Anime 23755 Nanatsu No Taizai Userrecs

I don't know how to put it.. I just got the same vibres from them.. If I must say it, I admit I think they are not really special or anything. But for some reason, I enjoyed them in a good way.. Maybe in story telling I think, both series are good in story telling.. 

Both are set in Medieval Era type worlds. Both are about a group of people who are portrayed as villains, but in actuality fight for the good of the country and its people. 

The so called 'villains' and people who everyone refuses to accept, who actually are good people and likes to help the weak. Fight scenes, powerful characters and a very decent amount of comedy. 

Group of powerful characters set out to try and overturn a corrupt government that pretends to protect its population while instead oppressing it. Akame Ga Kill is more edgy whereas Nanatsu no Taizai is more fantasy. 

Both of these anime have an organization that people consider as an organization of criminals (At akame ga kill night raid and here-the seven deadly sins) but these criminals are turned out to be the good ones and the country or army is the bad one. 

When I first watched this anime, I thought it was really similar to Akame ga Kill, except I enjoyed Nanatsu no Taizai way more. Similarities: - Both Night Raid and Nanatsu no Taizai are seen as antagonists in the country, though in reality they were the good guys being framed. - Both Elizabeth and Tatsumi set out on an adventure, with Tatsumi being in Night Raid and Elizabeth with the Seven Deadly Sins. - Main characters have a bit of a romance with the main girl characters. 

Set in a medieval setting with characters appearing as the villains in their respective worlds when they're actually the heroes. Action gets quite brutal in both and the main mission of the heroes is to overthrow the rulers of the kingdoms they once called home.  

Based on a group of heroes who are being attacked by their own kingdom. Powerful characters fighting their way to the kingdom to reach their goal which is peace and get rid of the rotten people within the kingdom. 

Both main characters are seen as the villains, when they have a noble cause destined to a greater cause. In the end of Akame ga Kill! you can't say that there is an happy ending or that could be anything more in the plot. Good comedy, the theme "love" is very explicit in both, and there are present very good battles with great awesomeness. 

both are in the middle ages and talk about revolutions and overthrow the Kingdom by the same organizations... 

Both of these anime take place in a very similar setting. The overall concept of "evil" group against the "good" government is the same. And they are both action anime with great fight scenes, and great characters. 

Both kinda the same as they both have a list of wanted people that turn out to be the good guys.kinda like Akame ga kill  

-Both have a medieval environment. -Both have action packed fight scenes. -Both have opposite factions fighting each other. Night Raid vs Jaegers (Akame Ga Kill) and The Seven Deadly Sins vs Holy Knights (Nanatsu no Taizai) -Both share some romance in the story. -Both have some comedy and ecchi moments.  

If you liked Akame Ga Kill and it brought powerful emotions to you Nanatsu no Taizai introduces you to corrupted place where good guys were framed for committing murder of superior. This includes a lot of special powers and Night Raid is similar to Sins.  

Like Seven Deadly Sins, Akame ga Kill sets you up with a rag tag team of criminals who are not as bad as society would have you believe. The group undergoes challenges from the reigning government and seeks to destroy the evil growing within and free the people of the city. I think they both share similar general plotlines and if you enjoyed one you will probably enjoy the other. 

In both series the main characters try to overthrow some kind of corrupt political power in Nanatsu no taizai's case it's the kingdom and in Akame ga kill it's the emperor. Both of the series are very entertaining and they are both 24 episodes long. Both of the series are Action, Adventure shounen. 

In a world of kingdoms and knights, of incredible powers, where a group of people are treated like villains, when they fight against the tyranny that is in the same town they swore to protect. Wrapped up in amazing skills they fight against a similar group, of which will be linked emotionally. Two animes full of action, occasional comedy, a bit of fanservice (which will never be so badly received) and of such personal and dramatic stories that they contain in each chapter of their life. 

The two are very similar to each other two groups Night Raid And the Seven Deadly Sins who to the public sees as a menace do battle with corrupted authority figures  

Besides both being a great anime. This animes has many similarities. Let's start with the story line. Both of them shows a group of people rebelling against their country's government or kingdom shall we say. Those bunch of rebellions are bound to fight against the superior of their country in order to gain peace for the people. But what the people actually sees their doing that they are a group of traitors who brings sorrow and deaths to the country. The main male protagonists also does have similarities. Other than being a badass, They also have overpowered skills and their swords skills are far beyond than any of the characters. The main antagonist are both who works for the government and both contains superhuman abilities but both are beaten by the main protagonist. (for Akame Ga Kill I was talking about Emperor Makoto which was beaten by Tatsumi)  

They are both shonens which follows the life of the protagonists who fight the dark goberment prevailing  

Both have very smilar stories, characters and include a bromance. The beginning starts out about the same with some minor differences but the stories get more similar as you move along.  

if you really liked akame ga kill so you will absolutely adore nanatsu no taizai. these two animes are too similar to each other. the bad guys are the good guys. and the gouverment which people think that they are good are against with alot of funny moments in both of them. 

