Both have action, crime, and are protecting the public from something. Both series take place in different timeframes.
Both have "criminal type" characters working as law enforcement to take down threats to society and have conspiracy theory themed stories to them and lots of violence.

- both have characters wearing suit and ties for work - both have organizations who use people/creatures to hunt their own kind (in psycho pass, the police use criminals to hunt potential criminals. in chainsaw man, the devil hunters use devils to hunt other devils)
