Amano Megumi wa Sukidarake is an ecchi romance/comedy manga. The concept of Amano's character is based on Amanojaku, a demon in Japanese folklore. From Wikipedia: "It is usually depicted as a kind of small oni and is thought to be able to provoke a person's darkest desires and thus instigates them into perpetrating wicked deeds". As the male protagonist is pursuing his goal of getting into Tokyo University, Amano keeps disrupting his studies whenever they meet. Each chapter is basically a setup for the same joke over and over of the female protagonist accidentally showing her underwear to the male protagonist. Despite that, the story ... is much more than just that.

Its extremely amicable cast of characters provide a low-drama setting. Megumi isn't just a voluptuous body. She is an energetic and hard working athlete who isn't very fond of studying. In the doujo she is admired by her colleagues of the kendo club. Outside the club, she relies on her childhood friend, Manabu Shindou, for whom she secretly has a crush on. Manabu isn't a generic male protagonist. Tall and bookish, he is obsessed with studying due to his dream. Traumatized by failing the test to enter a prestigious high school, he vows to enter the celebrated Tokyo University. Completely different from one another, they form a great pair that complements each other.

What brings me joy in this story is the relationship between the two main protagonists, Amano and Shindou. Despite not formally being a couple, their constant acts of kindness towards each other just show how much they care about each other. Love is not just in big acts of sacrifice. Love is in the details. It is in their casual tenderness for the sake of the other. They are in a relationship. They just don't notice that they are. When one needs help, the other one is always there for the other. A couple whose relation is based on their friendship is just lovely to watch. If you are looking for romantic drama, kisses, and/or sex; give up on this title. It is through and through a situational comedy focused on the friendship side of a relationship. When people complain about that, I can only point out that one of the reasons Amano loves Shindou is exactly because he doesn't keep thinking about getting as quick as possible to a physical relationship. To some people, sex is the whole point of a couple. If you think so, don't even bother with this manga.

It has an episodic nature in the sense that it is a series of short stories that most of the time begin and end in one chapter. Despite that, the characters aren't stuck in an eternal status quo. They are all slowly changing as time goes by. The manga covers the three years of high school and delegates about 100 chapters for each year. It is really cool to see Amano's growth from being a promising rookie picked on by the teacher to becoming the revered captain of the kendo club. It is also nice when a teacher points out to Manabu how well he is progressing on his studies by having Amano on his side. Focusing only on studies is stressful and ends up being detrimental to one's well being. Amano's interference balances Shindou's life into a healthier state of mind. Not only that, it is thanks to all this disturbance that Shindou finds out what career he wants to pursue later in life.

This manga may seem like an excuse to show scantily clad women. While it is, it isn't just that. Beyond the provocative pages, there is a heartwarming tale.

This manga was good at first but then after a few more chapters, it became irritating to read. These are the reasons why:

Story: It was too repetitive, to the point where there wasn't any development occurring. The relationship between the main characters don't change at all. There were obvious signs of both having feelings for each other but somehow they haven't noticed and when it so plainly obvious that If I had a friend who was in that situation, I would punch some sense into him and force him to say his feelings.

Characters: There are way too many incidents where Amano was flashing her panties ... or in some type of ecchi situation that didn't seem natural; Don't get me wring that happens all the time in other series but sitting down without properly fixing your skirt or not noticing your panties showing because you skirt is too short when her friends have already told her about these things is plain retarded and how she keeps hitting Manabu when he points it out trying to help her just like what her friends do for her. It pisses me off that she is that ungrateful and doesn't even learn from her constants mistakes.

Manabu isn't any better. He constantly get distracted by Amano from these ecchi moment and can't concentrate in his studies. No normal dude thinks that hard about a girl unless you like them. It amazes me how he doesn't even realize this; His denseness is worse than Ichika from Infinite Stratos. He didn't realize the obvious signs that his childhood friends likes him. How can you not tell?