-Both have the heroes portrayed as villains -Similar worlds and 'powers' -Goofy characters and comedy, but drastically serious at some times 

First we have the Seven Deadly Sins in Nanatsu no Taizai, then we have Night Raid in Akame ga Kill! - Both sets of main characters are seen as the villains of the world, when in fact, they are the ones who are keeping the peace and balance in the world. - Both shows have a giant cast with lots of fighting and violence. Good guys, bad guys they are all awesome! - The story for both shows start out slow but eventually get super interesting and you'll be glued to your seat wanting more. - Both anime are about a group of vigilantes fighting against the corrupt governement. - Both shows are set in a medieval setting with knights and the use of magic. - Tons of bloody awesome violence and action, at odd points characters become romantically driven. - The characters are very well developed and intense in both animes. - They have super powers and abilities and the fighting scenes are spectacular. There's no such thing as absolute good or absolute evil, there's always more than one side to everything. The Holy Knights of Nanatsu no Taizai and the Capital Government of Akame ga Kill are supposed to be the ones enforcing the law and safekeeping the peace, but, it turns out they're actually the root and source of all problems.  

Villains who seeking for the truth and justice are the real hero. Meliodas (NnT) and Tatsumi (AgK) will bring you to the world where justice can not be found. Therefore, they will give you an amazing adventure and awesome battle to bring back the justice and reveal the truth about the fake world where they lived. Anger, sorrow, and other emotions are part of their adventures. And sacrifices are the most painful reality on their journey. With their amazing power and ability, Meliodas, Tatsumi, and their companion will slay everybody who opposed them. Support and join them to reveal the painful truth... 

Epic stories with a similar setting, characters with cool powers, main characters that are portrayed as villains, but are actually working against the corruption of the government and being framed. Both really enjoyable with lots of comedy and goofy moments, yet really serious situations and fights. 

In Akame ga Kill the main characters are potrayed as the bad guys, or according to kingdom in the show, the same goes for Nanatsu no Taizai (Seven Deadly Sins) They are also potrayed as the bad guys, by the kingdom, but through the show we learn that there is something else going on! and things isn't as it seem! i really recommend you to watch it. (Full of action, funny parts and got sad moments too) 

They both have similar feels to the anime, a government that is corrupt and a traveler joins a group of strong people except in akame ga kill they are assassins an in nanatsu no taizai they are knights 

I just like to put it in my recommendation cant explain that much its just amazing / good anime itself 

If you really enjoyed Nanatsu no Taizai, then you definitely gonna enjoy this one. Full of fight scenes, rescues and some death's. 

Both are fantasy action shonen esque anime. Neither are deep or thought-provoking but both are a great watch if you'd like to watch something dumb and stupid but also a bit fun. Both have decent fight scenes. Both have weird romantic sub plots. 

Both of them feature groups of "bad" and "good people" (Night Raids/Seven Deadly Sins and Jaegers/Holy Knights) Both have romance between some characters Both are about defeating the politic system that rules the kingdom Both are a bit gore and have fanservice Also, I found them very similar from the beginning, I don't know why, and enjoyed them so much. If you liked one, you'll probably like the other as well. 

The main characters are fighting the government. They are powerful even their enemies. Great battles. A must see anime. 

these two anime-themed kingdoms where the kingdom fell in error and both anime is also equally moving in groups 

A group of very different & misunderstood individuals, with different special abilities, fighting for the same cause. 

Both Nanatsu no Taizai and Akame ga Kill! have a similar vibe. Both have somewhat similar premises (But not super identical), and a similar tone as well. Akame ga Kill! is darker, however. But if you enjoyed Akame ga Kill!, watch Both Nanatsu no Taizai. If you liked Both Nanatsu no Taizai, watch Akame ga Kill!, you won’t regret either (Maybe). 

Cast upon A Medieval Era world, the group of protagonists are looked down upon to the point of being villains. Either animes portray youths righting of wrongs and protecting the weak. If you enjoy an action packed anime with a hint of comedy, ecchi and even romance then I recommend both of these animes. 

Aside from the obvious "rebel group fighting tha corrupt government" theme. What really got me in both series are the characters interactions, the entire cast is a joy to watch bouncing on each other, there are no boring boring characters in either Night Raid or the Sins. PD: if you are on the market for a waifu there is a nice catalog of girls with actual personality to choose from in any of these. not the typical helpless dumb girl waiting for the hero (aside for certain princess) 

At first they seemed bad guys but actually they are the good ones. :-)

After watching the first episode of Nanatsu no Taizai I got immediately reminded of Fairy Tail. Both of them start with a nice introduction and are followed by events which show us how the main characters get to know each other. After introducing us to the main characters without telling us who exactly they are, or part of which organization/guild they are, we are thrown into an action packed fight with great music. After the battle was settled their adventurous journey began. 

