is set in a medieval-ish world, Black Bullet is set in a futuristic one. Both MC are voiced by Yuki Kaji. 

- humans almost extinct - in Shingeki no Kyojin the cause of extinction is titans while in Black Bullet is Gastrea - walls - special weapons and people fighting - the MC parents are dead - also in both the MC voiced by Kaji Yuki 

Both series take place in a post-apocalyptic world where humanity is on the verge of extinction due to giant monster like creatures. Both series have a city built inside giant walls to keep said monsters out. 

*Both series are set in apocalyptic worlds where monsters have wiped out most of humanity *Both series are set inside enclosed communities with giant walls to keep the monsters out *Both series feature characters that are part-monster, and are thus not trusted by society *Eren Yeager and Rentaro Satomi are virtually the same person, and are even voiced by the same guy *Both series are dark in tone, with plenty of graphic violence (though SnK is darker and Black Bullet has more ecchi/harem elements) *Both series have minor political elements 

Throughout watching the series Black Bullet, I can definitely note some key similarities to that of the 2013 success "Shingeki no Kyojin". Firstly, the most apparent similarity is that of the theme subject that evolves through both of these animes- Humanity suffered a terrible crisis in the past, and built themselves protective 'walls' or 'barriers' to help prevent the crisis from reoccurring. What was the crisis? The evolution of dominant species who have it in their power to wipe out the entire of humanity. In Shingeki no Kyojin these manifest themselves as 'titans' who posses a minorly gigantic human appearance, and in Black Bullet they manifest themselves as giant insect-appearing 'Gastrea'. These animes also prove themselves to be similar within the plot, in that there are specially trained humans who require some sort of aid in order to fight and combat the giants that may infiltrate the walls. In Shingeki no Kyojin their aid is the 3D Maneuver gear, and in Black Bullet their aids are the child-like companions whom posses unique abilities, as well as the specially designed bullets. It is also important to note that the protagonist for both animes are voiced by the same actor (this is for those who watch it subbed and not dubbed). In my opinion I also find the anime openings to have some sort of similar genre of music to them, but this in itself is my pure opinion and some people may not view this to be 100% accurate. There are also similarities with regards to the spoilers that are revealed within the shows, but due to my interest into not wanting to spoil the show, you will just have to find out by watching the two and judging for yourself.  

+ Violent action shows about humans surviving in an urban area protected by a barrier from mysterious creatures that threaten to destroy them + MC is voiced by Yuki Kaji and his parent/s died when he was young + Good soundtracks and animation with strong and enjoyable beginnings - Black Bullet is more futuristic and Japanese while SNK is less technologically advanced and set in a European setting 

-both express the themes of suffering and the loss of humanity -both depict worlds blockaded by Monoliths in Black Bullet and Walls in Shingeki no Kyojin -these defenses are to protect the area from the Gastrea in Black Bullet and the Titans in Shingeki no Kyojin -both feature specific weapons specialized to defeat the enemy party, Varanium bullets in Black Bullet and the 3D Maneuver Gear in Shingeki no Kyojin -both have similar Openings -they give off the same vibe Conclusion: Both indeed have similar qualities despite Black Bullet having a slight lighter ambiance.  

Both involve the human race confined to a small area, some force constantly terrorizing them (Gastera and Titans), and those who are helping save the humans are feared (Cursed children and Eren). 

In both animes, people are almost extinct. The ones who are left live in a small enclosed earea and are threatened by big "things". They'll have to fight to survive. Also, some part in the intro song from Black Bullet immediatly made me think of the intro from SnK. 

The obvious post-apocalyptic comparaison. They are both set in an universe were the humanity have almost fallen and his constantly torn by internal and external conflict. The MC have different goal, but they both do well in what in they do. While I think SnK is better, his slow-pacing can be annoying, though BB is sometime way too fast-paced. 

In both of those animes there are big monsters which want to destroy the human world for an unknown reason. They both are about the humans who strike back to defend their world from those monsters. In both of them the humanity is driven into a corner and on the brink of extermination.

both have a different race that threatens humanity, city surrounded by walls to protects it, and people who fight that other race its bloody and has amazing fights scenes and death ones 

Humanity is attacked by some kind of monster and almost gone extinct. The barricade themselves while only few people can fight the monsters. 

