This anime is an absolute train wreck.

Its the typical, omg im super weak but I have this OP skill that makes me a literal God after an episode. The waifu's are all one dimensional and it seems like 90% of the creativity went to making their designs.(which are honestly the only good thing about this anime.)

It has a MC who struggles to rub his two brain cells together, but can use basic deductive reasoning to solve easy problems. The MC has the intelligence of a small child and can come up with genius plans such as: Take an enemy he was one-shotting before, and make ... a fool proof plan to double the work required to kill it while reducing the reward received. Truly genius level IQ. He has no personality or redeeming qualities, yet every girl he comes across basically throw themselves at him. I am confident the creator has talked to exactly 1 woman in his life, his mom, and is basing all of the women around her.

If you turn off your brain and just admire the train wreck, you might get some semblance of enjoyment out of making fun of this anime. I would put watching this anime on par with watching The Room. Its bad, but its so bad that you cant help but laugh at it and want to watch how bad it can truly get.

Are you kidding me with this garbage... Talk about destroying your premise within the first two episodes...
Basic idea is that the MC is supposed to be stuck at level 1, which implies that he will be insanely weak...

Which is true for all of like 5 minutes, as the MC discovers that while he is stuck at level 1, he is the only one in the world to have infinite stats allowing him to quickly brute force literally everything; making him stronger than even the ... apparent 'God of Strength' within minutes.

If that wasn't enough to absolutely DESTROY the premise, he then quickly finds a GUN... That's right, this is a classic medieval fantasy and he acquires a gun and proceeds to just shoot everything...

This anime is worse than the Vending Machine anime. THIS ANIME IS WORSE THAN THE VENDING MACHINE ANIME...

Blah blah blah, Harem happens, barely any interesting development, garbage to the left, garbage to the right.

The show has a chill iyashikei atmosphere.
The MC's behavior is logically driven by his experiences in the pre-isekai salaryman life, he empathizes with exploited workers and appreciates sensible managers.
He uses a gun with elemental-affixed ammo, and he heals people by shooting them with healing bullets.
The main girl is a cinnamon roll with a giant hammer that ends her sentences with “nanoja,” and she and the MC have an incredibly wholesome, mutually empowering relationship.
She also can bake a cake or make ice cream over a campfire.
Commercial break eyecatches have characters drive the title of the show around like a car while saying “vroom, vroom.”
There is ... a bunny girl obsessed with carrots.
Said carrots drop from slimes that wear Santa hats, and every single product and material in the world can only be acquired as loot from monsters, and the entire world’s economy revolves around loot from monsters, and entire towns specialize in chosen items like meat or vegetables for economic efficiency, and when there is a dungeon that drops both meat and vegetables then Meat Town and Vegetable Town enter a trade dispute over property rights and devise plans to sabotage each other by sending adventurers with bad drop rate stat to slay rival town’s targets of interest to deny them value, and when the dungeon boss spawns, they deliberately avoid killing it because keeping it alive is more beneficial in the long term, and this keeps going because this is what creativity and originality are.

These all are ostensive examples of good writing.

9/10 for a well-written isekai series.

Hang on, are you telling me the protagonist is level 1, but he has a cheat skill that the story has to bend over backwards to explain why his skill makes him the strongest tosser in the room wherever he goes, ... rendering the whole levelling system completely pointless and completely sucking out all the tension out of any battle scenes? Now that’s what I call a novel concept!
I can’t wait to watch another light novel isekai with a cast of colourful characters such as Emily Brown, Erza Monsoon, Merchant, Chief and everybody's favourite character, Angry Adventurer!

Look, you and I know you’ve seen this kind of isekai trash before. It’s a bland male power fantasy with a gun, a quirky gimmick and a thread-bare story held together by the same factory standard “light novel isekai cash-in” animation. I’m sorry that I am once again using the “It feels like it was made by an AI” criticism, but honestly, seriously, if an industry insider messaged me and told me isekai light novel authors used Chat GPT to write their stories for them I wouldn’t be surprised in the slightest.
The one thing I enjoy about this show with no irony is Eve the rabbit girl. It brings me joy to see her constantly insult the main protagonist to his face and threaten to murder him if he doesn’t bring her enough carrots every day. This is the only enjoyable thing this anime has to offer and is the only reason why I’m not scoring it 1/10. Apart from that the rest of the show is so unforgettable I forgot the main protagonist moves in with a ten-year-old girl ten minutes into the first episode.