Main guy helps main girl and both somehow have similar interests, what made them go together in their journey/adventure. + cute talking animals (cats in Fairy Tail and a pig in Nanatsu no Taizai) 

In the past, after hearing about Fairy Tail, checking out the wiki and watching a few chapter reviews for a while I eventually decided to check it out. I'm not a big fan of Fairy Tail, but I acknowledge that this anime has a fan base. I would definitely recommend Nanatsu no Taizai(Seven Deadly Sins) to any Fairy Tail fan or to anyone who was disappointed by Fairy Tail. The transition to Fairy Tail to Nanatsu no Taizai is easy. They both involve magic and it's easy to correlate Fairy Tail's and Nanatsu no Taizai's magic to each other. Both Fairy Tail and Nanatsu no Taizai are ecchi(the mangas are labeled ecchi). For those who are bothered by the plot distracting ecchi, while watching nanatsu no taizai, I found the ecchi more bearable and less frequent. Although I have yet to read the manga, perhaps it includes more ecchi like Fairy Tail. Nanatsu no Taizai includes others races like: faries, giants, demons etc. It is more violent and shows more blood than FT 2014 since this version I believe doesn't show any blood. I seem to enjoy the storyline better and the anime has a more clear "goal". As a bonus they both have talking animals- FT: Happy & NNT: Hawk. Fairy Tail involves mages in powerful guilds using magic and in Nanatsu no Taizai it features groups of different Knights using powerful magic. If you liked or did not like the characters in Fairy Tail I think you'll like/like better Nanatsu no Taizai's characters too. Nanatsu no Taizai is my alternative to Fairy Tail and I definitely recommend it to you all.  

Both have crazy action, fun comedy, a tad of ecchi, and overall a fun, fantasy adventure. The mangas for both even had a crossover chapter. 

Set in a magical fantasy world. Group of people with awesome powers and are friends. All the good stuff.  

The characters in both are very similar, the main characters in Nanastu could be easily be aligned with those in Fairy Tail-- Meliodas and Natsu, Elizabeth and Lucy, and Hawk and Happy. Both pretty much have the same concept of the characters meeting each other and then set off on a journey (although Nanastu has more of an actual goal whereas Fairy Tail doesnt not have the characters set off to achieve one specific goal throughout the series). Both have epic fighting scenes that will get you excited and pumped up. 

Nanatsu no taizai has the same feel and similar setting to fairy tail but has far better fights and pacing. If you like nonstop action then taizai is for you definitely a worth watch series  

Atmosphere 

Seven deadly sins & Fairy tail: Elizabeth travels with Meliodas on an adventure, Lucy travels with Natsu on an adventure; Both have fantasy setting; Both Have magic>>> Knights with magical power(Seven deadly sins) Magical Wizards(Fairy Tail) Good comedy, Great action, Awesome fight scenes & very enjoyable. :) 

Both involve elements of; magic, friendship, action, comedy, and plot armour :3. Also the openings and endings for both are spectacular, guaranteed to get stuck in your head 

Both very funny with some heartwarming moments sprinkled in. Both have strong and humorous male leads with a determined female partner or vice versa depending on how you look at it. 

Both have fanservice, both have 2 pets that talk, use magic as power on the series. And also both are from the Shonen Magazine. 

I feel like 7 Deadly Sins is here to stay! It's an anime that has a great story from the get-go and leaves a mystery that you want desperatly answered. Your first opinion on the characters will be most likely false and that adds a great component of surprise and excitement. There are many plot twists in just 24 episodes and the cut of the episodes is the one you need in order to press the button "Next Episode" (Not Dr. Dre's Song) easily. You will love most of the characters (both good and evil) and you will shread a tear in some episodes. The only reason I am not giving 10 to the series is because sometimes it confuses me with the balance of power that is shown in fights. At the same time it is good cause you don't know the true limit of everyone's power, but since it confused me a bit, I gave it a 9. Both have medieval ambientation, magic, ecchi and invincible protagonists. 

Both of these are pretty standard action/adventure shounens with similar protagonists (Natsu/Meliodas) who each have an animal sidekick (Happy/Hawk). They also both take place in a medieval fantasy setting featuring magic, and have quality OSTs. Both have pretty similarly comedy and similar atmospheres, although Seven Deadly Sins definitely feels a little darker at points. Seven Deadly Sins has a lot more of a plot and is a much shorter show, whereas Fairy Tail is very long running, but very little happens in term of overall progression from arc to arc. 

Welcome to the most powerful guilds of both worlds! While Fairy Tail is all about friendship amongst guild members, Nanatsu no Taizai is all about showing off how badass is this small guild who once conquered the world. 

