Similar premice, KJ has the Kemono, and the "Anti Kemono Squad" there to take them out, FF has the Infernals, with the Fire Force there to take them out. Both have a very shounen-esque approach to the presentation, and both have a solid cast of both male and female characters, with enough variety in the personalities to satisfy everyone.