I’m going to start referring to these kinds of isekai as ‘shovelware’ as there is no difference between the shovelware games polluting Steam Greenlight, the Nintendo Switch/Play Station E-shop and these cash-in anime polluting the seasonal anime line-up. Well, I suppose there is one, sad difference. Shovelware games are usually "created" by grifters reselling pre-store assets as finished products, whereas shovelware anime are made by a team of talented artists and animators who are probably just trying to make ends meet.

2/10 Bad.

It's an okay 'side-anime' that you can watch for funs on the side and wind down. MC and Supporting characters are basic 1-dimensional with no real character development or progression. MC has the IQ of a young teen maybe, although teens these days would be way more efficient in the grind to becoming OP. He's OP but doesn't really apply anything well?

It's essentially a very watered-down 'Arifureta' straight up. Super watered-down, diluted beyond comprehension, to the point where each episode can be summarized in a 4-5 panel slideshow (very generous number here).

Can be enjoyable if you don't really want to focus or think ... at all.

If you want real plot or conflicts, look elsewhere

An Isekai where a dungeon drops things like weapons and groceries that's exclusive, how neat, but being OP while being stuck at Level 1, it's not.

For time millennia, on and off, Isekai stories have all been the same copy-pasted blurb that doesn't distinguish one from the rest, and there's really no point on the discussion that every new Isekai from progressing anime seasons will ever be any better, at the very least to stand out. It's the same affair with novelist Nazuna Miki, whom in his run has created at least a new work every other year since 2013, creating mediocre works that are more ... of less bootleg copies of already available material that did it better or just as worse. What's even more surprising that Miki Nazuna is born Taiwanese but is an active AniManga (LN and manga) writer in Japan who claims, quote, "wants to be the fastest in the industry". Yeah right, as if writing copy-paste, cheaply imitated ideas already done before will get you so far in your job as a low form of imitation.

I really don't want to highlight all the typical Isekai mediocrity nonsense if it has been done one and the same, so let's just focus on what makes this show really stand out: its dungeon system. For the MC, Ryota Sato, dies from overwork and gets reincarnated into a dungeon where seemingly, he was monster loot from the typical low-level slime, and gets an explanation from the girl that killed it of the uniqueness of the monster loot, ranging it from weapons to everyday groceries like fruits and vegetables. However, where this "Telulu" dungeon that they were at now, there is this "Nihonium" dungeon that for some inexplicable reason, doesn't drop items from monster killings for the typical fantasy folk who goes into the dungeon looking for a profit. That, and which only when Ryota does the same RPG-like actions to it, however, has droppings instead that are meant for S-rank adventurers, which Ryota being Level 1, it should be impossible. But hey, rules are meant to be broken, which if you haven't ready caught on by now, it's naming gimmick should already be an indication in and of itself that quite possibly, reincarnated figures like Ryota essentially are the only people who could benefit from this Nihonium dungeon.

However, let's not kid ourselves here. Ryota is as bland as the average, typical OP MC as it gets, that as the show (and its original source material) surmises that indeed, Ryota's unique skill truly makes him OP even at Level 1. All that he's good for are the usual aspects of a good Samaritan, and the unique skill that when a gun comes in, he's like an alchemist to fuse and combine traits to make new and distinguished bullets for the weapon's use. His saviour of young girl Emily Brown, she is quite the enthuiastic kid who sports a huge hammer as her main weapon and plays fiddle to Ryota being his support and family as a growing party. The bunny girl of Eve Callusleader is quite the literate "support" character: she is strong enough to one-shot KO adventurers with her hand chop skill, but this doesn't apply to Ryota, which she starts calling him "low-level" due to her angst, and her only appeal is carrots, since she's a bunny girl, that's all. The other support characters, who also plays fiddle to the "Ryota Family" party...is the typical harem party of sorts, which, come on, there's no reason for lazy writing like that, but since Miki Nazuna himself wants to be "the fastest", he's fueled by the laziness to not be inspired by anything and go the safe route, which par for the course helps lengthen the story, but it does not do anything to satisfy our tastes for a suited cast of characters who are just as barebones as they arrive.

I'm not surprised that Maho Film is tasked with the show's production, which if to be perfectly honest, since the studio's debut exactly 4 years ago with novelist Chirolu's Summer 2019 anime of UchiMusume a.k.a If It's for My Daughter, I'd Even Defeat a Demon Lord, the production may matured overtime, but this show just brought me back to UchiMusume's level of quality, which isn't saying a fair lot, but the studio really is the kind of a 2nd-rate production house that tells you not to expect much from it. I'm just waiting for the chance for the now 5-year-old studio to have a breakthrough, but if being content with where it is does give it a better face, then let it be so with a decent production. Together with the music of its OP and ED songs which are average, it does its job for that one sole purpose only.