-Male protagonists with a dark past: There are a few similarities with Natsu and Meliodas, starting with which they are both demons and one of the most powerful demons, Natsu being E.N.D is known to be the strongest Etherious and Meliodas being a former member of the Ten Commandments. They are also extremely compassionate for their friends and have an extremely strong bond with the main female character of their respective series. They also both have a relationship with some of the biggest villains in their respective series. -The female protagonist has a historical relationship with the MC: In Fairy Tail Lucy's ancestor Anna sends Natsu and the other dragon slayers through the eclipse gate to the time when Lucy is around, While in 7ds Liz is a character that is the reincarnation of his previous lover. Both are also from very rich families Lucy from a business but Liz is from a monarchy and they both had ran from their homes, albeit for different reasons as Liz left to save the country and find the sins and met the MC who was one accidentally while Lucy left to become a wizard of Fairy Tail and met the MC who was one. -A similarity with a ship : The ships I am talking about is Zervis and Ban x Elaine. A similarity is that both Zeref and Ban are humans made immortal and have fallen in love with someone who has a relationship with how they became immortal, Mavis with having the same curse and Elaine used to be the protector of the Fountain of Youth. They also had something that prevented the ship from progressing further than a kiss in how both of Mavis and Elaine died. Mavis and Elaine are also characters whose body misleads how old they are as Mavis being affected by the curse meant she was stuck with the body of a 11 year old and Elaine being a fairy meant she looked like a human child as well. -Badasses who are rarely there: Escanor a guy who wrecks shit faster than God Serena dies but has a weakness in that he is only strong during the day and is at his strongest when the sun is at its strongest which means he can't help in fights at night time except on one occasion. Gildarts on the other hand is a person who is more likely to be crashing at some brothel than be helping out in a fight. Gildarts being a badass though comes more from hype than Escanor as Escanor has been seen to be extremely powerful. -A Manipulated Villain: Jellal Fernandes and Hendrickson were both characters who used to be good years prior to when the story began and had a relationship with a important female character in the past, Jellal being a kind friend to Erza and Hendrickson being a Holy Knight who knew Elizabeth as a child. They were also villains early on the respective stories who were manipulated to try and bring something back Jellal trying to resurrect Zeref and Hendrickson attempting to bring demons back into the world. They are also both trying to redeem themselves for the actions that they accomplished under the manipulation. -Demonic Villains: Both the Ten Commandments and Tartarus are demons which each have a unique ability, Tartarus having curses while the Ten Commandments having the commandments. Both groups of demons are also devoted to a single figure who is extremely powerful, this figure is also a monarch, Zeref and the Demon King respectively. Both the ten commandments and Tartarus show us the connections and ties the protagonist has with them. In the case of Natsu we learn he is E.N.D. and the younger brother of Natsu in the case of Meliodas we learn he was once a member of the 10 commandments and the son of the Demon King. -Erza and Diane: Both characters are important female characters who have a strong bond with the protagonist if different in that Diane's love for Meliodas was more romantic while Erza's love for Natsu was a love for a sibling. Both characters also have fallen in love with a character that they met as a child and for various circumstances not in the males control for Jellal being manipulated and for King making him take the punishment for a crime, there was a long period before they see each other again. -Wars old and new: Both series mention a war far into the past that helped shape the world it is now, for Fairy Tail this is the Dragon Civil war that removed the dragon population from the world allowing humanity to prosper, while in the case of 7 deadly sins it was the war between the races which resulted in demons being sealed away helping humanity to prosper. In Fairy Tail there is a new war being fought between family who lived through the 1st war in Natsu against Zeref, in the case of 7 deadly sins you can consider the war between the 7 deadly sins and the remaining holy knights against the 10 commandments.   

Both series involve alot of fantasy and great battle scenes. Both have funny humor and these shows have alot of great characters. Great animations as well and a bunch of fun.  

Both take place in a fantasy setting with a diverse and engaging cast of characters. 

Both shows are ecchi battle shounen with a lot of over the top fights and a large cast of characters. 

Both of them are really similar. A fantasy world filled with magic is what characterizes both of these shows. If you're liked the quick-action lasting in on very short arcs (With some fan-service here and there) of one of them, then you will enjoy the other one. 

- both shows have magic as their power system - both shows are taking place in universe that looks like medieval Europe  

Nanatsu no Taizai is what would happen if Fairy Tail and Akame ga Kill! had a baby. Nanatsu no Taizai and Fairy Tail both have magic, very funny moments, similar characters, funny mascot characters (a cat in Fairy Tail and a pig in Nanatsu no Taizai), and action! Both are animated by A-1 Pictures as well. Nanatsu no Taizai is a bit darker though. Regardless, I think fans of one would like the other. 

they both have a very similar start. 