Other characters like main characters parents and friends already realize that they like each by seeing them together ONCE but decided to only give a little push but not actually help to progress their relationship.

Art: Its good and probably the reason why I'm not giving this manga a lower score.

Enjoyment: I actually liked it but I couldn't stand the denseness of the main characters and there was no development in their relationship at all. It was too frustrating to continue reading while knowing there was any exciting events happening and irritating that the main characters were in situations that could improve their romance but it never did. It's just frustrating.

Overall: Its a RomCom with repetitive ecchi moments but no romantic development and there won't be any for a while even 120 chapters in the story based from other reviews. If you like thicc and sexy girls in ecchi situations then this is for you because that's the only thing that this manga has going for itself. It had a lot of potential but makes me say this is so stupid every once in a while.

Amano Megumi Wa Sukidarake is a novel twist on the slice-of-life manga genre. Featuring both episodic chapter, a tiny cast and a copious amount of ecchi, it doesn’t fit snuggly into any sort of sub-genre. Instead, it is its own beast, choosing to sell itself not on witty dialogue or visual comedy, but with its titular heroine alone. The result is a sweet albeit unpolished series that relies on its winning formula to keep the audience reading.

Story: Amano Megumi has got a winning formula: combine the exaggerated visuals of slice-of-life comedy manga with a couple titillating shots of the heroine, Amano Megumi. Add in ... some bits of actual romantic potential between the MC, Maa-kun with the adorable Amano, and there’s a fun and fluffy read to be had.

Within its greatest strength, however, lies the manga’s greatest weakness. While the series tries to change up the stories in later chapters to kindle Amano and Maa-kun’s relationship, the manga is repetitive. Some of the settings and situations feel like nothing more than a stage for Amano to flash some skin. After marathoning through several chapters, don’t be surprised if you start to being able to call the beats of a chapter. “Oh, she’ll stick out her butt here”, “As I thought. A boob shot”, “And this is where Maa-kun tells her to cover up with a nosebleed.” Granted, other ecchi series suffer from these issues, but those other series have larger casts.
As such, Amano Megumi is more like medicine than entertainment. A few chapters-a-day. Be careful not to take too much or you’ll build a resistance to the meds. But if you've had a long day and need a break, pop open a chapter.

Characters: You’re here for Amano. There are other characters, like Maa-kun’s cousin, Maa-kun’s crush, Amano’s Mom, Amano’s friends. The reader, however, doesn’t get a chance to bond with most of the side cast because they’re just small parts of Amano’s story. They’re archetypes that help set up the ecchi and the comedy, which wouldn’t be so bad if the main cast was larger.

But it’s not, so reader will be stuck with two main characters for most of the series: Amano Megumi and Maa-kun. Amano is happy-go-luck girl with a busty figure, a passion for Kendo and a penchant for klutziness. Whether she’s accidentally ripping her Halloween stockings on a table, poking her butt out of a kotastu or taking off her pajama bottoms in the throe of a fever, Amano is simultaneously sexy and adorable. Her co-star, Maa-kun, is her childhood friend, a studious boy who struggles with Amano’s sizable assets. Many of the ecchi scenes in the manga are the product of Maa-kun’s lewd fantasies, and while he tries his best to look after her, he can only watch the plucky heroine so closely before he loses his cool.
The relationship between these starts as a friendship rife with unintentional sexual tension, but, in recent chapters, is starting to show signs of something more. Perhaps this development will charge this manga with a new energy to break out of its repetitive structure. Only time will tell, though.

Art: The character designs are simple yet effective. The art style itself emphasizes the ecchi, with the detail and quality of Amano’s ecchi moments contrasting the more blocky, basic style of the comedic segments. Maa-kun himself looks angular when compared to Amano’s curvy, plumb body. Although the manga uses archetypes that are similar to other series, the art style helps the characters stand apart.

Enjoyment: Like any comedy manga, the series lives and dies by its gags. If you don’t find its brand of ecchi-filled humor funny within the first few chapters, you’re not going to like the rest of the series. It can get repetitive, but the characters are nonetheless lovable.

