I'm not sure this counts as as an Anime, it's Liveaction throughout. It's an instructional video on Electromagnetics and telephones. I'm giving it a 1 because....I really don't know what else to give it. Watched it on a whim, can't say it was worth it. Now I just wasted time writing a review. This isn't even a review, I have no idea how to review this. I guess if you needed help understanding some tech in 1930s Japan this would be useful. Nothing really justifies watching this unless you're going for every entry on this site. I really don't know why I'm still writing this, ...