First of all both of them are purely SHONEN, Protagonists & MCs with their dark past, Badass Antagonists who are really there, Manipulated & Demonic Villain, Wars old and new... 

Both have some very similar things about them for example their adventure elements, they are both very adventurous and fun. Their protagonists are also happy-go-lucky and funny (IMO). Also they both like last minute power ups or smth like that. 

Why is no one talking about the spirit of the anime ? Both are in a celtic and european fantasy universe, with dragons, demons, taking place in places inspired by France, Britain, and Ireland, Germany, it's very medieval and represent well the culture of the time, with inns, guilds, forests, fairies, demons, dragons, etc 

I have watched Seven deadly sin and when I watched fairy tail I realized it is little similar to Seven deadly sin and both was good I think both are similar  

Both involve a princess looking for allies and ultimately forming a group, as well as becoming stronger. The comedy and character interactions are done well in both. They both depict genuine character development and growth, especially in Akatsuki no Yona. Both shows have great action and fluid animation alongside a fitting and eargasmic soundtrack. Taizai is more action oriented while Yona is more about the actual journey and the detours. The fantasy elements are evident in both, but more in the world of Taizai. Yona is based around a more historical setting.  

Very similar plot. Princess forced out of her castle, proceeds to find a strong bunch of heroes to make her comeback. Loyalty, friendship and leadership are the themes of both animes. Nanatsu no Taizai will suit the younger audience more though with it's very straight forward storyline. Here's your role: Find good guys, beat the bad guys to pulp. Akatsuki no Yona, on the other hand, is more matured and sophisticated. The main difference is the main character, the princesses. What Elizabeth from Nanatsu no Taizai brings to the table is kindness, friendliness and a whole lot of shouting and screaming while Yona from Akatsuki no Yona is a strong spirited leader, starting out naive but maturing slowly but surely as more and more people join her ranks.  

Similarity: Princess that goes on a journey seeking new allies to help her cause. Personal Preference: Akatsuki no Yona has better storytelling. Nanastu no Taizai has better action.  

both are new series about a spoiled princess who had everything but was eventually betrayed by her closest allies, and both princesses went on a journey to become stronger and look for comrades to help her in reclaiming her kingdom. 

The obvious: They share a somewhat similar storyline - young female princess is on an adventure to unite certain members of a powerful group for similar reasons and circumstances. Both have good/great character backstories. Ill let you decide which you prefer as they are done a little differently. Sin's backstories all really connected well and clearly shape the characters, interactions, and relationships. Yona's backstories are more subtle and personal - typically showcasing why the character's might act a certain way and have certain defense mechanisms. The main reason Im suggesting is more on an enjoyment level. Both share a great balance of comedy, action, and adventure with emotional heartfelt moments but stay relatively happy through most of the run - never forgetting to tell a joke from time to time to lighten the mood. Sins clearly has a lot of shonen humor and Yona clearly has a lot of shoujo humor. Sins has emphasis on powers and fighting - lots of one on one fights with characters holding back waiting to play their trump - Yona's action is a little more simple with only a few great fighters in the series that usually go up against a ton of opponents at a time.  

A princess, who had everything A princess, who'd lost everything A princess, who became a "traitor", and someone close to her betrayed her and the king A princess, seeking for power to help the kingdom and to take it back A princess, wandering around with a super warrior to find the unbeliveble strong warriors with the unbeliveble superpowers Personally, I liked Akatsuki no Yona more than The Seven Deadly Sins, but... WHO CARES *sorry for my bad english

both stories about a princess go in a journey to find a group of strong legends to protect her kingdom 

These animes have almost the exact same plot. A princess had to escape her own castle and kingdom because she needs to find allies to help her save it. While they are both similar, Nanatsu no Taizai has a more comedy side compared to Akatsuki no Yona, it focuses on the drama and historical side. I would say that the biggest differences are the personality of the characters. Since Nanatsuki no Taizai has a more comedy side, the characters are more childish and funny. In Akatsuki no Yona, they are more mature and friendly aspect to it. If you like a good adventure type anime that still has the same concept has Nanatsuki no Taizai, you’ll really like Akatsuki no Yona!  

They are similar in terms of: -Heroines have to find the characters in order to ask help to accomplish their objectives -Heroines undergo from the traitor of someone close to them and loss their position for both of them came from a noble family -Art is nice -Characters are interesting and have unique powers -Gives you a good action 

Princesses who are on a journey 

both about a princess trying to save her reign with the help of people from a legend. also both the anime involve fights but love too. 

Has the same vibe. The main characters has powerful powers and help the people from the corrupt government. The action scenes are awesome and fun from beginning to end. 