Nowadays, people can skip barebones mediocre Isekai shows because they are nothing noteworthy at all. But as a trash Isekai connoisseur, my fight with watching lots of 2nd and 3rd-rate studios producing average Isekai shows every season will continue on, because there could still be potential, but 99% of the time, that potential is wasted, just like with this show.

Just skip and move on.

Delivers over-the-top basic-ahh kirito in a really relaxing way, the vibe is almost cozy.
I recommend this specifically for people who have been watching a lot of isekai animes and need a break.

The plot and character development is your basic isekai with low-fantasy world-building and an idealistic economy, but the delivery is unique. Somehow is shows the events and tension that occurs in a sort of slice-of-life manner, like this being an everyday thing for the protagonist (it is). Barely any real tension and you almost forget the protagonist is over-powered cause it draws you to the interpersonal relationships more.

After three days diligently hiding from my roommate that I was watching this crap, I bring a review.

I’m Strong Even though I’m Level 1 (don’t remember the actual title) is the archetypical bad isekai. Every quality you’d expect is on display here. Terrible art and animation, one dimensional characters, a complete lack of meaningful conflict. Everything, all executed in such a bland, uncreative way I’m almost impressed with it.

It‘s lighter on insane moments than similar works, but still has a few bangers. Like when the MC breaks a strike by knocking out all of the workers with magic bullets (the adventurers guild would otherwise have ... had them killed). Or how the MC heals people by shooting them with magic “healing bullets”. Which yes, is funny every time it happens.

The central plot conceit is that the MC (called Yoda by one character which is funny so I’m using it) has maxed out drop rates, and is isekaied to a world where every resource drops from dungeons. That sounds like it would significantly alter how the world functions, but it's treated as an afterthought. The entirety of the worldbuilding is: anything left alone outside turns into a monster, so garbage has to be burned, and different towns control different resources. That’s it.

The fights illustrate the show’s general approach to writing. Once we move past basic dungeon fodder, the heroes face a big goofy-looking ass gorilla, which they beat by hitting real hard. Yoda gets a sweet revolver out of it, making him slightly more like Hajime Arifureta. Next they fight a bicorn that blocks Yoda’s attacks with a magical barrier, they remove the barrier by hitting it real hard, then kill the bicorn by hitting it real hard. They fight a goblin who grows larger by absorbing attacks, and beat it by hitting it real hard.

The fights are almost all resolved by hitting the enemy harder, and this kind of brute force, low-effort writing defines the show’s atmosphere. It’s not meant to be taken seriously, and is written such that it’s almost impossible to. The show even directly asks you not to think too hard about it (after a character somehow bakes a cake using a campfire). I could take this as insulting, but I’m happy to oblige its request.

This casual, stupid atmosphere renders the show surprisingly watchable. It seems everyone involved in the production knew what they were making and weren’t taking it too seriously (this is especially evident in the improvised eyecatches). The terrible art direction, off-model characters, and embarrassing animation take on a less offensive character in light of that.

Normally I wouldn't sit through an entire show this bad, but this held me. I wouldn’t recommend it to most, though. You should watch this if, and only if, you’re titrating your bad isekai dose in preparation to binge Arifureta. Or if you’re an insane isekai junkie like me, but these are the trenches my friend.

Stupid, but fun

In a world where necessities and usables such as food or items come from the drops of defeated monsters in dungeons, adventurers exist. Our isekai'd MC ended up as one of these dropped items for an unsuspecting and quickly-friended adventurer. And here it is guys; Even though our MC is level one, he has a cheat skill that gives him better and/or unique items from drops, which gives him the edge over everyone else. His journey continues with the typical isekai grinding and waifu collecting.

An interesting premise that sounds pretty fun to watch, though it couldn't be said that the anime exactly executed ... the story as well as it potentially could have.

Story: 4/10 (low average; fun, but lots of plot contrivances and story elements that are never or badly explained, and subtle power inconsistency)

Although the anime has the fun elements the original premise has, it was still full of stupid plot armor.
Examples would be: mc conveniently gets an item that so happens to help the current episode and plot needs, mc conveniently has almost god-perfect precision with his weapon with no magic and no explanation or reason, a person appearing out of thin air to be the cause of a character's character development to then right after disappear into thin air (literally) with no further explanation; and more.