- Both have something that is wiping humanity from extinction. - Both have the same voice actress (Eren Jaeger) 

-Dark action -Much Blood -Main character has same voice actor -Enimes that are easy for someone to kill and hard for others. -Enimes that are monsters and have regeneration power 

Both of them are similar because both of them are about human civilizations being on the verge of extermination. Both are epic post apocalyptic type genres. Shingeki no Kyojin tells about the sorrows and pains of young boy named Eren Jaeger who has lost his mother due to titan eating her. Rentaro, in Black Bullet, is similar to Eren in that sense, who becomes a civil security member because of the death of his parents who died because of the gastrea virus.  

If you like horror and blood, this is absolutely perfect for you. Both anime involve being hidden inside walls, and battling supernatural beings. 

Black Bullet and Shingeki no Kyojin encompass a world in which humanity is in a brink of extinction and are threated by a supernatural force. Both of the male protagonists are voiced by the same person and have very similar attitudes. They are also known by their peers as "humanity's last hope 

Humanity on the way to be exterminated, they build a wall for protect the last part of the humanity against monsters (Titans/Gastrea), The main protagonist (Rentarou/Eren) want to fight against the invader for survive and exterminate them, some people will join the main protagonist for fight against the invaders. 

-Titans(SNK)=Gastrea(BB). They are basically creatures superior to humanity -Mankind defeated by Titans/Gastrea in both animes to the point of near extinction -Both animes are in a setting protected by walls of some sort against the opposing force -Time frame of 5 years(SNK)/10 years(BB) after the defeat of humanity -Survey Corps=Initiators (last hope for mankind) -Main character hates Titans/Gastrea since they killed his parents -Mysteries: SNK-What is inside Eren's basement? BB-Who is the masked man that claims to destroy the world? -Mankind in both animes will be exiled into smaller territory in the future  

Both have humanity close to extinction. Both have only certain people able to kill the titans or gastrea. Both have humanity build I giant wall to protect them. Both have this wall threatened to be brought down. 

Each story is based around the human race being almost erased by giant monsters and they are now living in a limited space. Main characters have many similar qualities (and the same voice actor in Japanese). Contain people fighting against all odds to save the human race who have powers that could save the human race. 

Both story is apocalyptic and has a common enemy which makes humanity endangered. Although Shingeki shows more gore and violent scenes than in Black Bullet 

Both of these anime are about getting invaded about something surperior than your own kind. In these anime series they try to find a way to defeat these creatures and both of these are very dark 

-Both are about saving humanity, which is on the brink of extinction -In both, humanity is threatened by strange creatures -The beginning of the Black Bullet op is similar to SnK's -The protagonist is young(and male) -In both, there are more than one enemy (the creature and humans) -The protagonist share the same voice actor While watching Black Bullet, I found myself reminded of Shingeki no Kyojin. Black Bullet is very different though, as there are initiators and promoters, which actually has a bit of a twist. I'll stop there, but if you liked Shingeki no Kyojin, I recommend Black Bullet, and vice versa.

They both deal with humanity trying to survive against extinction. In both animes there is a "barrier" that protects the humans against the enemy.  

Both have: -walls -things that try to kill everyone -"subspecies" that ultimately helps them survive -lolicon senpai bread rice cheek 

Both take place mostly within protective walls that keep their predators out. The main complication in both animes is that the walls are broken and the characters must fight to defend humanity against their predators. In other words, both have their main defense against creatures that have been preying upon them broke down and they must fight against them in order to save humanity.

Similarities: In both universes , peapole figthing versus environnement for the survival of the humanity , in SNK u got the titans , but in black bullet , there is also the Geastras .  

Both series have the same kind of plot: the humanity is threatened by some kind of monsters, and the protagonist have to save all the people he loves. 

In both animes there people attacking monsters. The MC has a special power. In both animes there is a girl who is supporting the MC. In Shingeki no Kyojin there walls. In Black Bullet there is some kindo of strange walls that protects the city too.  