Both series portray the medieval world of fantasy. For me, Akatsuki no Yona is even more likable than Nanatsu no Taizai. In my opinion, these series are similar because they both have girl, as main character, that try to become strong and independent women during the story. In this journey both girls have especially strong partners. A man, who is ready to protect main girl at the cost of his life, is very likable in both stories. So, if you liked the adventurous journey through medieval fantasy world in Nanatsu no Taizai, you also might like similar journey in Akatsuki no Yona. 

Both are very well built adventure animes that have many plot similarities even though they have different settings, Nanatsu no Taizai is set in middle age kingdom and Magi is set in multiple kingdoms based of '1001 Night'. Characters are lovable and unique with great character interaction that makes you lough out through both of this animes. Protagonists have similar characteristics that have to fight against something like organizations with companions that they made through their journey. Epic adventures that make you glued to screen, if you love one I definitely see you liking other. 

Both have an epic adventure like feel to them. They include some magic and many mysteries and are constructed in fun alternate universes. Epic BROMANCE and strong sense of friendship in both series. The groups of friends (who first meet at the start of the series) have a strong sense of dedication and love for each other and later on begin to feel like family. Both have strong elements of legend and legendary heroes in the story and both are produced by A-1 so the animation and style are pretty similar. Even though both stories have tragedy in them, they are ultimately fun stories that will make you laugh and smile with joy  

If you like humor but with a bunch of action in a fantasy style world, then both are a great fit for you. The characters are lovable and funny while the anime can get serious at times as well. 

First of all: Boobs. You like boobs? Sure, try the other, you won't regret it. The art of both is amazing, the animation is amazing too, with powerful colors, they'll make your eyes shine all series long with joy, from such beautiful artworks. The story of these shows are set in the past, with some themes that you can relate if you have some previous knowledge of the legends and periods (well, Nanatsu is not accurate and based on a legend, like Magi is [in the based on a legend criteria]). In general, both are good, and I guarantee, that if you liked one of them, you'll at least like the other.  

Both have unique art styles that are bright and not too realistic, favoring a younger teen audience . Both have an epic adventure like feel to them. Both have strong elements of legend and legendary heroes in the story. Both are produced by A-1 so the animation and style are pretty similar. Both have a lovable, big cast. Both have great fight scenes. Both have a historical magic/fantasy setting. Both stories have tragedy in them, and they are ultimately fun stories that will make you laugh and smile with joy In general, both are great, and I guarantee that if you liked one of them, you'll like the other! 

Seven Deadly Sins and Magi are packed with adventure with similar tones. Both have great supporting characters and a good story. If you like Nanatsu No Taizai or shounen anime, in general, you should check Magi. 

Magi is incredibly fun and doesn't get the love it deserves. It has more serious themes then 7DS, but fun aventures which focuses on a central 3 characters rather then a large sum of them. 

Both MC are perverts and have a same VA (Kaji Yuki), both anime involved magic and have a unique magic system. Made by same studio resulted in simillar animation  

Both shows have vibrant colors and a wonderful cast yet underneath that still lies an interesting story. Both can also move to being a bit darker from time to time and especially in Magi themes can become a bit heavier and not have things be so black and white. And as an extra similarity both have the first 2 seasons done by A-1 Pictures ( let's just hope the animation similarities don't continue if Magi gets a season 3 :P ) 

Both include a cast of characters based off of the Seven Deadly Sins. They also both have cartoonish animation styles and lighthearted comedy mixed in with all the action. 

Both animes have a human personification of the seven deadly sins however, in fma:b they are the main antagonists whereas in NnT they are the heros of the story. Both are awesome portrayals of each sin as well as epic adventure stories.  

Are you looking for another shonen series that has FMA: B's tight pacing and multi-layered epic story? Look no further. Most every episode is action packed and makes you want to watch more, just like in FMA. 

It's story created a path using the, 7 sins. Wrath, Gluttony, Sloth, Lust, Greed, Envy And Pride (There are lots of TERMS to call this words). Both of them has moved me by it's excellent effects and it's very nice power that was 7 sins. There is no existing person that doesn't have any of this sins. 

- Both have the seven deadly sins on it. - Both have really good fights - Short, blonde and powerful MC - The plot is similar - Good powers - Ban and Greed = same thing  

Both shows offer a really nice blend of action, comedy and character development. On the comedy side, they're of a similar theme (although Nanatsu is a tad more ecchi) and both have good action sequences. Moreover, both stories center upon events that delves into plots where all is not as it seems. Overall, both were very fun to watch!  

- Both have similar feel to them - In both, main characters fight against corrupt military organization 

Seven Deadly Sins, Strong Friendships 

Fantasy, legendary historic icons, girl looking for them, mc has dark past, wait a minute, is plunderer a resin of Nanatsu. Ah well, if you liked Nanatsu and it's format, plunderer is basically the same thing (so far) and both shoes are good (that was bias ‹.‹ ) 

Both set in a fantasy world, with an overly strong and perverted main protagonist, with also some similarities in how the plot proceeds 

-Both have lots of fanservice -Both have some sort of extreme fantasy component -Both have SUPER busty girls -Both have some perverted characters  

Both has a girl searching for a legendary member of an legendary group which is actually perverted guy in both cases. Hina and Litch are kindda similar to Meliodas and Elizabeth . 