If you’ve wanted to see a curvy, chubby girl screw with both her childhood friend and social decency, then you’re in luck. Caution: Meaty Goodness and Warm Fuzzy’s ahead!

This series is a bit of a changeup. Most Japanese girls are of the slender body type with only boob sizes that have much variety but this manga caters to the thicc fans out there that like girls a little on the chubby side with a nice peachy butt and big tits. It is pretty awesome this manga started before thicc even became widely popular. As someone that has always appreciated a nice round butt I'm pretty happy this exists because not many other series have depictions of chubby girls at all let alone main characters or in exposing ways.

The interactions between the male and ... female leads are also warm and fuzzy. Especially when adults get involved like the female leads trollmom that teases her daughter about her crush and tries to set them up, or the male leads genre savy parents that insist their emotionally retarded son go with the female lead when she invites him places and give him crap for being stupid and thinking about turning down the chance to make precious memories with a childhood friend.

Sadly that is about all this series has to offer. It is just the same bikini and underwear shots of the female lead in a variety of positions in situations with predictable outcomes. As far as comedy goes it is too predictable to be funny and not pervy enough to be considered pervy.

Also it is currently 120 chapters in and minor spoilers but they aren't even dating yet. There are a few things going on that might lead to a confession but who knows if they will ever actually lead anywhere. By chapter 30 (minor spoiler for one of the gags) a situation occurs where the female lead wakes up with the male lead holding her bra. Of course he isn't actually attacking her in her sleep and there is actually a reasonable explanation for the events that led to this happening but she freaks out saying "There is a proper order to these things!". If a girl wakes up topless and you are holding her underwear and her main concern is that you aren't progressing your relationship with her in the right order (like say asking her out first) that is a clear as day sign that she is into you and wants you to ask her out. I mean you can't get a stronger green light than that unless you are expecting smurf sized airport control guys to come out with glow sticks and signal your dick in for landing. By chapter 30 they both have no excuses not to be aware of each other's feelings and at chapter 121 they still haven't made any real progress so that's complete bullshit. This is clearly a series that is never going to go anywhere.

If you have already covered all the staple feel good relationship series like toradora, golden time, hell even worlds end harem and are looking to consume every single romcom with a warm feelgood vibe to it then go ahead and pick this up. If not I'd give it a pass. It is enjoyable but in no way stands out other than having a deliciously thicc female lead. If you are looking for something pervy then To-love-ru, kiss x sis, akisora, hell Elfen Lied (if you don't mind gore and horrible horrible sadness) have way more to offer. And if you just want something to make you smile then shows like k-on, great teacher onizuka, ect have way more development and actually have a story to tell.

7/10 overall because I'm stoked to see a nicely sized girl for once.

It's really fun and characters development is really well done, considering the personalities of both of the main characters, one into sports and the other one into studies.

What want to know is that if I'm the only one who wants NTR in this story?
Megumi is really cute, nice personality some times bashful, and always pending on hows Manabu doing, but I really don't like her hahahaha, I just keep reading to see if there is a chance for NTR.

I don't understand how anyone could read more than 265 chapters of this manga. It doesn't have a good plot, no good characters or anything worth reading for other than a busty manga girl doing busty manga girl things. What's more, it's not even funny or entertaining. 81 ch. they were enough to drop it.

Completely according to those who read Komi-san, there are many chapters to read but at least they are funny or entertaining chapters. However we have this handle that with cheeky fanservice and a poor plot that goes nowhere is still read.

Do you want to see boobs? I recommend you go nhentai ... before this read this manga.

The story of beginning captivates you, has fun, makes you laugh and leads you to believe and a legal development between the relationship of childhood friends, but everything is just besteria because the story begins to be rolled up as far as the author will get, leading the characters to have basically no development and every chapter ends the same way, the author does not seem to have interest in developing the relationship of the characters, it seems he will use the cliché and leave the female character in love with the protagonist as and shown since the first chapter and the protagonist in love ... with another like and shown at the beginning too, I believe he will take this cliche to the end and only in the last chapter he make them stay together, making this a work with pure curl and zero romance .

