Anime 44055 Sasaki To Miyano Userrecs

Both are wholesome lovey dovey type of school romance stories. 

Eccentric encounters and has characters meeting up in an unlikely way. Bizarre interests or descriptions that set them away from your ordinary high schooler. Similar humour.  

You want just cute relationship stuff that is just pure cavity inducing sweetness? Well here you go 

It's like in the same style but one is a straight romance and the other is a BL. 

Both are super cute romance animes. They have the early 2000s romance anime feel and they don't have unnecessary fanservice. They'll have you giggling and twirling your hair around your finger and you'll always root for the main couple. 

Both have very cute stories, plot, characters. Horimiya is more shoujo-forward while sasaki to miyano is BL.  

- One of the leads/love interest has piercings - Comedy, High School, Slice of Life, Romance - About the love lives of the two leads, while lightly touching on the other character's love lives - Good sub and dub - In both series, characters struggle to be themselves, and it does become a part of the story line (Acceptance) - Similar character archetypes can be seen in the leads - In both of these animes, it's clear to me, that the creators did not want this to be your average Romance/BL: They wanted it to be more genuine. So, not over the top, but of course it still uses common tropes every now and then. The tropes used, imho, were not toxic or harmful-- other than the miscommunication to slow down the pacing, that was dreadful... /nsrs - The characters have a lot of personality and there is a lot of logic and RELATABLE-ness that comes from these animes. I 100% recommend both of these animes.  

Relationships in high school Loner and Popular Delinquent and Straight-Edge Friend circles are involved 

Both are pretty fluffy and cute wholesome bl stories in a school setting. 

Orange and black-haired protagonists, more of a light-hearted focused romance (at certain times in Given), and are both overall adorable 

Both are light hearted BL anime centred around high school boys discovering things about each other. however Sasaki to Miyano does centre more around the relationship between the boys then Given does. 

It's a very cute BL, literally, every character is so likable, no annoying characters. It's very heartwarming, and idk why but I love their hair colors lol, it's so colorful it makes the series more aesthetic. Anyways, it's just adorable, three thousand percent recommend it if interested in BL! 

Two very wholesome bl animes that revolve around two boys in high school. They both are very sweet and non-toxic. 

12 episode BL with happy ending - this one is more wholesome.  

Both BL, however, they both embody difficult feelings to overcome and make use of the main characters to help each other out with their hardships. Sasaki and Miyano is softer with slice of life, while given has a more prominent overall story.  

Both romance anime and both Bl the main similarities i liked were the fact that both anime explore the personalities of each individual main character, but also a large proportion of screentime for the supporting cast aswell, and thats a good thing because it makes the anime more dynamic. The animes also go into depth about how each character feel about their feelings toward the other character and the way they then proceed to reciprocate their feelings once the other character had confessed to them also theyre both very comedic and funny i got some good laughs ayway thats all lmao 

I loved Sk8 for the characters, I typically don't watch slice of life or sports anime, but it is one of my most favorite animes I have seen. The dub for this show was really well done, and Sasaki and Miyano had characters I loved, especially Sasaki. I prefer the dub for Sasaki and Miyano as well, the English voice of Sasaki is goofy and I love it. If you loved either series for the characters I highly recommend both of them.