Both shows have a deep plot, that unveils bit by bit. At first while watching the plunderer, we just know that the main girl protagonist is looking for help, but as it goes on we learn more about the secret of the society and the numbers. In the seven deadly sins, the main girl protagonist is also looking for help and from there we slowly learn more should Meliodas and the secrets of the seven deadly sins. Both these anime are something I would highly recommend, as they are interesting. If you like one I think you’ll like the other as they are both fascinating in different ways.  

Seven heroes chosen and embark on an adventure to save the world. Both taking place in a fantasy setting.The main character in both series met the girl that changed his destiny. points that they have in commun: - overpower main chracter (op mc) - female mc that joins with "op mc" to go in a journey - op heroes that have differnt powers and differnt attitudes with the same main goal - fantasy vibes if you like on you must watch the other 

Both animes are quite similar. While Rakka no Yuusha has 6 Braves, Nanatsu no Taizai has 7 Sins. All the braves and the sins has tattoos on their body. Moreover both the Braves and the Sins are chosen warriors fighting the Deamon Clan which has been sealed for decades.The 7 sins has members from different clans while 6 braves has members from around the continent. 

Splendid adventurous show with a very colourfull story, diversified characters and unstopable beauty of its world. 

It similar in idea.

Both MC are very similar. They both are OP as hell, but don't seem intimidating until they get serious.  

Bruh/brah if your lookin for a show where the character is op as shit and you just finished 7 deadly sins or vice versa bless yourselves with these anime's -main character ridiculously op without truly being explained why.. Check* - main character does not put real effort until the end check* - thats like 2 strikes right there bro watch these shits. .bless up. 

I feel like when One Punch Man parodies other shounen anime, Seven Deadly Sins is the type of show they are parodying. But even at its worst, One Punch Man does the style better on every level. 

- OP MC that you wouldn't really expect - Doesn't abuse MC's powers to just drive the plot easily - Great humor - A loving cast of people with different powers and backgrounds - Worldbuilding and settings you will love - Beatiful hair 

Both anime's are Shonen Both shows main characters and Villain's Have Similar powers and are about powering up Both Shows start out simple but gets darker and more exciting as you progress sorta like the Chimera ant arc in Hunter X hunter. Both shows have Great Opening and Ending songs also Both anime are Very underrated  

They both feature a group of upbeat travelers with extraordinary and unpredictable powers that travels around working together with individual goals. Both are deep, emotional, and have some of the best fight scenes, battles, and antagonists I have ever seen in anime. These are both on my favorites and a must watch... if you enjoy one, you will enjoy the other! 

They're both series involving magical abilities and can have the happiest and saddest moments. The fights aren't long and drawn out, they keep it interesting. Overall two happy shows with some serious, dark moments too change it up. 

They both deal with adventure and fun groups that you end up loving. There's dark moments but they're balanced perfectly with the happier moments. Although the world build in 7DS is a little more intense, I can promise you that the system of Nen should be able to keep up with that expectation.

Like One Piece, Nanatsu no Taizai(Seven Deadly Sins) has a general feeling of a very enjoyable happy-go-lucky mood punctuated with serious intensity fights while going on a exploration style adventure. Both of the anime's main protagonists are a group of misfits picking up members one by one, each of which all have special backgrounds making each of them overpowered compared to most fighters in their series though they still have to make an effort in fights. Due to being overpowered, neither series sees a lot of "level-up" events for their characters. And though each series protagonists like to act tough, they are very moral people at heart though they are seen in the public eye as evil whereas antagonists in both series are painted with a hero image.  

Both are adventure manga with a lot of battles. The protagonists are both rather careless but would do everything for their friends and there are also a lot of different characters with very unique abilities and character traits. 

The powerful main character Meliodas and the unique members of his group Seven Deadly Sins are overlap considerably with the One Piece’s Luffy and the Straw Hat Pirates crews.  

This one is a given in terms of structure and beginning plot elements. To those who have seen Dragon Ball knows that it is a direct homage in terms of girl meets boy and then goes on an adventure. Similar tropes, characters that are colorful and bright but does not shy away form themes of growth and progression. 

Cute girl goes into adventure, cute girl meets strong shota, strong shota joins cute girl in adventure, cute girl and strong shota meet friends during adventure, who are joining them. 

If you've seen or read Dragon Ball then this anime would feel so familiar right from the start. Girl finds boy, starts adventure after legends, encounters many different enemies. Fight scenes are also dope. You'll enjoy it for sure. 