So if you're after a good romance with comedy, you better get away from that manga !!

TL;DR: This manga is for those that are looking for a history who doesn't take itself seriously, an innocent love story, with a light-hearted tone and themes, where not much happens and the setting stays the same, packed with ecchi - in every single chapter - and with two charismatic protagonists, then this manga is for you.

Summary: "Amano Megumi wa Sukidarake!" depicts the blossoming of love between two childhood friends, the naive first-year kendo athlete, Amano Megumi, and the level headed bookworm, Shindo Manabu. At first Manabu thinks that Megumi's presence in his life would interfere with his studies, since her attractive body breaks ... his concentration, but he soon realize that he actually has to protect her dignity from the dangers of her own innocence, given that her carefree and clumsy nature always gets her in embarrassing situations. At the beginning it seems they would be a bit of an odd couple - a kind of opposites attract -, but as the story unfolds they find what they have in common and that in a way they complete themselves.

Review: The story is pretty straightforward and has all the common tropes that come with the genre, some are rather shoddily done, and some pretty important tropes only come at the later part of the history, which leaves a big gap in the middle of the story, hurting the pace as no new things happen for a long time.

An almost still pace, with noteworthy advancements in the story being few and far between, the first few volumes are the worst offenders of this, with a dozen chapters always seeming the same. Then we have a pretty uninteresting supporting cast, this is where the story gets hurt the most, it barely takes the time to develop the side characters, the few exceptions coming in the final volumes, even though the manga is 280 chapters long, most characters are shallow and one dimensional, leaving all the stakes and emotions to Megumi and Manabu relationship, and since their love story develops at a slow pace, there are chapters excruciatingly dull where nothing happens.

The final third of the narrative does the heavy lifting, with the introduction of new, and most importantly interesting, characters a sorely needed breath of fresh air is given to the plot and some advancement is made, the last 2 volumes have the dumbest use of a
misunderstood confession that ruined some aspects of their relationship, and in the end left the feeling of only happening in this fashion only to stretch the plotline as much as possible, which leaves this huge feeling of lost potential of how much more this story could've been good, since most of the time the plot is dead-bang average, dragging the enjoyment down quite a bit.

At its highest the manga is an 8, but most of the time is spent in the mediocrity(5) and at the lowest of the lows it's nearly unbearable(2).

Slow character development at first and repetitive hijinks but it really picked up!! I REALLY love anime's/manga where they only focus on both mains...that's it...no third or fourth wheel.
Yes the main guy is trying to meet up with his inspiration girl at a University, and the main girl is clumsy yet strives to achieve to be by his side, Is just really well told and shown. Both have there goals and agendas in mind but slowly they realize what else is there for the both of them.
Really love this manga and hopefully it stays as just them 2, struggling yet achieving together.

Amano Megumi wa Sukidarake! is an episodic slice of life with a heavy dose of ecchi and some mostly-innocent high school love plot.

The entire story revolves around Amano and Ma-kun getting into situations where Amano will flash her boobs/butt and Ma-kun will suffer yet another nosebleed. The romance plot between Amano and Ma-kun is a main focal point of this manga (aside from the ecchi, that is). It does not get as much attention as the ecchi scenes but it's wholesome regardless. I think this manga would have been better if more focus were put on the romance plot in the earlier chapters.

The size ... of the cast in this manga is fairly small, the majority of the focus is on Ma-kun and Amano.

There are several issues with this manga that lower its score in my opinion.

Firstly, the pacing is horribly slow. Often you will go multiple chapters without seeing any sort of actual development. More often than not, a chapter is just a self contained mini-escapade, such as Amano and Ma-kun going to the beach or going to the library. It's clear that the romance plot doesn't take as much priority as the fanservice, which in my opinion weakens the manga overall.

