Both have a male protagonist who know the main female a protagonist is a vampire. The females (Moka and Erika), is a vampire, and want to suck the males protagonist bloods (Tsukune and Kouhei). So, if you like Rosario + Vampire, you'll like Fortune Arterial :)
Both are about vampires and the main female protagonist is a vampire who doesn't want to hurt anyone. Both are romance stories as well

Both main girl characters are vampires, and the protagonists are both human and male. Both anime are in a high school setting and the protagonists are both surrounded by cute girls. Rosario to Vampire has more supernatural elements though and has a bit more plot.