- Both series' have a similar apocalyptic setting involving large creatures (Titans/Gastrea) that have previously caused havoc in their respectives homes, with "walls" built for protection as a result. -Both protagonists are confined within the protection of the walls and serve to defend their people from said creatures. -The openings. Just listen to the openings. (•̀⌄•́) 

- Both stories take place in a post-apocalyptic setting. - They also have the same messages to the viewers, for example that the apocalypse is not their only enemy. - The two shows have a similar feel to them, with humanity having to combat giant creatures. - Both of these animes follow same kind of plot, and have some gruesome battle scenes. - Both have good special effects which makes watching them more enjoyable. - In both anime people are living in secured environments surrounded by deadly monsters, and one day something goes wrong. SnK has a better developed story though. - They both have good drama scenes in my opinion and the same main voice actor (Yuuki Kaji) which good because the two anime are similar and Kaji-san is fit for both roles. If you like end of the world scenarios, mystery, and plenty of violence, then these two titles may be your cup of tea.   

Humanity struggles against a powerful threat inside barriers that (at least in theory) should protect them against said threat. 

Humans are trapped in massive walls surrounded by monsters, one of the walls is broken by the alpha monster.... Groups of people fight for humanity. Main character had experience with the monsters when they were younger. Both pretty dark and involve lots of death. 

-Giant walls to protect humanity of monsters -organizations to fight monsters -same voice actor of the main character -the parents of the main character are murdered by monsters -the main character fight against the monsters  

So many similariities that i seriously recommend everyone to watch both if you love this kind of plot >Humanity on brink of extinction >Humanity confined within walls/barriers for survival >MC is part of govt/military >MC is serious, mature and battle capable >Questionable actions on moral grounds from government/monarchy within walls 

they both are set in cities with big wall/pillars and have giant enemies, both of them are not afraid to kill characters off, also both Main characters are awesome, Eren Yeager is more of Crazy powerful nut job which i prefer  

Again post-apocalyptic = AOT And story wise AOT is far superior But you'll find lolis and a yandere in here 

Both series have humanity living inside walls, blocking them from the rest of the world because of a supernatural species outside the walls that threatening their livelihood.  

An widespread infectious disease has spread in the country, turning whomever in contact with it into monsters. The protagonists must find ways in this grim situation to save everyone.

Guilty Crown and Black Bullet have quite similar plot. An infection has spread through the city and two main characters, a boy and a cute girl with a mysterious past are trying to stop the disease. The art style is quite connatural and the opening tunes are catchy.  

Both have a type of virus that can kill humans and 2 partners can save humanity from extinction. Crazy Sci-fi action

They both deal with humanity's last attempt in a fight against extinction. Both animes have an interesting antagonist to the stories, as well. 

Both stories set place in the near future, where viruses has overwhelmed humans and mankind takes on a journey to overcome this crisis. Similarities : -Viruses that takes on humans causing death or mutation. -Main male lead is assisted by a girl. -Dealing with humanity's last fight to prevent their extinction. -The group of people that the male protagonist is with is being discriminated. (Black Bullet =Cursed Childrens) (Guilty Crown = Funeral Parlor) 

They are an action anime with super cute girls on it. Both of the main characters are voiced by Kaji Yuki (>.<). Their stories are basically the same (world crisis, girl's power, zero to hero main characters). They are pretty simple and entertaining. 

Basically the exact same plotline. Infection that has destroyed a lot of humanity, said infection changes an infected persons DNA, infection gives some people super powers, etc. Both anime have quite dark moments and themes. The MC has a love interest as their partner.  

If I were to say, Black Bullet is the weaker version of Guilty Crown. Rushed pacing and weaker soundtracks; but the characters, plot (especially closer to the end), and animation are similar. 

If you enjoy Hidan no Aria where guns are blazing and some great action scenes, then you might like Black Bullet. In both of these series, the main male character are mostly partner up with a main female character that usually have a task of protecting the city or eliminating the threat. Guns are usually a primarily weapon that the main characters used, but there are supernatural powers that can be used as a secondary weapon. Expect some great action scenes, romance, and somewhat dark moments.

