Metal Fight Beyblade or Beyblade Metal Fusion is clearly heavily inspired by Saint Seiya. They both have a huge emphasis on the cosmos, constellations and warriors that use their spirit and the power of their constellations to battle others like them. Both main characters use the power of Pegasus (Seiya & Gingka), with other important characters also sharing powers/constellations such as Dragon Saint/L Drago & Phoenix Saint/Phoenix.

The characters & beyblades on Metal Fight Beyblade series are mostly inspirated from Saint Seiya. Could be said that Metal Fight Beyblade is the newer version of Saint Seiya.