Secondly, the manga tends to be too formulaic, often to a fault. There's always the predictable few pages of the chapter where Amano's panties or bra get exposed. This happens in every chapter. I can't say I hate it because the artist clearly puts lots of effort into these pages but it gets old if you're reading multiple chapters in a sitting. The gags that lead to the ecchi scenes are predictable as well.

Thirdly, I strongly dislike Ma-kun's personality (or lack thereof). Often in mangas like these, the male protagonist is a weakling/nerd who spends more time on their academic pursuits and is very awkward around their love interest. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, but Ma-kun's character just doesn't pull off this trope very nicely. He's just too predictable, too uninteresting and too much of a wet blanket. He's a lazy self-insert for shutins and it makes me wonder if his personality was intentionally left as a blank slate, to make it easier for readers to put themselves in his shoes.

Oftentimes, part of what makes a manga of this genre interesting is how the 2 main characters interact. It often feels like Amano's relationship with Ma-kun is too one-sided. In fact, there was a perfect opportunity for Ma-kun to grow as a character and open up a bit with Amano during the Okinawa trip chapters but instead he said the most uninteresting nonsense about how he wants to work hard and study with Amano or something. It just bugs me how one-dimensional and flavorless his character is. I've read about 164 chapters of this manga and I feel like literally nothing has changed. Ma-kun is still a boring little weenie that does nothing but study, and Amano is the ditzy bimbo that orbits him and constantly gives him nosebleeds.

The art style isn't my favorite (and at times it feels a bit lazily drawn). Most of the effort seems to be put into the full-page drawings of Amano in her underwear.

Ultimately, this manga is a pretty tame, predictable semi-romance with a healthy dose of fanservice. If you want to see a girl spilling water all over her tits and flashing her ass constantly while the male MC sits there with a bleeding nose then this manga will give you what you want. The characters don't really seem to grow much and the actual storyline of the manga meanders quite slowly. Still, despite these flaws it's an entertaining manga. I give it a light 7/10.

tl;dr: An ecchi rom-com with a really solid final stretch but absurdly repetitive and slow moving before that.

This manga is about a guy named Manabu that is working hard towards his goal of being accepted into Tokyo University. However, his childhood friend, Megumi, is constantly distracting him. Mainly due to how she is constantly inadvertently showing more skin than she should. The problem with this premise, is that it starts out with both of them in their first year of high school. College entrance exams aren’t until third year, however Manabu is solely focused on passing the Tokyo University entrance exam from the beginning of ... the manga. Thus, he doesn’t join any club or much any of the standard high school stuff. And him being so focused on studying so early on results in him not being able to make friends either. There’s somewhat of a plot thread involving him seeming to have a crush on a girl that goes to another school named Mikawa, but its completely and utterly pointless and ultimately goes nowhere.

On the flip side, Megumi is the star rookie of the kendo club and over the course of the manga she starts taking kendo even more seriously, with the ultimate goal of trying to get into a good college through kendo. However, there too what matters most is her performance in her final year of high school, and thus the earlier tournaments don’t feel anywhere near as high stakes. Earlier on in the manga there is somewhat of a focus on actual kendo itself, but as a kendo manga it really just isn’t very good at all. Thus, as the manga progresses it shifts to skipping over the actual kendo and just focusing on the results. Megumi is much more social than Manabu so she has a pretty wide circle of friends, but none of them are all that interesting. There are lots of side characters that have a reoccurring presence, but none of them are fleshed out enough to really care about them.

As a result of not much serious happening, the period of the manga that covers the first two years of high school is essentially just really slow slice of life. It’s basically just a series of comedic shorts, the vast majority of which are ecchi focused. The ecchi isn’t all that good though to be honest. It’s very dense, but it’s really basic. There’s nothing particularly unique or interesting. It’s basically just Megumi not being good at keeping her clothes in mind and thus constantly getting into positions that show her underwear or something like that. It’s really repetitive and not all that fun. There are some heartwarming moments or especially funny moments here and there, and there is some character and relationship development from time to time. But this phase of the manga lasts about twenty volumes, so the good parts feel like drops in an ocean. It’s enough to build investment in Manabu, Megumi, and their relationship, but overall it’s just way too tedious and dull.

