Synopsis

Despite being the most talented player on the Kamihoshi High School baseball team, Yuuji Yugami is a loner and ostracized by his classmates. Yugami, however, is optimistic and adamant about remaining friendless—which is what he tells new transfer student Chihiro Watanuki.

Chihiro, on the other hand, aims to make new friends as quickly as possible. Although initially perplexed by Yugami's enigmatic personality, Chihiro ultimately aspires to better understand him after finding herself on the receiving end of his unexpected kindness.

Shounen Sunday CM: Yugami-kun ni wa Tomodachi ga Inai is a promotional animation for the manga of the same name. Although there was initially only one episode, the second animated commercial was produced in response to positive reception. Mixed Feelings

This is just a promotional commercial for the manga, which is amazing and I highly recommend. There is no English translation that I know of. The only reason to watch this is if you want more of the characters from the manga. The animation is fine, the voice acting is fine. There is really nothing of substance here. I would highly recommend the manga that this was created to promote. It is an easy and enjoyable read. The only reason to watch this is if you want to know how they main characters of the manga would've sounded if there had been an anime.
