Both have Time/space/end of world themes and an item that it focuses on. similar start plot about a group of selected players forced to fight each other. Psyren has more of a superpower setting but both still have great action. Protagonist and heroine are almost opposite of each other.

The characters are very similar (Nemisis Q and Deus) and also the main characters, though Ageha isn't quite as spineless as Yuki.... The story is also similar in the sense that there is a game where people die, though Psyren's more shouen-ish.
Dealing with the future and supernatural elements, both these series involves games with a main protagonist accompanied by a female heroine. The God of both series are also somewhat similar and there is action, drama, and later on romance in both manga.
Mirai Nikki and Psyren exude similar vibes sometimes. Both series involve apocalyptic, time casuality, superpower, death game themes. The mc in both manga are thrown into this crazy situation at the beginning, and must survive and figure out a way out midst the madness.

Mirai Nikki is at the end a somehow dark and psychological manga and if you liked those aspects you'll definetly enjoy Psyren which has a happíer tone at the beginning and quite a lot shonen aspects.