Have a task of protecting the city or eliminating the threat. - Fight with guns, katana, sniper and etc. - Similarities character: Tooyama Kinji = Satomi Rentarou Kanzaki Aria = Aihara Enju Hotogi Shirayuki = Tendou Kisara Reki = Tina Sprout Mine Riko = Shiba Miori - Each anime have some great action and fight scene. - Each both main character have a female partner loli pink hair ponytails. (Kinji x Aria, Rentarou x Enju)  

-Both anime have character who fight with guns, katana.... -Each character on the both are really similar ( Shirayuki = Kisara, Kinji = Rentaro, Aria = Enju, Reki = Tina .... ) -Each anime have some great action and fight scene, the history is interesting for both and the main character on both is really enjoyable. -Both anime are fantastic, romantic and the main character on each have a female partner. 

There are a lot of parallels that can be drawn between the main characters from the functionality of the character down to the looks. Kinji is like Rentarō as they both function as police officier who never stray far from path of righteousness. Both have a lot of potential that they are consciously hiding from everyone. Aria is Enju (tsundere version), Shirayuki is like Kisara (if she became is she is Initiator), Riko is like Miori (both are schemers). But all in all, corresponding Hidan no Aria characters have ecchiness on steroids.  

Same stuff basically, and here's why. - The main protagonists are exactly the same. - Both series have lolis. - Both series have the main male and female protagonists partnered with each other. - Both lolis have the same hairstyle. - Both series have yanderes. - The action in both series are heavily centered on guns. - Both series are often hated on. 

Idk, but they're similiar... like I sometimes confuse both animes... I know for sure that they're not similar stories (WELL DUH) but you'll noice the similarities of the characters n stuff... plus! Both MCs met their partner with a bicycle XD (I know its not the case but its very rare tho XD) anyway you'll get similarities and confusions when you watch both of them SPECIALLY WHEN YOU WATCHED THEM IN SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME -__- ps. you'll get me. just watch it. 

GIRL AND BOY fight against evil similiar in : 1. gun 2. someone close and attach to a person 3. good plot 4. loli ;)  

action based(mostly),similar setting(military organizations taking care of threats etc),both didnt get another season (hidan no aria aa could be considered another season but it was completely different from the first one,more like a new anime based on aria,also a fail imo xD) 

Both anime are set in a city with an alarming crime rate where. The MC's sole mission is to protect the city or eliminate the threat with a female partner.  

Both series feature a supposedly weak Male character with a troubled past, and a supernaturally strong non-human loli girl who is infatuated with said male lead. A key difference is that in "Machine Doll" they are typically fighting against other pairs, whilst in "Black Bullet" they are fighting parasitic monsters known as "Gastrea". Both also take place in alternate worlds. 

Both are mix of action and comedy. Main character has overly attached loli companion who helps him in fights and also have crush on him. 

Similarities: - Master & Partner - Partner wants to marry master - Partner are not considered to be human, but master treats them as human - Main protaganist both fights - They call out their fighting styles or spells - One Boss fight per arc type of anime  

Both shows give a familiar feeling with characters and their interactions/relationship with one another. Both MCs often are involved in political strife (due to their meddlesome tendencies of saving everyone) and their political(supervisors) figure(s) having an active role with the MC. The action combat is very similar as they both fight in pairs together using martial arts technique or unique items/skills. the MC plays as the "controller" often calling orders, while the other is "supernatural" and plays a uniqie important role. 

Both animes have master-partner relationship and the partner wants to marry the master.The partners are not considered human but the master treats them as humans,both MCs are not especially strong. 

Somehow lone main with op-fighting-loli and action and stuff. 

*Both MC has a powerful rival and also has a partner to help him in combat (their partners also has some same personality) *Great fighting scenes and great characters which are enjoyable to watch. -Story is different.  

