The second part is notably worse than the first.

Even so, the whole manhwa has an incredibly cute artstyle and is an overall blast to read. The scenarios are fun to think about and there's just the right balance of wholesomeness and perversion. It focuses on office scenes and work dynamics, it's mostly vanilla, but with many scenes of 'holding the moan' in risky situations.

The main characters are well fleshed out and relatively deep for a hentai. You really bond with them over the course of the story.

I don't know what about MAL's rules makes it have the tag 'Erotica' instead of 'Hentai', it's a ... full-fledged hentai manhwa with multiple sex scenes, however sometimes the framing makes it seem like these scenes are presented in a tame way, especially in comparison with japanese hentai.

It’s great until roughly chapter 23. Up until then, the writer is building the sexual tension, and having wholesome moments, and then all of a sudden, before it can reach a climax. (SPOILER) she just has sex with him. But here’s the thing, right before she does, she’s having trouble getting over being SA’d… so what does she do? Rape him. While he’s asleep. And not only that, it just ruins all the build up to that moment, since their first time, he’s not really even there. I read a little further after to see if it gets better… it doesn’t. Both of their personalities ... just seem to change, and any character building/tension/plot points seem to just be ruined and don’t really seem to exist anymore. Up until this point I loved it tho. Cute, hot art style, great characters, loved all the interactions, the story progression, but I feel it was completely ruined. I will not be continuing this story, and am incredibly irritated, and disappointed with the direction the author chose.
