Asobi Asobasi is almost like a more wacky, brazen version of Daily Lives, except it's focused on a group of three girls rather than boys. Both series involve parodying common school and general life occurrences, including some hilarious misunderstandings.

I'd say this is the girl version of Danshi Koukousei no Nichijou. If you liked the childish, unique, highschool, growing teenagers sense of humor of Danshi Koukousei you're definetly gonna love this one.

I'm very picky with comedy anime but... these two have really a similar kind of comedy which i enjoy a lot. And they're both mainly about the school life of a main trio! One which is at a all girls middle school and another at a all boys high school.

If you enjoyed the comedy in Asobi then you will like DKnN too. Both are slice-of-life comedies about school life: one is focused on girls and the other on boys. Both are episodic shows with many skits on them. Also, both have that kind of over-the-top animation with the faces (you know what I mean) even though Asobi uses that resource exquisitely, and thus it's hard to beat.

Both shows the prime of youth with combinations of comedy. It shows the linear way of life with a sense of human complexity. Through the use of comedy both assimilates life chemistry.

Asobi asobase has a group a girls being an amazing comedy group. Danshi is quite literally the brother anime of asobi asobase and follows a group of guys in there lives. In asobi asobase theres a school for guys only, just imagine what asobi asobase would have been if it was set in there with a guy main cast, thats danshi koukousei no nichijou.
Both feature a trio squad lead except in Asobi it's middle school girls and Nichibros is high school boys. Both feature surreal comic styles with going overboard while retaining a certain level of laid-back atmosphere. They also have a similar art style, execution and each has their own unique yet amazing OST The episodes in both are split into short parts. Basically if you liked one of them, you are almost definitely going to like the other.
Borg are gag anime with characters in highschool that do silly things.

Danshi Koukousei no Nichijou features a trio of guys who, as the name suggests, spend their daily life doing funny yet relatable things, while Asobi Asobase features a trio girls who spend their free time doing the same, though the later is focused more on "pastime" games and activities.

Asobi Asobase is like the female version of Danshi Koukousei no Nichijou. Both shows are comedy anime about the antics of a group of friends who are constantly messing around. Both feature a similar style of bizarre humor and do not completely leave out their side characters. Pretty much the biggest difference between the two anime is that Asobi Asobase has an all female cast and Danshi Koukousei no Nichijou (most of the time) has an all male cast. So if you liked one show, you definitely need to watch the other.

Asobi Asobase is essentially just a female version of Danshi Koukousei no Nichijou. Both are hilarious slice of life anime. If you liked one, you're sure to like the other.

Both are comedy based, one is surrounded around boys and the other is around girls. But both will make your eyes water because of the comedy.

Both are pretty similar, 'Asobi Asobase' has comedic sketches of the trio protagonists who are middle school girls whereas 'Danshi Koukousei no Nichijou' has hilarious sketches of some of the characters in the atmosphere of the trio protagonists who are high school boys.
- both of 'em are so fucking funny - they have the same number of mcs (trio) - it also shows what happens in their everyday lives - you should def watch this since i can't breathe while typing this 'cause of laughter :)
They both are extremely similar with very hilarious and somehow relatable comedy that will make you burst into laughter with pain in your stomach. Danshi Kokousei no Nichijou focuses on daily life and incidents of boys while Asobi Asobase focuses on girls. I recommend watching both.

If you wonder how bored students are wasting their free time (definitely not by doing something productive), give these two shows a try. Them slapsticks might give you a giggle. Or laughter. Just make sure you are not in process of drinking something.

Asobi is the girl version of Danshi Kokose, except Asobi is more nefarious haha. Both overexaggerate everyday occurrences. They have *some* romance but barely anything. Both of them are a group of either 3 guys or 3 girls.