Characters: 5/10 (average; average one dimesional character; average kind isekai MC)

Art/animation: 4.5/10 (low average; average animation, underwhelming below-average fighting animations)

Enjoyability: 6/10 (high average)
Even though it was full of stupid and unexplained elements, it still had the fun and vibes the original premise had. I also never remember being bored watching any episodes at any point. If season 2 came out, I would watch it.

Definitely in the "So bad it's good" category.
Story was not unique at all, it was a complete isekai cliche.
Art style was standard, nothing particularly special.
Characters were essentially caricatures, I would say my favourite was the one who ate carrots like they were crack.
Character reactions were wild to say the least. MC wastes so much time and does things in practically the hardest way possible for no reason.
MC essentially does a gotta catch em all run, it's practically comical that he gets OP so quickly with basically no barriers at all. Girls fall for him on sight, all situations work out and the show twists ... reality to make MC the good guy. It's bad but it was funny in its absurdity so was enjoyable.

The series is an exercise in taking the played out isekai theme, add harem, a saccharine story, and dumbing everything down to an absurd degree. It's a brain dead happy collection of anime tropes a mile long. Is it bad, no far worse trash has aired. Is it good, not particularly but it's a fun, sweet, mellow watch that won't leave you mentally fatigued or overly invested. The world remains a mystery with next to no information revealed and most characters have development that ends at skin level. I wish this had more exploration of the world and concepts as it was interesting.

As for the first impression, I think this anime is quite good to watch, but I'm quite bored with Isekai anime. Moreover, this has a level 1 theme but has unique skills, What complete nonsense!
The first thing I will praise is the design of the girl character which looks good, beautiful, and I think this was made seriously. But not for the male character, who I think is just normal.

The thing that doesn't make sense is why the MC suddenly appeared with the excuse of dropping items? Doesn't anything make more sense than this?
The story is also not interesting, it only contains food such as ... vegetables that can be obtained from beating monster. For those of you who are looking for an anime with a relaxing theme, maybe this anime is the answer.

What's disappointing is that there is an attack on the city and the MC continues to be in the spotlight with how strong he is against gorillas, seriously?
You're a level 1 friend, how could you beat him so easily! Is it because of that unique skill? Don't make me laugh!
Basically this is just an MC with superpowers but in the guise of level 1!

The arrival of the female characters is also very unacceptable, how could this MC get cute female characters who come to him one by one? I don't know about the other female characters, because I only watched until episode 3, and the rabbit girl suddenly came to meet the MC just because she was interested in carrots.
And according to my estimates, other female characters will also come with things that are not much different from the rabbit girl, correct me if I'm wrong.

The point is, this anime is still good enough to watch, but if you are in good mode, if you are in bad mode, I don't think you will be able to stand watching this anime.
The score for an anime is not a benchmark, but it can be a reflection of the anime itself, if it is good then the score is high and if it is bad then it is low. That's all!

A simple adventure and a little cute: 6.3/10 ✪

I discovered the work through the manga, I only read the beginning a while ago, at the time I thought it was cute, and I expected more from the story now that I've seen it all, but it was fun.

From what I've seen, the manga continues, unfortunately you can't even find it in PT-BR in the scans, so I don't know what their future will be like...

But at least it was fun, when I saw that there was animation for this simple work, right from the start I realized that it would be a very ... simple adaptation and the story is also quite silly, but at least it remains fun.

Despite the protagonist being one of those very "dull" in the romance sense or something like that, Emily is very cute, and for me, the best moments are of her being cute, I saw it dubbed, and I really liked it, the only problem is that you realize the how childish the story is lol, but Emily is still cute and fun.

It's not a work for those looking for something serious or deep, for love, leave here if you want that, but it's fun enough for those who are orphans of some isekai or light and fluffy fantasy.

The animation itself is of that kind lol, but don't worry, you can handle it until the end. is made by Maho Film, if you don't even know the name of the studio, then know that that's it, it's small and only had very simple animations like If It's for My Daughter, I'd Even Defeat a Demon Lord or By the Grace of the Gods (both are here at Crunchyroll).

It's fun and cute.

Conheci a obra pelo manga, li o início somente há um tempo atrás, na época achei fofo, e esperava mais da história agora que vi tudo, mas foi divertido.

Pelo que vi o mangá continua, infelizmente nem nas scans vc encontra ele em pt-br, então não sei como será o futuro deles...

