Both of them is surrounding the theme of "detective", except that Kemono Jihen are kids while Bungou Stray Dogs are adults. Both of them also put emphasis on the main character having an unknown power from the start.

Kemono jihen is alot like Bungo stray dogs... Both begin with a lonely boy gets scouted or is helped by some guy who becomes his mentor later on and joins a detective agency that has people with super powers.. Both are really interesting as the story goes on..