The manga goes through a major shift when they move into their third year. Manabu starts going to cram school and actually makes friends. Both of whom are well developed, interesting, and likable characters in their own right, especially Yukino. Megumi becomes the captain of the kendo club and starts taking kendo really seriously. Furthermore, one of her friends, Mio, takes much more a spotlight and turns out to be way more of a fun character than she had been before this. The stakes are high because this will be the year that decides their futures. But on top of that their relationship also comes to a head with a good amount of drama. The payoff is great and pretty thoughtfully written, and thus I would say I was pretty satisfied with the ending. I’m pretty conflicted over whether slogging through the entire manga was worth it however.

The art is somewhat mediocre at first but gets significantly better over time. The later color art is downright fantastic, but a lot of it isn’t included in the scanlations so I recommend looking it up on a booru or something. The mangaka uses minimalist eyes on everyone which is pretty unique as far as manga goes and took some getting used to but ultimately I think it worked well enough. Design wise Megumi and Yukino have great designs. Mio is pretty solid as well. Beyond that everyone has a distinct enough design that they’re easy to identify but none of them are particularly memorable.

A very standard ecchi teen romance, with sadly, as often happens, too much focus on the fanservice and too little on the romance.
It has potential to go somewhere, but gets lost in too repetitive fanservice jokes to really suggest this to any reader who doesn't come for the fanservice.
So if you just want very thicc girls in various undressing and fanservicing situations, this is one for you to try. For everyone else, I suggest you look elsewhere. The rom and com in this manga are ab-so-lu-te-ly not in balance.

For lovers of boobs and ass, this is a whole five course dinner to ... eat, because I think Amano's ass, hips, boobs, any curve of her probably holds 50% of this manga's panel worth. I'll give it to the mangaka, the female bodies are drawn deliciously every time.

For everyone else, this manga's biggest problem lies in the fact that for the first, roughly said, 150ish chapters, nothing happens. It's just chapter after chapter of the MC being the nerdy studyboi and Amano interacting with him and, depending on the situation, various forms of tits or ass happen. And when I say repetitive, I mean REALLY repetitive. I think the first 60 chapters or so are literally the same fanservicy physical joke, just shifted in context. If you're not there to just watch boobs, it gets really tiring.
Couple that with barely shifting character arcs and it's just...kind of a fanservicy mess.

However, this wouldn't be a review if I wouldn't also point out the better points. Later on, sadly very later on, the mangaka shows that he actually is quite capable to let two people slowly try to understand their blooming feelings with all the cringy teenagy emotions that inevitably come with it.
Unfortunately for the story and the reader, it is just so, so late in the road that is this quite chapter packed story that it feels like a push to put out the fire (of perhaps complaints/loss of interest from readers during release) than an actual natural progression. Had they cut off like, 100 chapters from the beginning, and give us another 100 after the ending, where the pace picked up and flowed way better, this could honestly been a very enjoyable ecchi romcom.

Now,we are kind of left with a repeating joke that realizes it has potential too late and therefor works itself out into yes, an ending that is ok, but leaves the reader with a feeling that that is where the real romcom train of the story evolves and it finally gets some interesting evolutions. Right as you actually get somewhat invested and want more, you already find yourself at the epilogue and are left feeling robbed.
Amano stays cute, though. Gotta love me some tomboys.

After reading 259, I was hoping Shindou would actually do it, but in my heart, I knew he would mess up big time. After reading 260, my suspicions were correct and he did. Although he tried to get the message across, both me and Amano didn't know why he said THAT and will hope that he understands from this mistake, but knowing romance mangas, he won't. Story was ok, there was development, even if it's going backwards, everything else is perfect. Worth the long read from chapter one to the latest chapter. Still waiting for this manga to be announced as a anime.