Mas pelo menos foi divertido, quando vi que teve animação dessa obra simples, logo de início percebi que seria uma adaptação bem simples e a história tbm é bem bobinha, mas pelo menos se mantém divertido.

Apesar do protagonista ser daqueles bem "tapados" no sentido romance ou coisa do tipo, a Emily é muito fofa, e pra mim, os melhores momentos são dela sendo fofa, vi dublado, e gostei bastante, o único problema é que vc percebe o quão infantil é a história kkkk, mas a Emily continua sendo fofa, e divertida.

Não é uma obra para quem busca algo sério ou profundo, pelo amor, saia daqui caso queira isso, mas é divertido o suficiente para quem ta orfão de algum isekai ou fantasia leve e fofa.

A animação em si, é daquele modelo kkkk, mas calma, da pra segurar até o fim. é feita pelo Maho Film, se vc nem conhece o nome do estúdio, então saiba que é isso msm, é pequeno e só teve animações bem simples msm como If It's for My Daughter, I'd Even Defeat a Demon Lord ou By the Grace of the Gods (ambos estão aqui na CR).

The story is kind of intended for kids i mean the animation, the slow pace, the over the top sweetness in dialogues, etc . but the lot has the potential to be become much more than that! this could've been the great series if there was some more improvement in the every department ! as the plot itself is interesting enough ! another i am very disappointed is the lack of harem ! i mean just having girl members in the party doesn't mean that it is a harem ! the main lead is dense but there were clear and obvious hints of harem sparks ... heck even one of the female lead gave her every effort by getting some physical ! *ahem* but the plot just ignores it ! nevertheless even after all this issues i still enjoyed this at least to some extent as i mentioned before this is kind of seems like intended for kids that means this is light hearted which is my forte! so as for me it's - 6.3/10 ! the main lead and his abilities are so much interesting that if this anime have gotten a better adaptation it could have been among the top of isekai animes!

It's not even a junkfood entertainment. Heck, worse than eating cardboard box. You don't need Gordon Ramsey to judge this "food" to him. I'm here, and I'm even overqualified to review this anime. I'm not even popular at all!!!... yet. We need an abridged version of this, just like the Smartphone Isekai.

If you want a feel good anime, where you can just relax for an afternoon and just watch some low stake adventure with a big dose of wholesome slice of life, but you also want it in an isekai and very light harem, because you have some undiscovered kins or I dont know, this is your anime.
The animation ranges from great to meeeeeehhhhh, but it is usually watchable, the voice acting is.pretty good for the main cast, it is less ideal for the side characters, but nothing immensely bad. The soundtrack with the intro and outro song is average, nothing extraordinary, but it fits well.
Thats ... how I could describe this whole anime, lightweight, feel good, average.
If you dont take this seriously (there is no story really, I mean its just 12 episodes up until now, so if it gets a second season we shall see what happens) and you can look trough the glaring plotholes, it is very enjoyable.

Typical isekai, a man from real-world go to another world. He started with low status, but has unique condition so he can upgrade all status from lowest to highest.

Honestly i dont see why this show has a such low rating.
Especially when as writing this review its rated lower than:
Sokushi Cheat ga Saikyou sugite, Isekai no Yatsura ga Marude Aite ni Naranai n desu ga.
My god that show was lackluster and makes this look like masterpiece on almost every aspect...

But if you want to compare it to another isekai that is also harem:
Beast Tamer is also rated higher while being overall a worse show compared to this

Then again MAL ratings are not really trustworthy as we got people rating show bad because its popular or being too critical on clearly a budget show ... of the season...

This is your generic seasonal "budget" isekai show
Its light and simple story with not much going on really, bordering a slow burner show to a degree
Didnt expected much from it but still managed to enjoy it even with its flaws.
Its the type of show you just dont think too hard and just chill and enjoy the ride

Art is fine with CGI here and there
Characters look fine for overall duration of the show but sometimes you could notice reused "Still frames", but considering the nature of this show its acceptable.

Action is done ok as well, sometimes some scenes could feel repetitive after some time

Ambient music is nothing too special really, OP and ED songs are fine (i prefer ED over OP personally)
I sometimes didnt even notice that there was some ambient music in the background playing

Story and the setting is fine for what it was, there were clearly some of the things cut in order to fit it all into 12 episode bracket and i bet they wish they could have done 13th episode but they just couldnt.
Quite a lot of Light novel adaptations overall beg to be +12 episodes because its more densely packed with events and some minor details that were important could be skipped compared to manga

Only part it really suffers is the story pacing and some intentional cuts when MC gets something new.
MC gets some new item and its shown, but we dont get told what it is and it cuts into next thing happening and the thing MC got is getting the reveal later in the episode as it solves some problem.
Really just classic storyboard mistake / technique in order to fill the gaps from cut dialogues and ect...

