Gothic ghost mysteries of some form. A girl is invisible to all except one for a particular reason. There is also a lack of trust at times, which results in negative things happening.

Both series have a high school boy protagonist joined by an unusual female student who goes overlooked or is ignored by others (Another because of curse-related superstitions, Tasogare Otome because she's a ghost), and deal with the frightening and dangerous results of curses and superstitions relating to their school. Overall they both have a similar dark ambiance and ocassional disturbing moments, resulting in both series giving off a similar feeling.

Same Genre, you get a similar eerie feeling while watching. Both series also contain that same "mystery" that makes you curious and want to keep watching.. to find the answer in the end.
They both have a supernatural/horror element while involving a very peculiar girl who is in a way directly connected to the supernatural element. Besides that they both have some mysteries, both stories develop in a high school and they both have a dark atmosphere.

Revolves around the similar theme of someone who already has died but keeps their presence in the world of the living. Another has a more serious tone while Tasogare Otome x Amnesia has more comedy. Both series however involves mystery.
Both have:people who see dead, mysteries involving things that happened in the past,normal boy with a mysterious girl,terror school.
Both are Horror/Dramas where their is a mystery surronding the girl charcther and the guy finds out about her past in both when noone else knows.
They are both similar in the sense that in both shows someone has died but has comeback. They're both horror/supernatural/mystery with some romance ( well dusk maiden more). I honestly liked them both if I had to choose I prefer Dusk Maiden of Amnesia just because of the comedy added to it as well.
Both are dark school mysteries. Dusk Maiden of Amnesia focuses a bit more on romance and comedy. Whereas Another is more suspenseful. Of the two I prefer Dusk Maiden of Amnesia.
They are two horror anime, which have very good stories, and besides terror, also have romance, something that can please many people.