200+ CHAPTERS. FOR 5% DEVELOPMENT. Now, this manga is good for a quick read, but if you want something to be well invested in, dont read this. If you want something to do just a quick read, then this would be good for you!

Its a average slice of life manga with overused anime jokes, fanservice with a cute thick girl (and I only wanted to read this manga because most mangas don't have "thick" girls) however it does get tiring and can feel overused. If you wanted something to have development, or have characters to have development (nobody has any actual personal development except maybe ... the MC as amano is still the same), this isnt really for you. However a quick 5 minute read per chapter? Then yes, it is for you!

If you just want a manga for fanservice about a naive and oblivious thick girl with a focused glasses MC to relate to, I suggest this. This is not a manga to take serious or take to heart. However, because of the art, amano, and the premise it originally had, I give this a 6. It was good at the start, but the author chose to continue to stick to the same trope. It got boring quick.

Don't judge a book by it's cover if you hate it.

Those are the words i would describe this manga. So far i really have been enjoying it to the max. The key reason being: Amano is a romance manga that has loads of clever moments.

The story is very plain i feel. But that is okay because of it wanting to show you the more ecchi scenes of this manga.
But i feel that the longer you read it, the more you start to root for Amano and Shindo. The fact that they cannot find the ... perfect time to confess is the most jarring point of the story and you kind of block out the scenes where Amano reveals her self physically. I find the moments where Amano (and also Shindo) reveals herself mentally where I get really happy to read more.
The arugment can be made that this manga is a bit on the nose and even tastelessly so, however, I feel that the true power of this manga is within the main characters intimate and innocent romance scenes.
It is also the moments where the creator explains things that Amano does at the moment that I am very much invested in what Amano and her friends are doing. I find some of the things the creator explains to be helpful to understand certain things Japanese schoolgirls are doing (as living in Japan did tell me that some of these things were indeed true!)


The art has tons of ecchi in it, Just look at Amano's design. They even made 2 other characters that have all of her features (her mother and a underclassmate) However, I do feel glad that the creator does explore different types of bodies and that that they respect it. You can clearly see that the creator likes to focus on Amano's curves, but I never felt that the manga made me feel like the rest of the people were out of place because of her presence. In fact, The creator tries his best to make as many characters feel like they belong in their design alone.


Characters as I mentioned are the heart of this entire manga in my honest opinion. Shindo is smart, his parents are very standard but also loving oba-chan and oji-chan while Amano is a very sweet and airheaded character that only gets truly strong whenever she is doing kendo. Shindo's and Amano's friends are also very colorful. They all are in very different tropes but except for one are done in such a way that they truly matter in the story. I feel with one character it is more of a self-insert of the creator himself rather than an actual character.
I find that, even though Amano's mother has the same vibes as her daughter does, she does not really fit the same kind of vibe as Shindo's parents. She truly is just a very supportive milf, but not written in a way where she sticks out like a sore thumb.

As you can tell, my enjoyment is through the roof. I recommend this story if you like romance manga with a lot of ecchi. But what I come to find is a manga that is actually very wholesome and because of it hard to put down.

It was truely a great manga though I wanted something bold but tthat part was covered up with comedy and curiosity. Still I am expecting a bit bolder steps from both the main characters like confession and stuffs but it is great as it is. I am having lots a fun reading every chapters. I didn't felt like any chapter is boring. But I sometimes feel sad about this manga having no anime or large fan club. But I personally feel that I am lucky to have the chance to read this manga. At first I was feeling irritated to know that the protagonist is ... hella dense. But little by little it is turning in the right path. But the protagonist needs to be smart not in studies but in love life. It is high time he should made up his mind about setting his heart and realizing his surrounding. All and all the artwork is killing especially the styles of the female protagonist.
