This anime is absolutely stupid but it is stupid fun. I imagine that it was targeted towards young children and the english dubbed dvd that I picked up at a local resell shop gave my kids hours of fun. Hell I liked it too. I think this might have been the first anime that my kids actually saw. They watched this over and over for years until the disk met catastrophe. My 10 year old is just figuring out that anime is different from other forms of animation and he came to me about a month ago and said "Daddy Tokyo ...
