I can't really explain it but reading Three Days just gave me that same feeling reading Punpun did.

From the same author of Jumyou wo Kaitotte Moratta., stories have a similar story revolving with characters with little meaning to live but live. Which comes upon our main character selling his life to find reason and experience what has been leading up to then, boredom.

Both tells a story about a person only having a limited amount of time to live, and both has a partner to spend time with before the inevitable end.

Both stories deal with similar themes (memories, second chances in life, time, regrets, love, growing up) and characters, even their appearance are close enough.

Even with small amount of chapter both series really did a great job potraying their male & female main lead. The story' is telling about how the main lead of both series spend their limited time

Both deal with the themes of regret and learning lessons on life. They deal with losing something to gain something new. Well grounded in reality and possibly relatable.

i got the same vibe from both the shows, a melancholic drama about a no one who meets a woman that changing the views of that no one. if you liked one you will like the other.

Both manga are "absurdist" (life has no meaning but you should still seek for a meaning) at the core

I think it's quite similar, having a sad but meaningful story.
