While Mushoku Tensei is an isekai anime, and Keyaru goes to the past of his own world, both anime have a similar fantasy setting. Both main characters were treated like scum in their previous lives but get a chance to redo their lives; they get to keep their memories and gain powerful magics, which they both use to fulfill...their perverted desires. Both have questionable sexual content, but Kaifuku/Redo is a LOT darker and a LOT more explicit.
Two of the most controversial anime of their time. If you want very very questionable protagonists look no further. Whether you agree with them or not is up to you, what is relevant is how both anime pretty much are two sides of the same coin, what one does the other diverge from. MT starts in a very similar position with Healer. What makes them different is how Healer then goes off to mentally break itself taking on a path none other than those for lunatics, with morals thrown out the window in this deranged path of revenge. MT however has MC understand their flawed nature

Mushoku Tensei & Redo of Healer have roughly the same plot, whereby the protagonist gets a second chance in life. Of course, much isekais' are the same. If you like protagonists who never hide their ecchi side, are always powerful, somewhat smarter than their peers, and have a strong boner. Yup. These 2 are similar.
