Manga 115774 Magia Record Mahou Shoujo Madoka%e2%98%86magica Gaiden

I haven't played Magia Record nor have I watched the anime but this manga has really hooked me. I've read 12 chapters so far and from what I've learned, it seems like a good retelling of the game. There hasn't been anything particularly dark about it if that's what you're looking for, but it does tell an intriguing mystery story. The characters are all likeable and get enough screen time. There are plenty of dramatic and cute moments too, although the fight scenes are rather short. The art style is slightly different from the anime but it's very pretty. Overall, I believe this manga deserves ... much more credit. If you're a magical girl fan and know the basic context of Madoka Magica, I recommend you check it out.
