Anime 32867 Bungou Stray Dogs 2nd Season Userrecs

Both anime are about an eccentric group of people using supernatural powers to fight against strange crimes in their cities. They appeal to a similar sense of humor while also having dark undertones. 

Both are mob themed stories with lots of action especially supernatural action and the inner workings between the gangs. 

Multiple characters detailing their stories as part of a larger plot while highlighting the individual character relationships in a story about what makes people truly human and if where someone comes from matters in the story of their life 

Both are focused on a detective agency dealing suspicious stuff specially supernatural stuff and lots of action in them as well too. 

Both animes are centralized around a tight-nit group of supernatural (and kick ass) individuals who all seem to be haunted by their pasts in some way. The same type of light comedy is scattered throughout and the characters are lovable and interesting. The same thing even happens with the two seasons - season one of Hamatora is great but the second season gets darker faster and the plot line is pretty intricate and fun to follow. 10/10 would recommend if you liked Bungo :) 

Both are crime stories with noirish elements in them as well as lots of action in it as well too. 

I've seen a similar recommendation to this, and I agree with whoever recommended this. But before I continue, I'd like to say that Bungou stray dogs and Noragami Aragoto are my #1 and #2 favourite anime, so I'm sure that you'd like Bungou Stray dogs too. Yes, the two main characters of these two series (Yato, Dazai) both have a dark and sad past, and both animes are action packed and their pacing are perfect. Bungou Stray Dogs introduces you immediately to the main characters, brings you directly into the plot at perfect pacing, and I'm sure you won't be bored at any point of time. They share a perfect mix of comedy, action and depression (the back story and plot in general is sad in BSD, which is what makes it amazing), and they also have a slight bit of mystery, engaging you further in the plot.
