Isekai. The common drill, MC finds themself in a new world. Since tropes are common, I will focus on differences. Shield Hero is a revenge type story with Naofumi getting back at the very kingdom that ripped him apart. MT is a story of a neet trying to attempt their 2nd try in life with hopes of becoming a better person. The only thing I can really say is that Shield Hero is a bit more action-packed than MT which is on the calmer side of stories that are told. These best isekai animes ever made . The m.c is very lovable and u will connect with him. These anime have a very good animation style . The story is also very intersting u will never regrets watching these animes. Highly recommended if u are a man of culture as well
