He keeps tabs on other adventurers as a hobby, so he can recall many people's actions and motivations on the island with startling detail. Despite his friendly demeanor, he is deeply cynical and is particularly unforgiving of people he believes is responsible for corruption in the island (including corpse-hunters and the governor). He distrusts people with political power to use it responsibly. Although he has great deduction and insight skills, he lacks much experience regarding dungeons and the monsters inhabiting the island, something that has resulted in his party and himself being killed several times.
