Interest Stacks

Most anime about school clubs focus on some sport or other common activity. That is, the focus of the anime is the same as the focus of the club. But what if that focus wasn't so discrete? What if there wasn't a focus at all?

Here, the point of the club is just to make fun of other clubs: poking fun at their portrayal, misusing the setting, and overall making us question the club's existence.

Or maybe there really is no point to the club. You're just thinking too hard.

This is more so from a comedic (often satirical) standpoint, so I'm leaving out shows that have a club as a setting but really only use it as a vehicle to bring the members together. A few of the shows in this stack toe the line, but I'm thinking more so of shows like Love Lab or Haganai specifically that wouldn't belong in this stack.

I'm not omniscient so feel free to make suggestions.

Comedy series that don't take themselves seriously and/or have plenty of absurd, whimsical humor. Only anime that I have seen.

A highly recommendation if you look for a good comedy.

anime that have solid female friendship, some aren't part of main theme of the show, but wholesome nonetheless

Title explains itself.I hate romance.I said comedy but sometimes it can get serious like in some Gintama arcs but other than that they are very hilarous imo. Also if you don't like ecchi just search a bit on the net.I think you can find your answers there.

Sick of all the plot-heavy, action-focused, mind-boggling bullshit you've recently watched? Perhaps you've finally got a break after a long week of work and exhaustion? I got ya fam, here are a few shows that aren't super psychological or plot-oriented stuff, and are best enjoyed when your brain is weary and wants to digest something light and comforting.

Shows/Movies of all kinds that are either meant for or can be enjoyed by an older audience. A treasure trove of excellence covering a wide range. Story-driven thrillers, well researched historical shows, brilliant world-constructions, poetic narrations, gripping thrillers, dark comedies, complex future visions, tightly packed action, avant-garde art, solid entertainment, tear-jerking dramas to light-hearted slices of lives.
No big-boob dumdums, high-pitched VAs, fan-/lip-service or plot-around-the-holes-type shows. Teenage angst and school-settings are rarities in these two lists.