- Both have several similar qualities such as Fighting in pairs, the art style, and the characters. - Both shows give a familiar feeling with characters and their interactions/relationship with one another. - Both MCs often are involved in political strife (due to their meddlesome tendencies of saving everyone) and their political(supervisors) figure(s) having an active role with the MC. - The action combat is very similar as they both fight in pairs together using martial arts technique or unique items/skills. the MC plays as the "controller" often calling orders, while the other is "supernatural" and plays a unique important role. - Both have a younger female protaganist that does most of the fighting. - In both, the main characters try to rise through the ranks, and become #1. - The character relationship in both are a "Master-Servant" relationships. Like between Rentarou Satomi and Enju Aihara are the same as Raishin Akabane and Yaya, and it is also same how both Rentarou and Raishin don't see there "servants" as "servants" but as actual people.  

Both have the same apocalyptic theme. Both shows have some kind of monster to fight. Both shows the characters are using some special weapon against the enemies like for an example black bullets in Black Bullet and cursed gear in Owari No Seraph

Both shows have a virus that kills the population with an exclusive bunch that survives (young girls) in black bullet and (kids under age 13 in Owari). Humanity struggles to fight back and survive in both shows. black bullet is more monster alien-ish and owari has vampires 

Both anime have an apocalyptic environment where our characters struggle to survive against the human threat known as: -Vampires (Owari no Seraph) -Gastrea (Black Bullet) * It is largely about the members' struggles against the various monsters that come to invade. * The action and music stands out as much which is a credit to all the hardwork that has been established into the series. * Both of these anime uses various weapons to destroy those invaders... * Horrifying and Awesome !! 

In both shows, the main character is fighting monsters in a world where humanity is driven to the brink of extinction. While I was watching these two shows, they gave off similar world vibes, but overall, I would say Owari no Seraph is better because Black Bullet started giving off weird vibes midway through. Other than that though, if you liked Black Bullet than you'll most likely like Owari no Seraph.

Go watch it. Seriously it's like someone got so frustrated watching Black Bullet that they decided to make the show a second time but right. So you get your giant beasts and the last hope of humanity turns out to be cute lolis with a short lifespan, but more ! First: it has an end. Like, a real, satisfactory one (you're not ready for the feels). Second: The main character is actually not a lolicon who doesn't assume. Do you imagine ? He treats kids like genuine kids and not potential sexual partners ! I've waited for that kind of character for faaaaaar too long. Last but not least (like, at all): THE SOUNDTRACK IS STUNNINGLY WONDERFUL. You're not ready for the intro scene of the year. well then, enjoy.  

~Both have a race of people that are treated like tools/weapons. ~Both have lolis. ~Both have main character that understands the "weapons" are living people with fealings. ~Both have a war going on against a monster race. 

In an Non-existence city.. filled with..Painfull regret.. Gathering up... the way they treated... are sting like a prickle with tons of thorns. Concerning about Lives like this are not normal for an outsiders to sheltered with.. As an alive weapon... who had no.. reasons to be involved.. in such mysterious place are indeed crucial.. hatred.. It's atmosphere..that they not always to be seen around... I predicted any cases of scenario as the stories... goes in broad wided unknown path

In Black Bullet and SukaSuka, we find our main protagonists in a situation where the human race has resorted to retreating and using any means to stay alive. Even if those means are using cute girls as weapons. Even though Black Bullet may go at a faster pace, we are able to see how the male protagonist cares for those he is surrounded by, but realizes the harsh reality of the world they live in. 

In both, the story introduces us to a main character who will take care of a group of little girls with skills while helping them better understand their own existence and the true purpose of their lives. 

Both features city that is constantly being under siege by a foreign power. The young girls in both anime are being treated as a tool of war instead of a human, where they are expected to live a very short life span. Either getting killed while on service or slowly being consumed by an illness. Both also give you a sense of doom and hopelessness, while featuring many sad and heartbreaking moments. If you enjoyed Black Bullet then you will enjoy WorldEnd or vice versa.  

Humanity is driven to the brink of destruction (sounds familiar at this point doesn't it). Strong main characters with the willpower and resolve to see things to the end. Greatly enjoyed both of them.  

Both anime have an apocalyptic environment where our characters struggle to survive against the human threat known as: -Aragami (God Eater) -Gastrea (Black Bullet ) * It is largely about the members' struggles against the various monsters that come to invade. * The action and music stands out as much which is a credit to all the hardwork that has been established into the series. * They use a not so usual weapons [ 'God Arcs' in GE & `Lolis xD/Varanium` in Black Bullet] * Horrifying and Awesome !! 