So its little bit everywhere sometimes and writing can be weak sometimes, but it could been a storyboard and screenwriter issues
(Hey at least we didnt get a recap episode with reused scenes in the middle of the show...)

So the premise of the story is basically:

In classic isekai fashion the MC died from overwork due to working in black company, we all seen plenty of shows that start like this.
This as classic opening as DnD campaigns with Tavern start, you cant really come up with anything new because its probably already been done and failed, plus everyone is tired of Truck-kun already honestly...

There is just not much you can do with isekai as setting when you have to come up with a way for MC to get into the new world with some backstory, its common trope because it just works so just deal with it

The World setting is somewhat interesting as basically everything is generated in dungeons as drop from monsters, that also includes money and food, if you can think of an item we use daily there is a dungeon with monster for it somewhere.

World outside towns is a wasteland, with not even trees growing so the civilization is dependent on dungeons for everything, which affects nations and appearance of new dungeons or change inside the dungeon could cause a big impact which is explored little bit in the story.

People in this world have predetermined "space" they can grow as there is level cap which differs from person to person.
Stats are based on ranking system from S to F
Each person also can be specialized in a way that they have a stat for drop rate of specific goods, the better the stat is the better drop you can get, their taste, texture smells and ect is affected by it. It seems like there are "Drop Brackets" basically.

For example:
F rank in vegetables would make that you would never get veggies from monsters that drops them normally
E rank would make you get small amounts of lower quality veggies that might just make do.
A rank would make you get good quantity of quality goods that are way above whatever you can get while having E rank in every aspect.
You rank can increase with level ups, sometimes your stats wont increase until you are near the said level cap you were predetermined.

So our MC gets "OP" skill that makes hes drop rate rank S across the board while he can never level up as hes level cap is 1/1 and hes combat stats are F rank across the board.
Due to hes stats he has to work hard in order to get food and a roof over hes head because all he can kill is the weakest monsters which pose him some a threat.

Later we find out that our MC can get drops from monsters and places that others cant due to hes unique skill as having S rank skills is unheard already while A ranks are relatively rare and some people are unlucky being permanently stuck at F rank across the board even at high levels..

So MC has to slowly work to increase hes stats in a unique way only available for him that is revealed later on

So the harem part...
I wouldnt call it super generic because characters dont just randomly fall for MC, he helps them in certain ways he can and earns their trust and admiration one way or another and it takes time or something big like with the first friend he makes.

Its still a common trope but at least its not over the top love on the first sight with them fully trusting him with their lives the second they interact with MC

There are slight hints for some of them wanting to be more than just comrades but its not explored much more in the show and they all act more like group of friends with no generic rivalry between the cast for hes attention
They are relatively open for letting new faces into their circle as long as MC approves of them


I still give it 8/10 because its slightly above the average, being overall somewhat consistent and there is nothing dragging it down compared to some of the shows in this genre we seen over the years and wouldnt mind a second season with hopes of overall improvement over this even if its slight one.

I am overrating this to make up for the low votes it will get. It's not actually a masterpiece, but did keep me mildly amused and had decent pacing and did a few ideas i've never seen executed. I think the harem could have been fleshed out more, but its not really a harem since the MC only has a single love interest, and even that is quite platonic. its neither a shonen nor slice of life but something inbetween. Some battles you could see the resolution coming from a mile away. But over all I felt pretty happy with it ... since i think I've seen all the 8+ rated animes over 40 years of life, so I've learned to enjoy the lesser ones as the filler that they are. If you have a bunch of high rated anime to watch go knock that out first, and use this as palette cleanser inbetween major series.s

This particular offering, regrettably, does little to defy the trend. Reborn into a world revolving around dungeon raids for sustenance and equipment, the premise teeters on mundane.

Our main character, constrained by an inability to level up but bestowed with an 'S' grade drop stat, navigates a path to OP-ness through the discovery of seeds boosting his prowess.

Amassing a harem of rather unexceptional characters smitten with him, the protagonist exhibits a ... disconcerting lack of fervor for reciprocation. His obtuseness borders on legendary proportions.

In essence, this lackluster anime feels akin to an enduring saga of never-ending OVAs or fillers—a narrative one could easily forego without feeling any substantial loss.