It is similar because both portray characters that represent the seven deadly sins 

- Both Story tell Seven Gulity - Both Surrunder a sexy girl - Both Ecchi genre - Both Have Male lead ecchiman 

both protagonists suffer a fall from grace. both work in a bar or internet cafe afterwards both try regain their previous status in one way or another both are really overpowered in their respective fields both contain a fantasy world setting 

The main focus of Nanatsu no Taizai and Quanzhi Gaoshou is not the plot, nor is it even the characters. What both of these shows focus on is the spectacle. Nanatsu no Taizai throws together a world full of ridiculously strong creatures and characters and subsequently uses its story as an excuse to throw them against each other. Quanzhi Gaoshou uses its premise of professional MMO gaming to show off as many visually impressive action sequences as possible. 

both of the MC"s are STUPID BROKEN the main reason I recommend watching the seven deadly sins after watching Naruto and Naruto shippuden is because both of the are supernatural and fantasy based. It is quite obvious that Naruto is a hack even when he was a kid. but he was not able to use the entire abilities that he has the potential of using. It is a similar but also way different situation in SDS where meliodas is pure hax. at the beginning one may not notice it. but similar to Naruto the powers are slowly explored as the story is told. Plus there is a little Romeo and Juliet situation with meliodas and Elizabeth. the anime of the seven deadly sins is great but I recommend you read the manga. whether you do it first or after the anime is up to you but make sure to read it as firstly, it is further in the story than the anime is at the time of me writing this it is around chapter 339. the anime sticks very close to the manga storyline but occasionally drifts away from it. I overall prefer the manga but I love the anime too.   

Because this anime contains adventure, super powers, fantacy, fights, characters who are overpowered, 

They are both terrific anime with memorable fight scenes and set in medieval - like worlds.  

- Both anime follow a diverse cast, each with there own quirk who work together to achieve a common goal and fight against Demons - Also each character has their own tragic backstory - Both series are shonen which show how the characters progress and grow stronger. -Good Action and visuals too 

Set in a magical fantasy world. Group of people with awesome powers and are friends. the main characters have very similar characters. soon as you see the first episode you immediately understand the similarity between these two Souls. Recommended both 

Fairy Tail and Nanatsu no Taizai are like brothers, not simular at everything but both are great 

Both are medieval fairy tales that have great atmosphere and purposeful plot. 

If you are up for a adventure comedy set in a fantasy world, both of these series deliver! Just a little reminder that DanMachi only comes in English sub only  

both shows completely oversexualize women in nigh irredeemable ways that make the actually really neat stories a lot less enjoyable (for non-degenerates). 

My Hero Academia shares a wide variety of interesting powers in a shounen style that simply does it far better than Seven Deadly Sins

High School DxD and Nanatsu no Taizai/The Seven Deadly Sins are an exciting watch for their main characters, Issei (DxD) and Meliodas (Nanatsu/Deadly Sins)! They're both perverted men who have...demonic powers!? Their cheerful personalities, plus protecting the ones that surround them make for action series with a mix of emotions and tons of mythology. Gremory's peers or Meliodas' sins? 

Sin: Nanatsu no Taizai is quite similar in concept to Nanatsu no Taizai, but with more ecchi, philosophical, and few religious references. 

Both involve a cast of strange (but likable) characters going on an adventure with supernatural elements involved. Both also have a decent amount of action and comedy involved. I'd say Soul Eater is a little bit darker in tone though. 

Shingeki no Kyojin was my first "actual" anime so it will always have a special place in my heart. After that I've watched dozens of other animes but when I finished the 1st season of Nanatsu no Tazai i could only say: "Wow" Shingeki no Kyojin and Nanatsu no Taizai are set in medieval Europe with fantasy elements. Nanatsu no Taizai has a bit more of them. 1st episodes of both animes are strong: They will arouse many questions, introduce some of the main characters and for sure get you hooked. At least that's what happened to me! Both series have great, distinctive main characters. Also they vary a lot between each other. In both series the main characters are close to each other. The friendship can be sensed. Plot Twists: Guaranteed! Badass moments: Guaranteed! Both series also have great OST and openings. Oh, and both of them will have a second season in 2017. (Attack on Titan is officially confirmed while there are tons of rumors of Nanatsu no Taizai and I myself am convinced it will have another season coming up in the near future.) There are two animes which have made me to search more information from the net even after the anime... and thus made me found spoilers: these two! If you loved one of these the other one can't leave you cold either.  

At first glance they may not seem similar, however they both have a MC that are strong, calm and cool.  

Both are isekai's with OP MC'S Both have a "Demon Lord" Theme common in them Both focus on building a team of powerful people (7 deadly sins and Rimuru's entourage) In both the anime, all side characters are not at max power at first but become stronger and stronger till they reach their full strength. The only difference is that in 7 deadly sins, there is no world building involved.