Both anime have an apocalyptic environment where our characters struggle to survive against the human threat known as: -Aragami (God Eater) -Gastrea (Black Bullet) Just what you'd expect from an apocalypse, very strong scenes and touching moments on road towards survival making the main male characters Lenka Utsugi and Rentaro Satomi question themselves if they can protect whats precious to them.  

Both have monsters taking over world. They both have a wall around there area to keep monsters away. Black bullet has lolis but God Eater have more weapons. Most watch both if u like monsters and action. 

The stories, characters, enemies, and settings just all compare really well to each other. Each have a special organization formed for the purpose of fighting monstrous enemies. The enemies (Gastrea in Black Bullet and Aragami in God Eater) are very similar, as the Gastrea are created through a virus and the Aragami are created through cell mutation. The main characters in both shows are equipped with special abilities and weapons that are specialized in fighting their respective enemies. 

Both series have very intense storyline, protagonists are not entirely human and are fighting against creatures, who invaded Earth. It's an Action/Drama type anime series with both loss but quite good endings. 

Lots of shounen Both animes are trying to save the world kinda 

both has a deep story and its also sad strong characters and good drawing 

Gun, Blood and Acțion 

If you liked Akame ga Kill you may like Black Bullet There's weapons that are super powerful (In black bullet certain people are the weapons though) There's people trying to go against the government Lots of people die But they're definitely very different stories and while AGK is more about destroying the government, BB is more about saving it and the city. 

The shows set up in different context, but they both have a strong futuristic feeling. The system they are in are flawed and they are their own enemy. While Psycho-pass focus much more on investigation, they both have some gritty humor, though, Black Bullet tend to have more light humor. They both have morally questionable MC. 

The idea of a team made up of two people, working to solve crimes. One is an enforcer/promoter, the other is lower ranking, not considered human by some, heavily guarded/watched by enforcer/promoter. 

Well both anime has a Sci-Fi concept on a Futuristic period that progresses both their relationship and the process of doing things. Both anime has that Partner Relationship that progresses over time. -In Psycho-pass, Inspectors & Enforcers -In Black Bullet, Promoters & Initiators Both anime seeks to fight criminals who are proclaimed antagonist. -PP, people who has high Crime Co efficiency -BB, parasitic virus known as Gastrea Lastly each of them has there unique aspect and at the same time an identical sense of objective. 

One police officer, paired up with another human executor who does actual dirty, dangerous job. 

Little girls used as a weapon. Main hero treats them with care, for some others they just instrument. Both anime full of drama and angst. Gunslinger girl is more mature and realistic title - without your average japanese highschooler, who can save the world. On other hand Black Bullet is your average shounen anime. 

Young girls with powers/enhancements are partnered with older males and made to fight. In Black Bullet it's to save the world from virus-made monsters, while in Gunslinger Girl it's to be assassins and protectors for the Italian government. Black Bullet seems lighter in tone than Gunslinger Girl, but they both make a point of mentioning the tragedy of the necessity to use young children in their positions.  

In both series, there is a bond like master and servant, in this context is officer and his helper. The officer is man and the helper is a little girl. The girl has special ability. In GSG, the girl has a kind of transplanted human body which makes them stronger than any ordinary human, while in Black Bullet the girl is a special breed infected from monsters called Gastrea which also makes them stronger. These girls are so agile in combat, helping their officer to solve cases and beat bad guys. Oh, and in both series there is some gun involved. 

Both shows are about girls who are outcast by society gaining a chance at life by working for the government, with older people guiding them as their mentors. Also, cool action and guns.  

The things Black Bullet have in common are that there are monsters who kill humans. These monsters get killed by girls/women who are part monster part human. These girls/women have recognizable appearances. In Claymore it's golden hair and silver eyes and in Black Bullet it's little girls with red eyes. The rest of the story isn't that similar in my opinion.  

In both worlds humans coexist with dangerous predators, in Claymore its Yomas and in Black Bullet it is Gastrea. The only ones that can defeat them are humans who are part monster themselves. Similarities Both Heroines are part monster. There's discrimination towards the hybrid humans. Hybrids can only be female. The heros both have lost loved ones to the monsters. There's a dark ambience and atmosphere. 

Factual similarities: Both anime have humanity fighting monsters by using monster-human hybrids (all of whom happen to be female) who are at a constant risk of becoming monsters themselves. Discrimination against them is a common theme. The main focus is on a pair consisting of a human male and one of the aforementioned hybrids. My opinion: I didn't like either show, but I think Claymore is the less worse of the two. The only major issue with Claymore is really just one character. Black Bullet, on the other hand, has a whole host of problems. BB is one of the more generic shows I've watched; I can't put my finger on what exactly made me dislike it because there were so many reasons.   

I really dont know why, but as i watched the first ep it instantly reminded me of noragami ... Maybe due to the about similar drawing, the fight scenes are also quite similar. Also the form of the gastrea is similar to the ghosts in noragami ... With the ability to only kill them with a special weapon. I kindda thought that Rentarou looks like yato-kami <3 ... Its just my personal opinion :)) 

Both have the same girl/attacker plot They both attack monsters that humans cannot Very similar  

-Both focus around a pair of partners going out on jobs/missions together. One boy and one girl, the girl being the younger. -In both anime the main pair work for an organization full of other pairs that have similar missions. -Both main girls are non-humans. -Both take place in a futuristic time. -Both have moments of comedy and sadness while ultimately being action anime. -Animation styles are similar. Differences: Black Bullet takes place in a post apocalyptic-like time whereas Plastic Memories is in a technologically advanced future. While the personalities of the main male characters are similar, the main girls' personalities are different, one being introverted and the other being extroverted. Plastic Memories has more elements of comedy and romance than Black Bullet does.  

Loli's that don't last long? Such a shame... Anyways, the concept is the same of a small government organization consisting of a human and a non-human loli. Throughout the stories when they aren't working, they bond with their partner though Black Bullet isn't a romance. Typical Trope of The Male MC is somewhat of a wimp doing his job. Only difference is the setting (apocalypse vs tech), the lolis with their personalities (outgoing vs only knowing how to make good tea), and the genres (BB more action while PM is more romance) 

The setting is in a post apocalyptic world. These monsters known as Gastrea are taking over Human Kind and pushing the world into panic. Just like the "Contaminoids" are in Chrome Shelled Regios. Both monsters have regeneration abilities once they reach a certain stage and also have similar styles when it comes to following the stronger/more advance staged monster. Both shwos have advanced style weaponry used for fighting off these monsters. Plus a little cuteness never hurt anyone. Not to mention the capability of both Main Characters. Just all in all a similar setting with similar style monsters and awesome main characters. 

1. Post-apocalyptic setting 2. Cool male MC 3. Similar beasts 4. Both give the same vibe. Though in my opinion Black Bullet is better in terms of artwork and enjoyment. 

they both have some kind of race that attacks humans for different reasons, both have great plot lines and great fight scenes  

-Lead female character is known for her rabbit-style attire/fighting style -Discrimination against a group of powerful individuals (feared for their strength and out-casted for their origins) -Both anime are emotional -Both anime are pretty straightforward Though the two anime are quite different, if you enjoyed one, you will probably enjoy the other. 

DTB and BB have a pretty similar plot. For instance in DTB a doll and a contractor work together to fight the police and/or other contractors. In BB you have promoters and initiators working together to fight gastrea. Both have some what a dark setting but DTB is way darker. 

They have a similar air to them, both fighting monsters (wether or not in human shape) in a world that has crumbled down and is protected by a wall.  

Both have the same run of the mill alien invasion threatening to destroy mankind, where its salvation relies on an organization who is in the business of stopping it by using the same alien bio materials, also the MC uses guns except the MC in the other anime uses a bigger and meaner gun, while the MC in the other anime uses a pistol.  

Both involves people with special abilities who are in the business of fighting off extraterrestrial threats, except in one anime the said special people get there powers from a different ET, while in the other anime the special people get theirs from the same ET's who invaded earth.  

Same survival and happens because of a virus expect it is not from zombies but monsters humanity somehow survived not much ecchi but a lot of comedy 

Black Bullet is so Similar to Qualidea Code because: 1- Both have the humanity almost extinct because of monsters in the past 2- Both have monsters against humanity 3- Qualidea Code have certain people who protect. As Black Bullet is Loli Girls with monsters powers. 4-Both have a OP Main character (Qualidea code main is more Op but both still Op) 5-In Black Bullet theres people who die and in Qualidea code is more a less (its diferent but .....) 

I feel that these anime series are similar because of how corrupt government has led a country into a downfall. The main characters and storyline are very intriguing. Black bullet is more about a disease wiping out japan while No.6 is about a escape criminal trying to save the world from the government. I am sure if you just try one of them you will enjoy it.  

Lots of fighting and LOLIS. 

Both attempt to have a prejudice and racism theme, about people (cursed children - Diclonius) who were bullied or singled out for looking slightly different and being made from a monster.  

What the 2 have in common: 1. Gun toting guy and loli looking super girl. 2. bad guy with super powers. 3. Entities that came from a alternate universe.  

Both rotate and follow around a pair of 2 people. Female - Male who strive to be the best partners out of everyone in a combat orientated way. One tends to have more of a dark-ish style to it than the other. 

The disaster story part is very similar at the beginning of the episode, in Black Bullet there are promoter & initiator while in Takt Op. Destiny there are conductor & musicart, they have almost the same concept of battle where one person action and the other gives orders. There are also a lot of sad feelings from the characters. The storyline of the two also has similarities with having monster enemies like Gastrea or D2s but apart from that there are hidden enemies. 

Same male and female team in the same post-war society. Enemies in Darling in the FranXX are "kaiju" similar to Gastrea. The female main character is always an half-human, half-monster like Enju Aihara. Basically the same, with more mecha but same ecchi spirit. 

I'm surprised nobody made this recommendation because out of all recommendations these 2 are the most similar to each other. Both anime feature the protagonist working with a younger girl with special powers to fight monsters in a particular city. Both anime have multiple private agencies working for security of the city. Both have very similar character relationships. In both anime , the protagonists work for the agency of a slightly older childhood friend who they like. Black bullet is a bit darker but Engage Kiss has more slice of life scenes. Black bullet is set in a post apocalyptic world while engage kiss has a futuristic setting. Both protagonists are searching for their parents who they lost at an early age in a similar way. In both anime the Protagonist, the loli and the childhood friend share a bond and work together to protect their city.   

Like Guns and battles between organizations? Well, this one should be right for you! It's like he "Romeo and Juliet" except vice versa. Hehe. I watched this a few years back but it's still promising, not to mention there are cats. This story is about Train Heartnet, an assassin that used to work for the Chronos Organization that meets Saya Minatsuki who changes his point of view for Train. She was later killed by Creed Diskneth. A great plotline that would make your eyes stick to the screen. Just like Rentaro vs. Geastrea in Black Bullet this one is Train vs. Creed (Chronos) He has number 13 I think , a mark that tells you that you work for Chronos but since he doesn't do that anymore he doesn't serve it anymore and make his time on the rooftops drinking milk like a cat should.   

Norma and infected loli's are the misfits sent away to fight to preserve humanity while average humanity dismiss the misfits as garbage. Although twisted, they're sent to destroy humanity itself whether infected to no return or brainwashed by "God". 

Both are post-apocalyptic anime that revolve around genetically-altered people (Cursed Children/Coppelion) who are immune to a virus that's ravaging the world, and each have their own unique abilities. I also find the relationship between Ibara and Haruto similar to the one between Rentaro and Enju, in that Rentaro and Haruto are both willing to commit highly pragmatic acts for the greater good, which Enju and Ibara call them out for. Granted, Enju and Ibara are very alike in general, age difference notwithstanding. The main difference between Cursed Children and Coppelion, apart from their ages, is that Cursed Children are all female, while only the majority of Coppelion are. However, "Black Bullet" has much better art and more developed characters. Therefore, if you like "Coppelion", you will definitely like "Black Bullet".
